A Conwy Councillor’s Husband, ex-cop Mike Smith Attends Liverpool Court

Ex-cop PC 2364 Mike Smith who once worked the beat in Conwy and Llandudno, today attended Liverpool Magistrates Court where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of fraud, the case was adjourned and has now been referred to Liverpool Crown Court where he will have to attend on the 20^th of January 2020. I will not discuss this case as he is entitled to a fair trial, I would not like to prejudice his trial.

Unlike North Wales Police, Don Kenyon and Jason Davenport did prejudice my trial, allowing the jury to read those derogatory remarks that were untrue & unfounded that were published on the poison pen blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’.

Once again any members of the jury at my trial who may have read that poison pen blog please contact me on 07977928434; you were told by his honour, Judge John Rogers not to do any research and not to google me, if any if you did, please come forward or take legal advice and see a solicitor.

Garry Sky a.k.a. Michael Plumb was seen running through Llandudno Junction from The Maelgwyn pub in his Santa outfit shouting “Sugar Tits I’ve got the gunpowder in my sack from the pub. There is some serious people I’m told from Liverpool coming Boxing Day to the pub, some of our customers have ripped off lads from Merseyside owing money for gunpowder a.k.a. cocaine” (One of the lads owes a bill of over £20,000), these drugs are distributed from headquarters in the Junction.

Oh, that should be fun Mr and Mrs Plumb, seems like fireworks will be going off.

This is the second email I have sent DC Kenyon, he won’t reply back, he’s embarrassed by what I’ve asked him.

Ex PC 2364 Mike Smith is to appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court on December 18^th to face fraud charges.

I contacted Llandudno Magistrate Court on 25^th November 2019 and asked was Mike on the listings, the lady I spoke to told me she couldn’t find his name, that’s not to say the police may not have updated the system. On Friday, 29^th November I contacted Mold Law Courts, again I asked to be put through to listings spoke to a lady called Claire she confirmed to me he’s in court on December 18th at Llandudno.

The Paedophile Post are not aware of this yet, no doubt when its bought to their attention they too will publish a story on him. Mike Smith in April 2017 spoke to Jez Hemming reporter for the Paedophile Post telling them his story that he suffered abuse as a boy at the hands of his junior football coach, the abuse continued for six years Mike told his teacher, but his teacher did not believe him.

I will not say much more on this subject as I do not wish to prejudice his case, he may plead guilty on the 18^th or he may not, we will have to wait-and-see. I have plenty more to say about Mike Smith, but I will wait until after his court hearing.

I would not behave the way North Wales police did at my trial in 2010 Don Kenyon was told by his honour John Rogers to go and speak to the author of the Thoughts of Oscar blog and ask him to remove the untrue and the derogatory remarks that were on his blog, this order was not carried out, as it was advantageous to North Wales Police and there for all the jury to see. If any of the jury read that poison pen blog please call me on 07977928434,I know my trial was prejudiced don’t be afraid to come forward, the truth will come out in the end.

How strange DC Kenyon and Mike Smith’s ex superintendent Robert James Kirman goes on trial on December 17 at Mold Crown Court facing 5 allegations of fraud totalling more than £70,000 for making false representations which he knew might be misleading by giving incorrect information; the first offence allegedly took place between October 2012 and October 2013 which involved a sum in excess of £7000 he was further charged with fraud involving one of £12,000 one of £13,000 another of £12,000 and another of £27,000 between October 2013 and October 2017.

Once again, we will not discuss Rob Kirman’s case he’s also entitled to a fair trial.

Mike & Julie’s wedding photo put in the paper 9^th September 2004 (my birthday) 15 years married, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, so they say.

I’d now like to write about Councillor Julie Fallon, I have spoken about her on a previous post which has apparently upset her. I bumped into Julie by chance at Deganwy Quay she said to me I think we need a chat, so we sat down and talked at length. She asked me many times who is giving you this information. She suggested many names, but I refused to tell her who I speak to and where I get my information from. She went on to say that she is one of the governors at John Bright School and gave me a ladies name who she believed passed on information to me, this woman was a teacher at John Bright and she said that she had written to this lady and sacked her due to her poor attendance and timekeeping.

Think about this now readers of the blog, how many parents who have children at John Bright school have received letters complaining regarding the children’s attendance or for being late, you can be summoned to court for it, I’m sure there’s many that have.

Spiderman and Wonder-Woman Gage and Gallagher Arrest Michael Creamer Twice in a Month

Spiderman 1937 Gage and Wonder-Woman 2197 Karyn Gallagher attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn on 7^th September 2008 and arrested me for a very serious allegation that was later proven to be false, you read all about this on a previous post, I won’t go over old ground too much but the police informants never got paid, as they only get paid on results and that case was NFA No Further Action, Spiderman and Wonder-Woman were not happy.

We are North Wales Police, we don’t take notice of Home Office Guidelines, that only applies to police stations in England, we don’t sign statements and we know Creamer’s case was prejudiced. The thoughts of Oscar website helped us get Creamer convicted, that’s why we did nothing about it and to save senior officers pensions.

One month later on 10^th October 2008 Spiderman and Wonder-Woman returned to 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, accompanied by other officers and now with more made up charges, money laundering, suspicion of obtaining money transfers by deception, the list was endless; When The Mob arrived at the property they had video cameras recording the incident, they were absolutely desperate for a charge to stick.

Karyn Gallagher, can you also tell me why your statement is not signed? You were the woman nominated to be the exhibits officer for the warrant. Spiderman and Wonder-Woman needed to get me in their web.

209 Amanda Williams from Denbigh Police Station who attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, can you also confirm why you never signed your witness statement? This was a big mortgage fraud Amanda, I couldn’t help but notice you took a Dictaphone, a key for a lock-up container full of building tools etc, one envelope, a student debit card in the name of Bradshaw who was one of my children’s friends and one set of personalised number plates. 209 Williams, there was 100 officers involved in this case called Operation Pylon, you couldn’t use the gymnasium in St Asaph Police Station as this was being used to store exhibits and statements ect to do with Operation Pylon.

Curry and Rice, PC 2446 Dafydd Curry your partner is also a serving police officer, albeit she’s a PCSO 2616 Sarah Curry, you both live local and you both read the ‘thoughts of Oscar blog’, didn’t you think Mr Curry, you have attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn to assist in an execution of a search warrant under section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) and all this information with a lot more derogatory comments were published on the poison pen blog site. Why didn’t you and your partner stand up and be counted and say Article 6 should apply here for Mr Creamer, no Crown Court case should be prejudiced; could you please also explain why you didn’t sign your statement either?

You live locally and the name N. M. Egan is a local person known to you, he left his credit card in my house, it was not reported stolen Mr Egan can confirm this, what did you take it for? North Wales Police spoke to Adam Nahalewicz and he explained why his passport was at my property, you were meant to be at the property for mortgage fraud paperwork and not to steal people’s property.

2148 Alex Baker, you too were looking for items related to mortgage fraud, you searched my van Reg: S9 MJC, you seized documents receipts for building materials and petrol receipts, what builder wouldn’t have a hat and a pair of gloves inside his van? Can you also explain why you never signed your statement?

PC 425 Chris Carpenter from Llanrwst, you also attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, hoping to find documents relating to mortgage fraud, remember Chris this was the biggest mortgage fraud case in North Wales and The Mob have spent £20million of mugs money on me and they desperately needed a conviction, you found a camera, a VHS tape in a box and a VCR recorder player, where was your intelligence for this evidence relating to mortgage fraud? I can only thank you as you have signed your witness statement confirming this to be true and accurate what you had seized from my vehicle.

DC 1359 Nicolas Mark Hawe, you were the officer that came to my cell where I was being detained at St Asaph on trumped up charges, I had asked for a phone call to speak to my mother or mother-in-law to explain the situation and to say where I was and to see if either of them would go to my home address to be there when two of my children came home from school. The numbers I called from custody went to voicemail, I tried three numbers and I did leave a message on the voicemail, I’m far from stupid I know when you make a call from the police station the calls are always recorded, I was then placed back in the cell. Later on in the evening, Nicholas Hawe returned to my cell and informed me he’s arresting me for perverting the course of justice.

North Wales Police, you were now getting desperate and needed a charge. I was interviewed regarding this charge, I explained what message I left on the phone earlier of which they had a recording, I had done nothing wrong and I was eventually released on bail for perverting the course of justice this was eventually NFA’d, no further action! You can also see from Nicholas Hawe’s statement that he is so desperate for a charge, he decides to get a warrant from the Magistrate’s Court and he attends a site where I had a couple of containers and breaks the locks off them, searches inside the containers and finds nothing, he had to pay for new locks to be put on the containers; he duped the magistrates to get that warrant.

Nicholas, can you too explain why you have not signed your statement? How desperate were North Wales Police?

I have over another 80 statements, which I don’t wish to bore you with, but none of these statements have been signed.In the next few days you will see where they went to and who they asked to make statements and what photos they took. They don’t care, mugs money paid for this, it’s not come out of their pockets!

2272 Shaun Parry Sacked By North Wales Police

DC 2272 Shaun Parry was one of the officers involved in Operation Pylon along with Inspector Ian Verburg, DC 2313 Don Kenyon (Don, remember what you told me, ‘police officers don’t tell lies, we have good jobs’), 2179 Jason Davenport and many other officers from the force that told lies and manipulated the CPS to bring a charge against myself for mortgage fraud and also stole money from me. Superintendent John Chapman, I haven’t forgotten, I want my money back.

It’s good to see karma catch up with Shaun Parry, the officer who couldn’t keep his hands to himself and also couldn’t keep his penis in his trousers.

Hanson, who took the complaints from members of the public regarding ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ he told me in HQ Colwyn Bay, when I was present with my solicitor Mr Leigh Wright, the comments Oscar published were just nasty and hurtful and it will all blow over in two weeks.

The thing is with my blog John, is that it’s all factual and the truth, a lot of people don’t like to hear the truth and there’s loads more statements to produce and many photos to come.

Oscar is Getting Paranoid

Officer can I have a word with you in the doorway in private away from the camera by the Nat West bank, it won’t be able to pick us up here we are out of sight, I’m a bit paranoid about that Creamer, somebody must be leaking information to him at least I feel a bit safer here in the doorway out of earshot. I know I’ve caused havoc to the people in this town with the nasty things I have said about them and their families, I mean I tormented people.
