A former Metropolitan Police community support officer PCSO has been fined £500 after admitting masturbating in a London park while he was on duty. Kevin Phillips 56, who was charged with outraging public decency after being caught on camera committing the act while wearing his uniform Phillips who is married and has two young daughters.
The Met Police are investigating over 600 domestic and sexual abuse allegations against its officers, are these the only ones that have been caught? The new Domestic and Sexual Offences unit known as the DASO unit this was set up in January 2022 in order to restore public trust in the force following the recent scandals.
A policewoman named Helen Kane was paralytic drunk whilst on duty and fell asleep in the police van while the engine was still running, the van also contained three police dogs. When a concerned member of the public looked inside, she was seen to be slumped against the driver’s side of the car with a bottle of white wine between her legs.
In court she told the jury she was going through tough times the jury also heard that Kane had one previous conviction which was for driving with excess alcohol relating to the same incident which she had admitted, she was found guilty and will be sentenced later this month.

Now read about a North Wales bad cop, PC 3268 Colin Hall. The photo below is of DC 2313 Don Kenyon a North Wales good cop who once told me “Police officers have good jobs and don’t tell lies”, he even kept a straight face when he said it. Maybe he could explain why all these cops with good jobs keep misbehaving, there are so many miscarriages of justice, these four cases stick in my mind:

Inspector Dean Gittoes resorted to force within less than a minute of encountering the teenager outside Merthyr Tydfil police station in South Wales. He twisted the boy’s wrist forcing him to fall and held on to him by the hood making it difficult for the vulnerable boy to breathe; the 16 year old did not resist and cried out in pain.
Gittoes the bully who is nearly 50, was convicted after a three-day trial in Cwmbran, another Welsh pig abusing his power.

Three Welsh senior cops have been banned from the force after behaviour towards a woman at a boozy retirement party, the police chiefs were fired without notice after they were inappropriate towards a more junior female officer at a work event. Each one of them spoke to a woman who was below them in rank so inappropriately that it amounted to misconduct, one of the dirty pigs also touched the woman without her consent it was proved at the hearing.

A Welsh Cop Sacked for Perverting the Course of Justice
PC Abubakar Masum who made several false accusations about a university student has been sacked and barred from serving as an officer again I feel so sorry for women who get married or have a relationship with a copper, they are bullies with a badge, we are not going to have any officers in Wales left at this rate.

On Friday the 19th of August 2022 a former Met Police officer Anthony Smith, 56 who sexually abused and repeatedly raped three teenage girls was sentenced to 24 years in jail; the girls never reported it for years because of his job and were terrified.
The bad cop Smith left the force in 2004 after he was convicted of gross indecency with a child in an unrelated matter.
Smith, before he became a bad cop was a lifeguard and a swimming instructor in a Llandudno swimming pool, how disturbing; he obviously knew his intentions when picking his jobs. Once he became an officer he hid behind that badge and abused his power and trust.

What is it with our Welsh police force, why do they behave so badly? We will have no police force left at this rate.
Response officers from Llangefni, in July 2020 executed two simultaneous misuse of drugs warrants in Menai Bridge, a female and two males have been arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.
The leading officer was PC 3563 Gafyn Roberts who enjoys kicking criminal’s doors in; Roberts says this is the 3rd warrant connected to drugs in the Menai Bridge area in as many weeks, he says that we will continue to target those causing harm to our towns and villages, targeting vulnerable persons and youths.
What PC 3563 Gafyn Roberts never told our community is what he had been up to himself, causing stress to members of the public.
Maybe he thought he would never be found out; he seems to be quite handy with a pen and paper sitting in the parade room at the police station.

Another Welsh cop PC 4977 Paul Roberts who told his ex-partner that he kept copies of private videos of her, just in case there was ever a need for them; Roberts was sacked, I feel so sorry for any woman that is married to a cop.

A North Wales police officer, Mark Lee 43 is set to lose his job after walking in Snowdonia some 20 miles from his home – while Wales was in lockdown; he had gone for a walk with his partner and her autistic child.

He pleaded guilty to being away from his home which was then in Colwyn Bay without reasonable excuse while the country was under alert level 4 Coronavirus restrictions on December 29th last year.
Mark was fined £600 and he must pay £700 prosecution costs….an expensive walk.
In any event ignorance of the law is no defence, his solicitor told the court Mark Lee had his own mental health issues and had been fighting his demons at the time of the offence, a lot of police officers say this when they’re caught out!
Now let’s have a look at big Mark in action:

“I got out of my car, I was wearing a police vest, I had my Tazer, my radio and my spray everything was on show so I shouted STOP POLICE! Mark quite rightly exercising the law.
When he goes for a walk-up Snowdon with his partner and her autistic child and then get stopped for breaching Covid rules, why mention in court that the child is autistic and then says he has mental health issues, it seems he has selective memory to suit himself, officers are supposed to enforce the law not break it.
This is a minor offence, but what we don’t know is has he got any markers against him; he has been on the sick for a while with mental health issues maybe a dismissal will be for the best.
Members of the public, if me or you get stopped for a minor offence doing 38 mph in a 30 zone, we get a fine and 3 points, the officer wouldn’t say I will turn a blind eye!!?

As I’ve said in the email, some of these men are in and out of homes in our community as part of their work, should this be allowed?

You will have seen in the news this week about the sad case of Sarah Everard from South London, who was kidnapped and murdered after walking home from a friend’s house; a serving Metropolitan police officer has been charged with the crimes.

There’s also been many reports locally of women being flashed at and being followed when out at night alone by a man dressed in black. Some readers might be thinking that we need women to be able to protect themselves or they shouldn’t be going out alone; what we need is for North Wales Police to get men like this off the streets and inform our community of the possible threats posed by these 5 men.

Police Constable Tasia Stephens is facing the sack after allegedly breaching lockdown rules to attend a family party then driving home pi**ed while over the legal limit and crashing her car.
The 24-year-old South Wales Police officer was off duty when she crashed her car into a house on a Saturday night in April last year during the first lockdown. The UK was under strict rules to stay at home in April, with those in Wales banned from meeting indoors or outdoors with people from other households.
Tasia Stephens thought the rules didn’t apply to her, she was following in the footsteps of Dominic Cummings.
And the 2 Llandudno cops 1892 Mark Rhodes & 2965 Martin Taylor who blocked a cycle path in Deganwy with a police vehicle whilst out checking a car park for people breaking COVID-19 restrictions.
Law makers shouldn’t be law breakers!!!
