Spiderman and Wonder-Woman Gage and Gallagher Arrest Michael Creamer Twice in a Month

Spiderman 1937 Gage and Wonder-Woman 2197 Karyn Gallagher attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn on 7th September 2008 and arrested me for a very serious allegation that was later proven to be false, you read all about this on a previous post, I won’t go over old ground too much but the police informants never got paid, as they only get paid on results and that case was NFA No Further Action, Spiderman and Wonder-Woman were not happy.

We are North Wales Police, we don’t take notice of Home Office Guidelines, that only applies to police stations in England, we don’t sign statements and we know Creamer’s case was prejudiced. The thoughts of Oscar website helped us get Creamer convicted, that’s why we did nothing about it and to save senior officers pensions.

One month later on 10th October 2008 Spiderman and Wonder-Woman returned to 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, accompanied by other officers and now with more made up charges, money laundering, suspicion of obtaining money transfers by deception, the list was endless; When The Mob arrived at the property they had video cameras recording the incident, they were absolutely desperate for a charge to stick.

209 Amanda Williams from Denbigh Police Station who attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, can you also confirm why you never signed your witness statement? This was a big mortgage fraud Amanda, I couldn’t help but notice you took a Dictaphone, a key for a lock-up container full of building tools etc, one envelope, a student debit card in the name of Bradshaw who was one of my children’s friends and one set of personalised number plates. 209 Williams, there was 100 officers involved in this case called Operation Pylon, you couldn’t use the gymnasium in St Asaph Police Station as this was being used to store exhibits and statements ect to do with Operation Pylon.

Curry and Rice, PC 2446 Dafydd Curry your partner is also a serving police officer, albeit she’s a PCSO 2616 Sarah Curry, you both live local and you both read the ‘thoughts of Oscar blog’, didn’t you think Mr Curry, you have attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn to assist in an execution of a search warrant under section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) and all this information with a lot more derogatory comments were published on the poison pen blog site. Why didn’t you and your partner stand up and be counted and say Article 6 should apply here for Mr Creamer, no Crown Court case should be prejudiced; could you please also explain why you didn’t sign your statement either?

You live locally and the name N. M. Egan is a local person known to you, he left his credit card in my house, it was not reported stolen Mr Egan can confirm this, what did you take it for? North Wales Police spoke to Adam Nahalewicz and he explained why his passport was at my property, you were meant to be at the property for mortgage fraud paperwork and not to steal people’s property.

2148 Alex Baker, you too were looking for items related to mortgage fraud, you searched my van Reg: S9 MJC, you seized documents receipts for building materials and petrol receipts, what builder wouldn’t have a hat and a pair of gloves inside his van? Can you also explain why you never signed your statement?

PC 425 Chris Carpenter from Llanrwst, you also attended 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, hoping to find documents relating to mortgage fraud, remember Chris this was the biggest mortgage fraud case in North Wales and The Mob have spent £20million of mugs money on me and they desperately needed a conviction, you found a camera, a VHS tape in a box and a VCR recorder player, where was your intelligence for this evidence relating to mortgage fraud? I can only thank you as you have signed your witness statement confirming this to be true and accurate what you had seized from my vehicle.

DC 1359 Nicolas Mark Hawe, you were the officer that came to my cell where I was being detained at St Asaph on trumped up charges, I had asked for a phone call to speak to my mother or mother-in-law to explain the situation and to say where I was and to see if either of them would go to my home address to be there when two of my children came home from school. The numbers I called from custody went to voicemail, I tried three numbers and I did leave a message on the voicemail, I’m far from stupid I know when you make a call from the police station the calls are always recorded, I was then placed back in the cell. Later on in the evening, Nicholas Hawe returned to my cell and informed me he’s arresting me for perverting the course of justice.

North Wales Police, you were now getting desperate and needed a charge. I was interviewed regarding this charge, I explained what message I left on the phone earlier of which they had a recording, I had done nothing wrong and I was eventually released on bail for perverting the course of justice this was eventually NFA’d, no further action! You can also see from Nicholas Hawe’s statement that he is so desperate for a charge, he decides to get a warrant from the Magistrate’s Court and he attends a site where I had a couple of containers and breaks the locks off them, searches inside the containers and finds nothing, he had to pay for new locks to be put on the containers; he duped the magistrates to get that warrant.

Nicholas, can you too explain why you have not signed your statement? How desperate were North Wales Police?

I have over another 80 statements, which I don’t wish to bore you with, but none of these statements have been signed.In the next few days you will see where they went to and who they asked to make statements and what photos they took. They don’t care, mugs money paid for this, it’s not come out of their pockets!

2272 Shaun Parry Sacked By North Wales Police

DC 2272 Shaun Parry was one of the officers involved in Operation Pylon along with Inspector Ian Verburg, DC 2313 Don Kenyon (Don, remember what you told me, ‘police officers don’t tell lies, we have good jobs’), 2179 Jason Davenport and many other officers from the force that told lies and manipulated the CPS to bring a charge against myself for mortgage fraud and also stole money from me. Superintendent John Chapman, I haven’t forgotten, I want my money back.

 

It’s good to see karma catch up with Shaun Parry, the officer who couldn’t keep his hands to himself and also couldn’t keep his penis in his trousers.

Operation Pylon was carried out in 2008 when myself and other people were arrested on suspicion of mortgage fraud. You will have already read on this blog about Inspector Ian Verburg, where he denied knowing ‘7 bellies’ Nigel Roberts was the author of the poison pen blog and told the local community ‘we don’t know who the author is, it’s best you don’t look on the site’. Verburg was also told by the judge during my trial to go and speak to Oscar a.k.a. ‘7 bellies’ and to tell him to remove the derogatory comments concerning myself, we also now know North Wales Police protected that site and used it to get me convicted.

At the time, approximately 2008 when I was arrested, another officer who was involved in Operation Pylon was a trainee detective, Constable 2272 Shaun Parry; In 2009 when North Wales Police were making their enquiries 2272 Shaun Parry attended my late mother’s house, 10 Penman Crescent; my mother phoned me up saying Shaun Parry had attended her property and he’d wanted to speak to her regarding me, I told my mum ‘you’re not under arrest and you’re nothing to do with this investigation’ so I told my mum to tell him to fuck off, bless my Mum, she said I could not speak to them like that.

I asked my mum to send me Shaun’s number, I phoned Shaun up and told him to clear off away from the property. He had the cheek to say, ‘I’m making enquiries into Operation Pylon and you’re quite right Michael, your mum has no part of this operation, so if you could get your mum to call me and tell me herself, she doesn’t want to speak to me that’s the end of the matter’. I got my solicitor to speak to Shaun confirming what was agreed, Shaun left and my mother never heard from him again. Shaun was a young police officer at the time, trying to make a name for himself.

Please now read below that 2272 Shaun Parry is facing a misconduct hearing at North Wales Police headquarters on the 19th/ 20th February. We await the outcome.What I do find strange is the public cannot attend the hearing, Shaun I know Ian Verburg told all offices not to read my blog, but you just can’t stop reading it.

Just to remind you readers of the blog, in March 2017 Ian James Clarke was the arrogant North Wales Police copper convicted of raping a sleeping woman while his police officer wife slept in the adjoining bedroom, Clarke was jailed for 5 years. PC 1651 Martin Parmley from the same team also faced a misconduct hearing and is no longer employed by North Wales Police; there seems to be a pattern of this behaviour.

Shaun Parry, John Hanson and Laura Griffiths are the 3 officers that were commended by the ex-chief constable Mark Polin. Yes, the picture shows Superintendent John Hanson who was the head of professional standards and used to sit in on misconduct hearings.

Finally, can I bring to your attention that the ex-Chief Mark Polin was having an affair with a serving police officer’s wife, when the Sergeant found out, how brave of him, he went around Polin’s house and thumped him on the nose; yes, you may well laugh readers of the blog, but this is actually assault and Polin never reported it, police officers were called to this incident!!

Any members of the public, if you wish you can write in under the FOI and ask for any recorded incidents involving police officers at their own homes and see if any events are recorded as North Wales Police are supposed to be honest and transparent; as we all know Mark Polin retired with a good pension and then set himself up with a good job working for Betsi Cadwalader. I am a little surprised how he got his new job as he knows nothing about the health service, his new job should have been given to someone with experience in this field, I would like to remind you 2272 Shaun Parry you’re a foot soldier, senior police officers very rarely get prosecuted.

The lawyers, the judge and the jury, receive 5 million pounds in the Michael Creamer trial, all paid by mugs money

Following on from the previous posts, I named the 70 police officers and other individuals involved in this investigation, below are more officers involved:

The Chief Constable Richard Brunstom a.k.a. the mad mullah and the Deputy Chief Constable Clive Wolfendale were the main 2 officers behind this investigation, I told you readers of the blog how this force has spent over 20 million pounds of mugs money on me you are entitled to see how these two senior officers and their foot soldiers have wasted the public purse.

Before I show you the costings of what the lawyers received in my trial, try and work this one out, Llandudno have had a tatty old police station for years, they have recently demolished the old one and replaced it with a state-of-the-art one costing £2.75 million it was sanctioned by the Police and Crime Commissioner who at the time was Winston Roddick, the new Crime Commissioner is Arfon Jones and when he was a serving police officer in the Wrexham area he was the driver for the convicted paedophile Gordon Anglesey, he gave evidence at Anglesey’s trial at Mold Crown Court confirming he would drop Anglesey off at Bryn Estyn the children’s home but he wouldn’t pick him up. Arfon Jones has just appointed the new Chief Constable and is always asking the council for more money for policing purposes.

How has he got the nerve to ask for more money when Clive Wolfendale wasted millions and millions of the public purse on a victimless crime against Michael Creamer, once again readers of the blog there was no complainee.

Now, let’s have a look at what the lawyers received. The CPS, Mold Crown Court and other agencies i.e. Legal Aid board have refused to give me the costings so I asked a solicitor involved in the trial how much did each firm of solicitors and barristers receive? As I have stated before this was a VHCC Case (Very High Cost Case). This is what the solicitor tells me he got, approximately £60,000 plus VAT total £72,000, 17 solicitors x £72,000 = £1,224,000. Each barrister received £90,000 pounds plus VAT total £108,000, 17 barristers x £108,000 = £1,836,000 and as you have already read the prosecution barrister received £125,000 plus VAT total for prosecution = £150,000.

Total costing for the above lawyers = £4,434,000

Now let’s have a look at how much the judge would have been paid. The Lord Chief Justice in England and Wales is Britain’s best paid judicial figure, receiving £244,665 a year, while another 62 judges earn more than £200,000 according to figures from the last salary review board; the trial judge in my case was his honour Judge John Rogers QC, he was retired and then came out of retirement just to do my trial in 2010. Rogers, by doing my trial and the proceeds of crime hearing in 2011, he would have in total worked approximately eight weeks earning going off the figures above would have received in the region of £40,000, well worth coming out of retirement!!

Now think about this readers of the blog, my apologies for repeating myself, Michael Creamer owed nobody any money, a victimless crime and no complainee, common sense should prevail; it is not in the public’s interest to prosecute this man and his wife. John Rogers before the start of the trial was aware how much the legal aid board were footing this trial over £5,000,000 the greedy fat cats must have been licking their lips at this trial, again this was the mad mullah and Clive Wolfendale’s personal vendetta and the mugs were paying for it, that’s you members of the public.

You may well have a job earning between £30,000 and £50,000 a year minus your tax deductions, contributing to our legal aid board. One thing I can tell you our judges in England and Wales and lawyers would never fake the legal aid system OMG!! I nearly fell off my chair with laughter. The court service will not give me a breakdown of how much the jurors were paid over a 7-week trial and also the 2 ushers that were always present in the court room, all the court staff, all the administration work, the cost of North Wales Police officers sitting in the court room every day doing nothing, I’ve already told you there was over a ton and a half of paperwork. It is quite amazing that anybody in England and Wales gets convicted of a crime and it goes to the Crown Court, you can’t see a barrister, you have to see a solicitor first, give them all the details of the case, he then prepares it and sends it to the barrister, and Then a barrister represents you in Crown Court, wouldn’t it be easier to see the barrister first and cut out the middleman? You could save millions of pounds in just doing this alone, I suppose that’s a bit too hard for the lawyers to think of.

I would now like to ask the police and crime commissioner to North Wales Arfon Jones what he thinks about this case, the mad mullah Richard Brunsom is now retired and the ex-deputy chief constable Clive Wolfendale has also retired from the force, this is only some of the ways you have seen how they have spent your money on me, they have spent a lot more and you’ll see this on the next post.

Judge John Rogers says that Michael Creamer led a persistent, carefully planned and professionally executed mortgage fraud. The Mob to try and bolster their case, came up with a credit card fraud; I had the same credit cards for over 20 years and still have them, on a more recent application which was approximately in 2007 the application was filled in for a card on my behalf and the figures I earned were not accurate, the credit card company was not interested they were bullied by North Wales police to come and give evidence. What I found quite strange was when I paid the proceeds of crime £350,000 some of the money was paid off my credit card to the mob, all of a sudden, it’s not credit card fraud when they accept payments, I have the receipts of the payments to them.

John Rogers also commended Don Kenyon the officer who led the investigation, quite amazing how Don Kenyon doesn’t remember going in the witness box when I made a complaint to professional standards, he said his memory had faded you have read his comments on previous posts.

The Paedophile Post prints ‘Busted, main orchestrater sees his criminal empire crumble as he’s locked up with his wife’, how strange, that 8 years later I’m still living in the same house, driving the same car and still have those personalised number plates. The Paedophile Post wouldn’t do a FOI request to see how much North Wales Police had spent on me over £20,000,000 of mugs money, that’s what you spent readers of the blog. No mention in the paper the cost of the trial and no mention that Michael Creamer owed nobody any money, this is a fact, so anyone wanting to make a freedom of information request can see for themselves, bullshit sells papers. They also printed a semi-professional footballer was involved, sounds good doesn’t it? A lad who plays for Conwy United, most people in North Wales have never heard of Conwy United and don’t know where their football ground is and they also say my partner in crime was Steve Jones, he’s no friend of mine, he completed a couple of applications on my behalf.

Finally, Clive Wolfendale yourself and the CPS lawyer Simon Curzon did a good job in making the conspiracy, some of those people in that conspiracy I don’t know them, I’ve never seen them or spoken to them, you were settling a personal vendetta with mugs money.

            This paper prints a lot of photos of paedophiles, I don’t want to                                     be associated with those people.

Can’t believe the lawyers in my trial got more money than what it cost to build Llandudno police station. This story continues in a couple of days.

Barrister Wyn Lloyd Jones Receives £125,000 Plus VAT to Prosecute Michael Creamer and His Co-defendants.

Following on from the previous post, my last letter to Catrin Evans who is the head of the Complex Case Unit was sent to her on the 9th October 2011. Please read below, Catrin Evans’ response to my complaints, note in the first paragraph they admit to receiving my letter dated 8th of August 2011, but she’s not in possession of any letter sent 3 months prior, which you can quite clearly see the 1st letter on my previous post that I sent to Mr Curzon dated 3rd of May 2011. What they are very good at, is tiring you out and wearing you down especially when you’re in prison.

Catrin Evans still won’t let me know how much this trial cost, just to remind readers of this blog who are not sure how the judicial system works, I’m going to try and help you; when The Mob charged my wife & I and 15 other co-defendants, no solicitors in North Wales could carry out this work, the reason for this it falls into a category known as VHCC (this stands for VERY HIGH COST CASE), meaning the lawyers that carry this work out are usually based in Liverpool, London and other big cities, please feel free to Google the VHCC and see for yourselves how it works.

What I can tell you is these lawyers from Liverpool were constantly phoning me and asking me for my co-defendants names as they wanted to defend them, you can quite clearly see why, because they were paid big money and this was all met by yourselves, mugs money.

Could you now read the letter sent to the governor at HMP Kennett, Liverpool to be given to myself, my Freedom of Information Act 2000 request.

Readers of the blog, Wyn Lloyd Jones was the Crown Prosecutor at Mold Crown Court in 2010 and at that time he had a junior barrister, Brett Williamson both based in Chester. Look at the letter the CPS sent saying Wyn Lloyd Jones prosecuted 17 defendants and they also say he got about £125,000 plus VAT, they can’t give you an exact figure; what is it they are hiding?

Look what you paid for, you have the right to know.

£125,000 for eight weeks work, if any of you mugs out there and let’s say you’re a Slinger Banksman earning £25,000 a year you mugs will have to work 5 years to earn what the prosecutor Wyn Lloyd Jones received in 8 weeks, and if you’re a hairdresser earning £15,000 a year, you will have to work for over 8 years for what Wyn Lloyd Jones got for 8 weeks work.

So, the more you earn mugs, the more you pay; your taxes paid for all these lawyers to earn big money for a victimless crime. Michael and Anita Creamer owed nobody no money, where was the intent to defraud their lenders, when nobody was owed nothing. The one’s making big money here where the lawyers, but at that time the Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom (the Mad Mullah) and other senior officers were settling a personal vendetta with mugs money against Michael Creamer.

Please read letter below dated 24th of November 2011 from myself back to Catrin Evans, they just will not answer how much of mugs money was paid to the defence lawyers, the cost of the jury, or the cost of the judge.

They really don’t want the public to see the cost of the case for a victimless crime, all this brought by North Wales Police to settle their personal vendetta.

Still not answering all of my questions, what are these CPS lawyers paid for?Steve Jones the mortgage advisor, was struck off the FSA for falsifying 1,500 mortgage applications and fined £100,000 and Catrin Evans, head of the Wales complex case unit now knows 1,500 applications have been falsified but refuses with North Wales Police to prosecute any of them. They may still have mortgages I don’t know, but what I can tell you is when North Wales Police arrested me, our mortgage had been redeemed 3 years prior to the arrest and nothing was ever outstanding, I’m not saying I’m a better person than other people with outstanding mortgages but if you carry on lying on your applications and exaggerating your earnings, nothing will happen to you and you will not get prosecuted.

I contacted the Legal Aid team at Connor House, Birmingham on Monday, 2nd  July 2018 and asked a lady for a full breakdown of the costs, she gave me my MAAT reference 2182054 and said I’ve checked the reference number, your name is here and the court dates but it’s not telling me the court case costs and advised me to phone Mold Crown Court like the CPS said, phone HM Courts and Tribunal Services, which I did on 3 July 2018. I spoke to a lady there she said we have no records of this cost or how much the staff have been paid, she was very rude on the phone and hung up on me, I made complaints regarding this lady, please read their response dated 6th July.

How North Wales Police settled a personal vendetta against Michael Creamer using ‘mugs money’ to pay for it.

If a crime is ever committed the police in your area are called, whoever makes the complaint, they will be given an event number and you hope that the police do a good job by solving whatever crime it may be, which is to be expected. I don’t wish to bore you too much, you have read on this blog how I was charged with mortgage fraud when there was no complainants and it was a victimless crime. No bank, building society or credit card company knocked on the police stations door and said “he owes us money” as I stated on previous posts, I owed nobody nothing, what the police did with the CPS was to make a conspiracy charge and what they then did was publish in the papers we have taken Michael Creamer’s empire from him, we have given him 2 prison sentences totalling 7 years and we’ve taken money from him totalling £350,000 but what they kept away from you the public the tax payer they have spent over £20million of ‘mugs money’ to convict me for a victimless crime.

Yet, when I have phoned HQ or spoken to senior police officers and asked them who bought this investigation against me to court all they tell you is “it’s North Wales Police” and they refuse to tell you what officers were involved. I am now going to name every officer in the case and other people associated with the case and the amount of  mugs money they have spent:

  1. John Rogers QC, the judge in the trial who asked the other defendants that if they were to plead guilty he would not send them to prison but that didn’t include Michael and Anita creamer.
  2. CPS lawyers, Head prosecutor Karen Dixon and Simon Joel Curzon.
  3. The district Judge Gwyn Jones who dealt with the proceeds of crime order.
  4. Chief constable at that time Richard Brunstrom (that mad mullah) fine for having an out of date tax disc.
  5. Senior police officers in the case, Superintendent Simon Humphreys we now know retired after he was investigated over the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar.
  6. Superintendent Steven Williams, superintendent John Chapman; Mr Chapman is the officer who I have been asking for my money to be returned that went missing.

As Officers and the judges involved in this case, remember these were all paid money and a lot of these officers were paid overtime, the gym at St Asaph police station was full of paperwork they couldn’t use the hall as there were that many boxes in there, 17 defendants each receiving 12 boxes of paperwork plus the prosecution and the jury, in weight there was over a ton  and a half of paper,  you may well laugh mugs, but you paid for all this paperwork, paperclips, binders, folders, elastic bands etc

All these officers involved in this case were all on the payroll, mugs money once again, you’ve paid for all of this and all for a victimless crime. 17 solicitors each receiving 12 boxes of paperwork, then passed onto 17 defence barristers and all 12 jury members that sat for over seven weeks. I’ve only named two CPS lawyers, there were a lot more staff in the CPS who dealt with this case. There were hundreds of pages of witness statements, The Mob had visited various people including Sally Elizabeth Sloman from the Royal Bank Of Scotland, T Cryer senior insurance advisor Swinton group, Kenneth Jones chairman of Bangor city football club, David Milner managing director of Rhyl football club, Jennifer Scott Whitbread plc payroll Department, Gary Lloyd witness and Bill Fredericks accountant witness, there were many more witnesses who gave evidence and I have all the police officer’s statements.

You are going to see a lot of statements some of which are a load of rubbish, nothing to do with investigating mortgage fraud, you readers of the blog have a right to see what you have paid for, yet the CPS did their best not to tell me how much the police have spent on this investigation and how much the lawyers received.

The bill for this trial was paid for by the legal aid board for each defendant, none of the defendants paid any money, mugs money footed this bill.

My Complaint To The JCIO Against District Judge Gwyn Jones from North Wales

Below you can read a complaint which I made to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO), you can also read their findings, my letter is self-explanatory but I would just like to make it clear Angela Helleur, I do not know you and I have never had any contact with you but I can see from your interview you were arrested on 31st  October 2008 for money-laundering, your full interview and documents were sent to my solicitor Hogan Brown solicitors of Liverpool by North Wales Police, they are obviously not concerned at who or what information they are passing on.

Angela if you do read this blog and feel upset that part of your interview has come into the public domain please, phone me on 07977928434 and I will redact your name, I’ve shown as little as possible but the reason for showing this extract was that it shows your solicitor when interviewed was Gwyn Jones from Gamlins Solicitors.

A couple of weeks prior to your interview on 10 October 2008 myself, my wife and another 15 defendants were interviewed at St Asaph and we were all eventually charged and went on trial at Mold Crown Court, at the time being one of the biggest fraud cases in North Wales. I don’t know Angela if you were ever charged, the point I’m making here is your solicitor Gwyn Jones would’ve known all about me and my trial in fact he did know!

Mr Stephen Dickens and his then partner Yasminah Jhurry also went on trial for an alleged mortgage fraud, again readers of the blog Dickens and Jhurry had no involvement in our trial and once again his paperwork was passed by North Wales Police, to the CPS and then to my solicitor’s office. This is how I’ve come into contact with your documents ,I don’t know Angela Helleur as stated but I am aware of Mr Dickens and Miss Jhurry and I know Mr Dickens is a complainer so should you read this blog and you feel aggrieved that your paperwork has been disclosed to my solicitor, all I can advise you Mr Dickens is, take legal advice and should you have a complaint it lies with North Wales Police.

There are some documents in my complaint to the JCIO regarding the ‘rat’ Gary Lloyd who was a prosecution witness in my trial, at that time he was very friendly with Mr Dickens. Ian Pattinson who was one of my co-defendants when he bought and sold a couple of houses, Gamlins solicitors did the conveyance for him, that’s where Gwyn Jones the now District Judge used to work, who says he doesn’t know me.

I would just like to point out that Ian Pattinson was acquitted of any wrong doing by the jury and Mold Crown Court in 2010. Anita, my wife was jointly charged with Pattinson and Spencer in the conspiracy, I was not charged in this conspiracy; Anita sold Pattinson a cottage in Penmaenmawr, we say all legal and above board, Pattinson renovates the property and eventually sells it to Michael Spencer, making over £40,000 profit, good luck to Pattinson, that’s what everyone does when you buy and sell properties.

So, the prosecution says there is a conspiracy between these three; the jury you would think would find the three defendants either all guilty of conspiracy or all three not guilty, but wait for it, the jury found Pattinson not guilty but found Spencer and Anita guilty. I’m not the only one dumbfounded, Pattinson himself said how can they find me not guilty but find Spencer and Anita guilty? That’s something we have to live with.

Moving on, Gwyn Jones the solicitor from Gamlins eventually becomes a district judge in North Wales, where on 21 December 2016 myself and Anita find ourselves in front of him at Llandudno magistrates court, where he activated a confiscation order sending myself and my wife to prison, where our solicitor told him, the Creamers have payed £100,000 and you will get a further quarter of a million pounds at the end of January, which was only four weeks later. He was having none of it and sent us both to prison; we stuck to our word and the money was paid by the end of January 2017.

What a load of rubbish. I believe the judge knew myself & Anita and that there was a conflict of interest and he shouldn’t have heard the case.

Read what the JCIO says, ‘you can complain to the ombudsman if you believe that this office has handled your complaint incorrectly, but the ombudsman does not have the power to investigate your original complaint’.

Geraint ap Dewi Rowlands, 56 the former army cadet leader, town councillor and Barclays Bank worker appeared for sentencing at Caernarfon Magistrate’s Court, once again the ‘paedophile post’ getting this wrong, they say he appeared for sentencing at Llandudno Magistrate’s Court, well I can tell you quite clearly it was Caernarfon court and you can quite clearly see Dewi Rowlands leaving Caernarfon Magistrates Court after Gwyn Jones the district judge says “can I make it quite clear that this is not normal behaviour you’ve now lost your good name and I’m going to sentence you to a total of 52 weeks jail, suspended for two years”.

Are you as lost for words as I am readers of the blog? Images of children from 6 months of age to 14 years old and he doesn’t send him to jail this is the same judge that said he doesn’t know me, yet sends me to jail just before Christmas for owing money that I say I didn’t owe, yet he doesn’t send this paedophile to prison for downloading and making these images of these poor defenceless children makes me sick, the judge was more concerned with this beast losing his good name!!

Again, district Judge Gwyn Jones said: he was satisfied that the offence was serious enough to justify a custodial sentence, the judges sentencing remarks were interrupted by William Jones’s mobile ringing although he had turned off the ringer, it vibrated loudly, and he was told off by the judge and the judge went on to give him a 90-day jail sentence suspended for a year.

Another suspended sentence by Gwyn Jones, but sent a married woman, my wife to prison a few days before Christmas for allegedly owing money, a mother with children and grandchildren.

Gary Lloyd, I Never Told The Jury The Real Truth About My Background, I’m A Liar

Gary Lloyd originally from Llandudno Junction, as you know he was a prosecution witness at my trial at Mold Crown Court in 2010, he was DC 2312 Don Kenyon and 2179 Jason Davenport’s star witness. Can I make it quite clear he did not give evidence against me, I asked my barrister Peter Davies QC to cross-examine him about his bad character, Peter Davies said that’s not for me to do, that’s for Chris Stables Anita’s barrister to do, that’s why Chris Stables is on the Wall of Shame.

Don Kenyon and Davenport worked on a mission along with some senior officers from North Wales Police to get me convicted by hook or by crook, any charge would do; this was a personal vendetta by North Wales Police. Lloyd gave evidence against Anita and The Mob desperately needed Anita convicted so they could go after her for a proceeds of crime order and they used Lloyd to do this.

The Mob checked my tax affairs with my accountant to confirm with my accountant that Anita was as partner in a business I had and Anita’s tax affairs were all up to date with that business, Anita also worked for Dave McLean’s builders, they checked her payslips and how much she had received they too were spot on, Anita also worked for Brian Craven they did the same here, checking how much she was paid, again that was fine. Finally, The Mob contacted Gary Lloyd where Anita had worked at one of his shops in Colwyn Bay with Paul Horan, date approximately 1998. Lloyd told The Mob Anita had never worked for him, please read his statements which he made on 12/11/2008.

 

 

Myself and Anita were surprised that he said this; what it boils down to is when I transferred a property into Anita’s name which was legitimate, at the time Anita said she was working for Lloyd which she was, the mortgage she had was for approximately £54,500 which later on me and Anita cleared the mortgage with legitimate funds, which left Anita mortgage free; but because Lloyd said Anita hadn’t worked for him the police were saying we lied in a mortgage application to get the mortgage.

No lies were told, what had happened was Lloyd didn’t want to be responsible for the tax due on Anita’s earnings as he is a tax evader and the police were happy with Lloyd saying this as he became their star witness and the police wanted their part of the deal, to settle their personal vendetta to get the Creamer’s convicted. Again, I don’t want to sound like a stuck record this was a victimless crime with no complainants, the police were just jealous and evil.

Now I’m going to show you the type of character Gary Lloyd really is and how the police knew all about his dodgy dealings, Gary Lloyd could’ve committed murder and they wouldn’t have charged him, they just wanted him to give evidence against Anita in 2010.

You would have read in Gary’s Lloyds statements when he sold me the property it wasn’t completely finished; how can you build a house without water?  Oh, good old Gary illegally tapped into next door’s water supply, you’re not prosecuting him for that Don Kenyon? And you would have also read Mr Lloyd can’t remember what estate agents it was up for sale with, it was with the Nationwide; do you remember Gary, you didn’t go through the estate agents as you didn’t want to pay the fees and you also said Anita didn’t work for you because you didn’t pay the tax on her income.

DC Don Kenyon let’s look at your witness that you called and never showed the jury his previous convictions, I am going to show you his previous just in case you have lost the paperwork Don, why wasn’t Mr Lloyds convictions in the jury bundle? Was it that you didn’t want the jury to know his bad character?

This is Gary Lloyd, the little rat from Llandudno Junction who everybody thinks is a lovely lad and never been in trouble.

  • Mr Lloyd’s wife was fined in Caernarfon Crown Court over £90,000 for fiddling the DSS, he let her take the blame because he’s a rat and a coward.
  • Lloyd hired out go-karts in Queensferry, he also had various shops (selling beds and furniture) in Llandudno, Colwyn Bay & Rhyl, Lloyd went bankrupt.
  • Lloyd acted as a modelling agency in Llandudno trading as Hot Shots, getting women to strip off while him and Paul Horan took photographs for their own sexual gratification. The poor women paid Lloyd cash as he promised to send the photos to a London model agency.
  • Gary Lloyd rented a house in Rhos on Sea and was claiming housing benefit whilst working.
  • Lloyd sold contraband tobacco, when caught by HM Customs he wasn’t prosecuted, how convenient for a rat.
  • In various shops Lloyd had in Colwyn Bay and Rhyl he would illegally tap into other people’s water supply and do the same with electricity.
  • While Lloyd was married he would often go back to a lady’s house by the name of Anne, who owned a lingerie shop in Rhos on Sea; Lloyd would dress up in her underwear putting on her basque, knickers and stiletto shoes.
  • Lloyd has never been faithful to any of his partners, he’s deceitful and a liar.
  • Lloyd has been a heavy cocaine user for over 30 years.
  • Lloyd a couple of years ago was bragging that he took a 68-year-old woman back to her bed and breakfast in Llanberis, where the 2 of them had wild sex while off their heads on cocaine, Lloyd was bragging he was snorting it off of her tits. You may well laugh readers of the blog, you wouldn’t if this was your grandmother.
  • Lloyd suffers from health problems, not so long ago whilst attending a wedding he collapsed and was rushed to hospital with a cocaine overdose.
  • Lloyd used to do the markets around the North Wales coast, trading standards found out he was selling counterfeit DVDs, he blamed his son and said they were his.
  • The house I purchased off Lloyd was for £54,500 if they prosecuted me and Anita for a conspiracy, it goes without saying he should have been prosecuted. Oh, I forgot North Wales Police couldn’t prosecute him, he’s a grass and their star witness.

You read Lloyd’s statements, he now decides to say something different when he gave evidence under oath, he now says Anita may have worked in the shop as I was never there, Paul Horan the registered alcoholic was the manager, he looked after the shop not me, Anita’s barrister Chris Stables asked the judge john Rogers QC could he grant an order for Horan to be summonsed to court, if Horan would have attended court and confirmed what Lloyd now says under oath, Anita’s case would have been discontinued. Stables told the judge Horan had moved to Merseyside around the Southport area, how convenient the police couldn’t find him LOL,  a registered alcoholic who was on benefits, he would have been easy to find, if the police would have wanted him as a witness in a murder case they would have soon found him.

What I find very strange is in the jury bundle they had my applications for a mortgage that I had applied for, photographs of houses I’ve owned and my tax affairs, I didn’t have a problem with any of that but what was missing from the bundle was the previous convictions for Gary Lloyd the credible witness and all his dodgy dealings he’s done in the past.

Have a look below at Lloyd’s paperwork where he’s been involved with Stephen Dickens, Lloyd owed Dickens quite a lot of money. I would first like to point out the paperwork you will read was nothing to do with me or Anita, they had already arrested Lloyd on 07/12/2005 for attempting to obtain a money transfer by deception, please look at his custody record.

No charges were brought here against Lloyd, we know why, they were building a case against me and they needed Lloyd to be the witness, again Lloyd could do anything and he wouldn’t have got prosecuted, let’s say Lloyd was right he’d done nothing wrong why didn’t he bring a claim against the chief constable for false imprisonment, he couldn’t because he was up to his neck in it.

What the jury must be thinking now reading this, seeing what Gary Lloyd is really about, I ask you again members on the jury. Please come forward, go and see a Solicitor; you the jury may be mad at reading what Gary Lloyd has been up to and feel the system has let you down, think how me and my wife feel, I’ve served 2 prison sentences totalling seven years and had to pay The Mob £350,000.

As far as Gary Lloyd their star witness is concerned, he is nothing but a benefit cheat, cocaine user and abuser, a tax evader, electricity fiddler, a Dwr Cymru fiddler, runs his vehicles on red diesel, a man who deliberately goes bankrupt when he has debt but as long as he gave evidence against Creamer he was entitled to do whatever he wanted by North Wales police.

Finally, Gary Lloyd you rat, run to the police and show them the blog and what I’ve written about you; there’s nothing they can do, it’s all the truth. Serve a writ on me Lloyd you rat for libel, oh I forgot you can’t do that either because I’m telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. You are now surplus to requirements by North Wales Police, they have used you enough. You are one very lonely old man Gary, try and have a nice Christmas on your own Scrooge, just remember all the paperwork on the blog, North Wales Police sent it to my solicitor.
