Duggan obviously didn’t take any notice of the oath he swore!
A North Wales Police Sergeant 2840, Gareth Duggan, 38 avoided jail.
The sexual predator admitted sexual assaulting two female colleagues at a work Christmas party. He grabbed one officer’s arse, Duggan has fingers like bananas, he also put his hand under the dress of another as they were celebrating a festive season at a nightclub in Chester.
Despite a reputation as a rumoured sexual predator, the two victims were accused of making up the allegations to get promotion, when they reported the incident.
Duggan’s solicitor told the court he was suffering from PTSD as a result of his time as an officer and a prison sentence would impact his family including his wife Claire. What a load of BULL**IT any excuse now to avoid jail.

The courts often side with the police. The double chinned fat faced officer received a 32 week suspended sentence and 200 hours of unpaid work after admitting two counts of sexual assaults at Warrington Magistrate Court last week, just before Christmas.
He also had to pay the two victims £1000 compensation each. He’s been a North Wales cop for over 15 years.
You have to question what else has he done, who has he locked up and who has he been a witness against in court.
A Welsh cop been tried in an English court what a joke, why wasn’t the case heard in Llandudno magistrates or Mold?
Maybe to save the force embarrassment.
In a statement one of the female officers, was a detective who deals with rape victims. She said: “when he put his arms around me, I was shocked, but when he touched me in that way I was disgusted”.
He put his arm around one of the women then touched her backside, she said she could feel his fingers through her clothes, and through her underwear. She kicked his ankle with her foot to get him to stop. On the second victim he had his hand around her waist and put his face to her neck and made kissing noises, he put his hand between her legs and under her dress and touched her vagina over clothing. The court was told he made the 2 female officers extremely upset. There were already rumours in the North Wales force that Gareth Duggan was a predator and had previously assaulted someone before.
MISCONDUCT HEARING NOTICE
Police misconduct hearing 5th January 2023
Misconduct hearing will be held at police headquarters Colwyn Bay commencing at 12noon on 5th January 2023. PC 2040 Duggan will be facing the following allegation:
On the 15th November 2022 Gareth Duggan attended Warrington court where he pleaded guilty to 2 offences of intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that the touching was sexual when she did not consent. He did not reasonably believe that she was consenting which is contrary to sec.3 of the sexual offence act 2003.
It is alleged that Duggan has breached the standard of professional behaviour relating to discreditable conduct. All matters are considered to be of a gross misconduct.
I guarantee you the bad cop probably won’t turn up as he would get the sack, he probably would resign this week and wouldn’t want to embarrass himself.
Any members of the public who have arranged to go to the hearing, don’t bother going because he will not be there.
My blood is boiling with these coppers who keep getting into trouble and don’t have to pay a proceeds of crime order.
Their pensions need taking off them and in some cases, it should be given to the victims. Duggan has got all the hallmarks of what a predator looks like: overweight, bold head, fat faced, wears glasses, wears a mac, and hides behind the veil of his job. Remember North Wales Police were told about his previous behaviour.

Officer can I have a word with you in the doorway in private away from the camera by the Nat West bank, it won’t be able to pick us up here we are out of sight, I’m a bit paranoid about that Creamer, somebody must be leaking information to him at least I feel a bit safer here in the doorway out of earshot. Oscar: Superintendent John Hanson and DC Chris Walsh had a meeting with Karen Dixon from the Crown Prosecution Service and they decided no charges should be brought against me.

Oscar: I libelled people, prejudiced Crown Court cases with material I published on the internet whilst trials were live, that’s a very serious offence officer and no charges were brought against me.
Police officer: No comment
Oscar: Who were the senior officers protecting, was it me or their own pensions? Superintendent Simon Humphreys and Ian Verburg and many other officers knew I was the author of the blog, some officers had even been to my shop where I was running the site from.
Police officer: No comment
Oscar: Michael Creamer is not going to let it go. Information leaked out of the job centre I was employing women only and quite a lot of these girls did leave, it’s all true officer.
Police officer: No comment
Oscar: There is a rumour officer he’s got my medical notes from my GP he knows I have arthritis in both my knees.
Police officer: No comment
Oscar: He knows about my other bitch that I’ve been screwing behind Wendy’s back, I can’t take him to court, that’s what Creamer wants and then he would tell the court everything about my past.
Police officer: That’s a civil matter. Do you know Oscar, Creamer took the chief constable and five officers to court, he won the case? He’s no fool, I’ve been told myself he’s going to publish how much money he received, some officers in that case told blatant lies.
Oscar: Would you say I’m obese officer?
Police officer: No comment
Oscar: Could you imagine if I died of a heart attack, I’ve got no family or friends who would carry me? Wendy, David Jones and Dylan Moore, I mean they can’t carry me.
Police officer: There’s a local crane firm called Buckley’s in Glan Conwy, they will be able to lift you and they have a flatbed wagon.
Oscar: Don’t look now officers, but about 100ft up is a drone hovering, that’ll be that Creamer; I’m going, have a nice day, could you please just walk me back to my car.
Police officer: Sorry I can’t, you’re big enough to walk back yourself, you were big enough to humiliate the people in this town, councillors, shopkeepers, public servants, young children and sick people, please don’t talk to us anymore Oscar.

Nigel Roberts a.k.a. ‘7 bellies’ once ran a poison pen blog called ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, he hid behind anonymity with his contributors David Jones MP and others including Bendy Wendy his wife; they terrorised people in Llandudno, Conwy and surrounding areas by publishing lies about people, they also prejudiced people’s court cases and North Wales Police were well aware of this including, Superintendent Simon Humphries and Inspector Ian Verburg.
When I made a complaint to North Wales Police regarding ugly, fat Nigel to professional standards Humphries retired to secure his pension, Verburg and Humphries let our community down. After the work I did myself and reporting this ‘gang’ to my local MP Guto Bebb, fat Nigel finally had to come clean and admit he was the author of the blog, because his ID had been blown and the community now know who he is. When he comes in to Llandudno, he has to park his car under surveillance cameras at all times.
Please see fat Nigel’s X5 below, where he is illegally parked in a loading bay outside the Travelodge in Llandudno, vehicle reg: 24 DNR, he is also causing an obstruction for the buses.
Can you also see Bendy Wendy’s BMW convertible reg: NIJ 349, she often parks up outside Café Nero’s so she can keep an eye on it, where she attends most days for a coffee and a scone.
Also see the picture below where ‘7 Bellies’ and Bendy Wendy are having a coffee at Café Nero’s, ‘7 bellies’ was overheard in a conversation telling Wendy “hurry up fatty, drink your coffee, that Creamer has just passed, I’ve got to go” she replied “Who are you calling fatty, have you had a look at yourself, it’s you they call ‘7 Bellies”, I told you we should never have done that blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, it would come back and bite us on the bum, you thought you had the police in your pocket”, at least with that Creamer fella he tells the truth on his blog and leaves his name and number, not like we used to do, lie & hide behind anonymity”.
‘7 Bellies’ put your belly away, the camera doesn’t lie, big brother is watching you. North Wales Police have been told to stay away from you, you have caused misery and heartache in this town, Simon Humphries had to retire because of you and Inspector Ian Verburg told lie after lie to protect you, they can’t do it anymore. I wonder if in the pictures below is Nigel trying to get information off the police about PC Mike Smith and Councillor Julie Fallon?
Finally when ‘7 Bellies’ had his newsagents in Llandudno he would never employ any males he would only employ females, information leaked out from Llandudno job centre that he would often ring them up and say he had vacancies for staff, the job centre sent quite a few girls around, those girls never lasted very long; were you one of these girls who was harassed and bullied by fat Nigel? If so, go and seek advice from a solicitor, you may be entitled to compensation.
He was also known as a sex pest, we also know Nigel often watched porn in the back of the shop. Nigel is a very lonely bitter old man, he’s got no mother, no father, no children and has now lost his blog Thoughts of Oscar thanks to me (his favourite sweets are Murray mints), more posts to follow.

When Mike Smith was a police officer in Conwy and Llandudno, going back to 2010, Mike Smith was aware who the author was of the poison pen blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ along with Inspector Ian Verburg and DC Don Kenyon, the public now know the troll was, ‘7 bellies’ aka Nigel Roberts.
Article 6 of the European Convention of Human Rights is a provision of the European Convention which protects the right to a fair trial in criminal law cases and cases to determine civil rights, it protects the right to a public hearing before an independent and impartial tribunal within reasonable time, the presumption of innocence and other minimum rights for those charged in a criminal case (adequate time and facilities to prepare their defence, access to legal representation, right to examine witnesses against them or have them examined, the right to the free assistance of an interpreter) everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to the law.
In short, everyone is entitled to a fair trial
As you readers of the blog are already aware, during my trial in 2010 for mortgage fraud my barrister told his honour Judge John Rogers QC about the poison pen blog site ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ and that I was concerned that the jury could read this site about what fat Nigel Roberts had been writing on his blog about people including myself; basically, he libelled, bullied and intimidated all behind anonymity. He made plenty of derogatory remarks about me, calling me a drug dealer but as you and the police know, I have never been arrested on any drug offences, but it’s still damaging when the jury could have read this on the Internet along with many other comments, he made about me that were untrue.
At the time fat, ugly Nigel remained anonymous and nobody knew who he was except for himself, DC Don Kenyon, Jason Davenport, the judge in the trial, and other police officers in Llandudno including Mike Smith, Superintendent Simon Humphries, who looks a bit like Nigel and one of Nigel’s contributors, the ex-Secretary of State for Wales David Jones MP, who said he doesn’t know who ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ is.

Amazingly when I made a complaint over the troll blog to North Wales Police, they denied all knowledge of who the author was, Simon Humphries retires with his pension and we now know North Wales Police were protecting this site. David Jones would’ve been John Rogers’s boss, as Secretary of State for Wales he was the boss of all Welsh judges at that time and as we know David Jones has been sacked by two Prime Ministers, David doesn’t like the word sacked he prefers ‘reshuffle’.
Going back to PC Mike Smith, as a serving police officer at that time why didn’t he stand up and be counted for, and tell his bosses Michael Creamer will never get a fair trial and remind the gang of Article 6, please read the FOI request below, I asked in September 2018 is PC 2364 Smith still a serving police officer?
Their response back was very vague, what we do know that is factual is Mike Smith resigned from the force; most police officers like to serve their time and look forward to the big pension and what we also know is that Mike Smith is under investigation by North Wales Police, Caernarfon Constabulary are dealing with it. Should Mike Smith be charged with a criminal offence, Article 6 applies to him and any other member of the public, innocent until proven guilty.
I am aware in the local community there are lots of people that are angry and are awaiting the outcome on Mike Smith, all I can say at this time is I have plenty of information to report on Mike Smith, but we must be patient and wait until North Wales Police have concluded their enquiry.
Finally, North Wales Police I know you read my blog albeit Ian Verburg told all his officers not to read it, I would really appreciate it if you could have a look on your website and remove CBM Mike Smith from it as he is no longer employed by North Wales Police.
As of today, Mike Smith is still on the police website as a serving officer!

If a crime is ever committed the police in your area are called, whoever makes the complaint, they will be given an event number and you hope that the police do a good job by solving whatever crime it may be, which is to be expected. I don’t wish to bore you too much, you have read on this blog how I was charged with mortgage fraud when there was no complainants and it was a victimless crime. No bank, building society or credit card company knocked on the police stations door and said “he owes us money” as I stated on previous posts, I owed nobody nothing, what the police did with the CPS was to make a conspiracy charge and what they then did was publish in the papers we have taken Michael Creamer’s empire from him, we have given him 2 prison sentences totalling 7 years and we’ve taken money from him totalling £350,000 but what they kept away from you the public the tax payer they have spent over £20million of ‘mugs money’ to convict me for a victimless crime.
Yet, when I have phoned HQ or spoken to senior police officers and asked them who bought this investigation against me to court all they tell you is “it’s North Wales Police” and they refuse to tell you what officers were involved. I am now going to name every officer in the case and other people associated with the case and the amount of mugs money they have spent:

As Officers and the judges involved in this case, remember these were all paid money and a lot of these officers were paid overtime, the gym at St Asaph police station was full of paperwork they couldn’t use the hall as there were that many boxes in there, 17 defendants each receiving 12 boxes of paperwork plus the prosecution and the jury, in weight there was over a ton and a half of paper, you may well laugh mugs, but you paid for all this paperwork, paperclips, binders, folders, elastic bands etc
All these officers involved in this case were all on the payroll, mugs money once again, you’ve paid for all of this and all for a victimless crime. 17 solicitors each receiving 12 boxes of paperwork, then passed onto 17 defence barristers and all 12 jury members that sat for over seven weeks. I’ve only named two CPS lawyers, there were a lot more staff in the CPS who dealt with this case. There were hundreds of pages of witness statements, The Mob had visited various people including Sally Elizabeth Sloman from the Royal Bank Of Scotland, T Cryer senior insurance advisor Swinton group, Kenneth Jones chairman of Bangor city football club, David Milner managing director of Rhyl football club, Jennifer Scott Whitbread plc payroll Department, Gary Lloyd witness and Bill Fredericks accountant witness, there were many more witnesses who gave evidence and I have all the police officer’s statements.
You are going to see a lot of statements some of which are a load of rubbish, nothing to do with investigating mortgage fraud, you readers of the blog have a right to see what you have paid for, yet the CPS did their best not to tell me how much the police have spent on this investigation and how much the lawyers received.

The bill for this trial was paid for by the legal aid board for each defendant, none of the defendants paid any money, mugs money footed this bill.

Please read my complaint about The Mob to PSD (Professional Standards Department) it is self-explanatory; I’m sorry it’s quite lengthy but this was their reports back, firstly by Superintendent Sian Beck from the local Policing Services at St Asaph and also a pathetic reply back by good old Detective Superintendent John Hanson, who’s now head of Professional Standards, as I’ve said before when you make a complaint to PSD (stop laughing!!) it’s the police investigating the police and if you’re not happy with the decision you then go to the IPCC (I Protect Corrupt Cops) over 70% of the staff from IPCC are ex police officers, this is throughout the country; what a great complaints procedure talk about banging your head against a brick wall.
If you are ever going to bring a claim against any officer this is the protocol you have to follow and they do their best to tire you out, but please don’t give up. It starts out like this, a local Sergeant in your area will record the complaints which will then be passed to PSD, they will gather all the information and take as long as possible and always try to resolve a complaint with a local resolution, then if you’re not happy it then goes to the IPCC, they can then take up to a year before they investigate and 9 times out of 10 they follow PSD’s decision. When all that has finished you then bring a claim against the Chief Constable in your area and take it to the County Court, I will show you in due course when I had to do this and how much money was awarded to us.
John Hanson as I’ve stated on this blog before had a meeting with Chris Walsh and head crown prosecutor Karen Dixon, it is my belief Karen Dixon was not made aware of all the facts by John and Chris. If the police want somebody charged a thorough investigation is carried out providing as much evidence as possible if they do not wish somebody to be charged should a complaint be made information is held back from the CPS. Somebody’s name was released on the Thoughts of Oscar website, this person was threatened to be killed and violence to be used, John and Chris’s advice to the complainant was that if someone makes a threat they don’t always carry it out, could you imagine readers of the blog if the threats were made regarding a police officer, they would babysit outside his property.
I can confirm that what I have mentioned above was true & factual and mentioned in headquarters but what I can’t confirm is did John Hanson pass this information on to Karen Dixon in their meeting? I’m sure if Karen would have been made aware of this somebody would have been prosecuted from that poison pen blog.
As we know Nigel Roberts a.k.a. ‘7 Bellies’ admitted to being the author, ex- Secretary of State for Wales MP David Jones carries on denying having any involvement but you have seen his deleted tweets on the previous post and North Wales Police couldn’t prosecute themselves but as you can see from the reports they do their best to close your complaints down.
How convenient for The Mob, the IPCC says in their findings “we do not consider any one’s recollection of events would be clear after such a significant length of time i.e. five years, Verberg can’t remember, Kenyon’s memory has faded and Simon Humphreys took retirement as soon as my complaint came in to save his pension but when The Mob investigated myself and Anita for mortgage fraud they went back over 20 years and cross-examined me in the witness box for over 5 days and expected me to remember every detail, every mortgage application I made, where deposits came from etc, tax I had paid stamp duty, capital gains I had paid and right down to how much money I had spent on my credit cards yet they say it’s hard to remember things 5 years ago.
The truth of the matter is they have now been caught out covering each other’s backs and worrying about their pensions.
Finally, all you people that went to Llandudno police station and reported the Thoughts of Oscar blog to Inspector Verberg, he lied to you when he said he didn’t know who the author was; I’ve been telling you for years that he knew full well who it was, The Mob then moved him over to PSD and that’s where he is today. The reports from PSD, Sian Beck, the report from John Hanson and the report from the IPCC is the biggest load of rubbish I’ve ever read but they have to cover their backs to save their pensions, if The Mob had admitted they knew who the author of the blog was they knew this would have prejudiced my trial and the case would have collapsed.

Two cops face trial over false statements, the trial will be heard in early August this year, they are both accused of trying to pervert the course of justice in witness statements.
PC James Peter Burns, 55, of Waun Fawr near Caernarfon and PC Robin Humphries, 26, who refused to give a home address and gave an address as North Wales Headquarters Colwyn Bay. They both deny the allegations, both officers bail was extended unconditionally until the next hearing
The third officer is Sergeant Neil Hughes from Flint, who denies two charges of voyeurism using a mobile phone covertly filming a young girl for sexual gratification, he appeared in the dock for a pre-trial preparation hearing at Mold Crown Court, charged with two counts of voyeurism the charges arise from allegations he covertly placed a mobile phone into the bedroom of a young girl on two occasions. Hughes was re-bailed pending his trial in November at Caernarfon.
As these three officers are due to stand trial, we will not take any comments on this post regarding these officers, to be fair everybody is innocent until proven guilty and I would not like to prejudice their trials in anyway.
I know DC Don Kenyon, Ian Verburg, Superintendent Simon Humphreys and Jason Davenport did prejudice my trial in 2010 after nasty and vindictive comments were placed on the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar, the authors of the blog were 7 Bellies Nigel Roberts & MP David Jones and as we know this site was protected by the police, the police allowed those comments to go on that blog so it would help to convict me because their case was weak and they hoped the jury would read that site.
Karen Dixon from the CPS had a meeting with Superintendent John Hanson and DC Chris Walsh and in their cosy meeting they knew Oscar’s site libelled people, made the derogatory remarks about certain people, it caused people to commit suicide. Registered police informant’s names were exposed on that site and in the meeting that took place, the three of them decided they were just nasty and vindictive comments and people were entitled to freedom of speech.
Do you get the message readers of the blog, the police couldn’t charge themselves as they were protecting the site, no charges have ever been brought against anybody relating to that poison pen blog.
I know all North Wales police officers read this site and CPS lawyers too, Karen Dixon head of the Crown Prosecution Service remember back in 2008/2009 when The Mob asked CPS advice on charging me and my wife on mortgage fraud the CPS gave an answer ‘no charges to be brought against Mr and Mrs Creamer’ so Don Kenyon and Davenport under instructions from high above were told to trot off and take the case to CPS in Cardiff for advice.
The Mob failed to tell Karen Dixon from the CPS before I was charged that money had gone missing from my account, myself & my solicitor produced statements of facts to John Hanson, Superintendent John Chapman knows all about this.
Going back to the cosy meeting Karen, Superintendent John Hanson forgot to tell you about my money that went missing, I would love to know what your thoughts are right now and when they did trot off to Cardiff CPS they never told Simon Joel Curzon the lawyer about my money that went missing because it would have been impossible to charge me as the case would have been tainted although we had not committed mortgage fraud.
When I told my barrister Peter Davis QC about the missing money and that I was going to tell the jury halfway through the trial, I was told in an aggressive tone of voice you can’t do that the judge would order a retrial and it won’t look good for you he said let’s just stick to the defence case statement that’s been given to the judge, the trial was the biggest drama I’ve ever seen and me and Anita were controlled like puppets being told what to say and what not to say.
The truth hurts!!!
Going back to the three officers, as I’ve said I wouldn’t prejudice their cases, innocent until proven guilty so I will not take any comments on the three officers, only if somebody wanted to comment about my case.
