Spiderman 1937 Gage and Wonder-Woman 2197 Karyn Gallagher attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn on 7th September 2008 and arrested me for a very serious allegation that was later proven to be false, you read all about this on a previous post, I won’t go over old ground too much but the police informants never got paid, as they only get paid on results and that case was NFA No Further Action, Spiderman and Wonder-Woman were not happy.
We are North Wales Police, we don’t take notice of Home Office Guidelines, that only applies to police stations in England, we don’t sign statements and we know Creamer’s case was prejudiced. The thoughts of Oscar website helped us get Creamer convicted, that’s why we did nothing about it and to save senior officers pensions.
One month later on 10th October 2008 Spiderman and Wonder-Woman returned to 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, accompanied by other officers and now with more made up charges, money laundering, suspicion of obtaining money transfers by deception, the list was endless; When The Mob arrived at the property they had video cameras recording the incident, they were absolutely desperate for a charge to stick.

209 Amanda Williams from Denbigh Police Station who attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, can you also confirm why you never signed your witness statement? This was a big mortgage fraud Amanda, I couldn’t help but notice you took a Dictaphone, a key for a lock-up container full of building tools etc, one envelope, a student debit card in the name of Bradshaw who was one of my children’s friends and one set of personalised number plates. 209 Williams, there was 100 officers involved in this case called Operation Pylon, you couldn’t use the gymnasium in St Asaph Police Station as this was being used to store exhibits and statements ect to do with Operation Pylon.
Curry and Rice, PC 2446 Dafydd Curry your partner is also a serving police officer, albeit she’s a PCSO 2616 Sarah Curry, you both live local and you both read the ‘thoughts of Oscar blog’, didn’t you think Mr Curry, you have attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn to assist in an execution of a search warrant under section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) and all this information with a lot more derogatory comments were published on the poison pen blog site. Why didn’t you and your partner stand up and be counted and say Article 6 should apply here for Mr Creamer, no Crown Court case should be prejudiced; could you please also explain why you didn’t sign your statement either?
You live locally and the name N. M. Egan is a local person known to you, he left his credit card in my house, it was not reported stolen Mr Egan can confirm this, what did you take it for? North Wales Police spoke to Adam Nahalewicz and he explained why his passport was at my property, you were meant to be at the property for mortgage fraud paperwork and not to steal people’s property.
2148 Alex Baker, you too were looking for items related to mortgage fraud, you searched my van Reg: S9 MJC, you seized documents receipts for building materials and petrol receipts, what builder wouldn’t have a hat and a pair of gloves inside his van? Can you also explain why you never signed your statement?
PC 425 Chris Carpenter from Llanrwst, you also attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, hoping to find documents relating to mortgage fraud, remember Chris this was the biggest mortgage fraud case in North Wales and The Mob have spent £20million of mugs money on me and they desperately needed a conviction, you found a camera, a VHS tape in a box and a VCR recorder player, where was your intelligence for this evidence relating to mortgage fraud? I can only thank you as you have signed your witness statement confirming this to be true and accurate what you had seized from my vehicle.
DC 1359 Nicolas Mark Hawe, you were the officer that came to my cell where I was being detained at St Asaph on trumped up charges, I had asked for a phone call to speak to my mother or mother-in-law to explain the situation and to say where I was and to see if either of them would go to my home address to be there when two of my children came home from school. The numbers I called from custody went to voicemail, I tried three numbers and I did leave a message on the voicemail, I’m far from stupid I know when you make a call from the police station the calls are always recorded, I was then placed back in the cell. Later on in the evening, Nicholas Hawe returned to my cell and informed me he’s arresting me for perverting the course of justice.
North Wales Police, you were now getting desperate and needed a charge. I was interviewed regarding this charge, I explained what message I left on the phone earlier of which they had a recording, I had done nothing wrong and I was eventually released on bail for perverting the course of justice this was eventually NFA’d, no further action! You can also see from Nicholas Hawe’s statement that he is so desperate for a charge, he decides to get a warrant from the Magistrate’s Court and he attends a site where I had a couple of containers and breaks the locks off them, searches inside the containers and finds nothing, he had to pay for new locks to be put on the containers; he duped the magistrates to get that warrant.
Nicholas, can you too explain why you have not signed your statement? How desperate were North Wales Police?
I have over another 80 statements, which I don’t wish to bore you with, but none of these statements have been signed.In the next few days you will see where they went to and who they asked to make statements and what photos they took. They don’t care, mugs money paid for this, it’s not come out of their pockets!

Why are none of these Police statements signed. Surely they cannot be legally submitted as evidence, unless they are signed and, therefore, cannot be taken into account as evidence in a Court of Law?

What would a high court judge say about this, north wales police not following home office guide lines a statement is no good unless it’s signed by the person who’s made it, has st Asaph HQ got a civilian worker preparing statements for them ? You say Michael creamer you have another 80 odd statements not signed I’m not calling you a liar but I really can’t see that amount of statements unsigned this would be ludicrous to suggest, I await to see what’s published next, albeit your blog speaks volumes .
