This is the second email I have sent DC Kenyon, he won’t reply back, he’s embarrassed by what I’ve asked him.

Ex PC 2364 Mike Smith is to appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court on December 18th to face fraud charges.

I contacted Llandudno Magistrate Court on 25th November 2019 and asked was Mike on the listings, the lady I spoke to told me she couldn’t find his name, that’s not to say the police may not have updated the system. On Friday, 29th November I contacted Mold Law Courts, again I asked to be put through to listings spoke to a lady called Claire she confirmed to me he’s in court on December 18th at Llandudno.

The Paedophile Post are not aware of this yet, no doubt when its bought to their attention they too will publish a story on him. Mike Smith in April 2017 spoke to Jez Hemming reporter for the Paedophile Post telling them his story that he suffered abuse as a boy at the hands of his junior football coach, the abuse continued for six years Mike told his teacher, but his teacher did not believe him.

I will not say much more on this subject as I do not wish to prejudice his case, he may plead guilty on the 18th or he may not, we will have to wait-and-see. I have plenty more to say about Mike Smith, but I will wait until after his court hearing.

I would not behave the way North Wales police did at my trial in 2010 Don Kenyon was told by his honour John Rogers to go and speak to the author of the Thoughts of Oscar blog and ask him to remove the untrue and the derogatory remarks that were on his blog, this order was not carried out, as it was advantageous to North Wales Police and there for all the jury to see. If any of the jury read that poison pen blog please call me on 07977928434,I know my trial was prejudiced don’t be afraid to come forward, the truth will come out in the end.

How strange DC Kenyon and Mike Smith’s ex superintendent Robert James Kirman goes on trial on December 17 at Mold Crown Court facing 5 allegations of fraud totalling more than £70,000 for making false representations which he knew might be misleading by giving incorrect information; the first offence allegedly took place between October 2012 and October 2013 which involved a sum in excess of £7000 he was further charged with fraud involving one of £12,000 one of £13,000 another of £12,000 and another of £27,000 between October 2013 and October 2017.

Once again, we will not discuss Rob Kirman’s case he’s also entitled to a fair trial.

I’d now like to write about Councillor Julie Fallon, I have spoken about her on a previous post which has apparently upset her. I bumped into Julie by chance at Deganwy Quay she said to me I think we need a chat, so we sat down and talked at length. She asked me many times who is giving you this information. She suggested many names, but I refused to tell her who I speak to and where I get my information from. She went on to say that she is one of the governors at John Bright School and gave me a ladies name who she believed passed on information to me, this woman was a teacher at John Bright and she said that she had written to this lady and sacked her due to her poor attendance and timekeeping.

Think about this now readers of the blog, how many parents who have children at John Bright school have received letters complaining regarding the children’s attendance or for being late, you can be summoned to court for it, I’m sure there’s many that have.

A Police Inspector Murdered His Detective Wife

Darren McKie 43, stared straight ahead and showed no reaction when he was jailed for life for the brutal killing of his wife Leanne who was 39. The callous, debt-ridden senior police officer left his desk at Stretford police station halfway through his shift on September 28 last year; he went home to his house in Wilmslow and strangled his wife after she found out about a £54,000 loan he had applied for behind her back, calling him a liar in an angry text message.

Darren McKie broke two bones in Leanne’s neck while he crushed her throat after Leanne discovered he had hacked into her work computer to get a payslip and forged her signature for a loan he applied for behind her back as the family’s finances spiralled out of control.

McKie, who was in charge of resource management at the Trafford division of Greater Manchester Police, put Leanne’s body into her Mini car and parked it around the corner before going to collect their three children, after putting his children to bed McKie drove the mini to Poynton Lake, where he dragged Leanne’s body 140 meters into the water.

In the middle of his trial at Chester Crown Court, he finally admitted manslaughter but claimed it was a terrible accident. Last week a jury found McKie guilty of murder by a majority of 11 to 1.

The couple had been spending way beyond their means and were more than £100,000 in debt not including the £300,000 mortgage on their home. It’s hard to believe a police inspector does this over a little bit of money. As you have all read on this blog North Wales Police stole £350,000 off me, that’s without other monies that went missing which Superintendent John Chapman is aware of, it’s hard to believe the lengths a police officer will go to, to gain money

I can tell you now ex-police inspector Darren McKie will not be getting a Proceeds of Crime Act, you can kill somebody and will not get a POCA.

  • PC Wynne Morris, jailed for abusing a young girl.
  • PC Dave Parminter, banned for drink driving.
  • PC Robert Jones Welch, hung himself after being arrested for grooming a young girl.
  • PC Martyn Parmley, sacked for going on the police computer for non-policing purposes.
  • PC Andy Gill, sacked for going on the police computer for non-policing purposes.
  • PC Gary Donnelly, jailed for sexual abuse of a teenager.
  • PC David Gardener, was accused of selling a custody picture of Howard Hughes, the man who murdered 7 year old Sophie Hook in Llandudno in 1995, along with confidential psychiatric reports to the media; Gardener denied the accusations against him. He was also accused of having an affair with a lady while he was on duty, this relationship started when he had arrested the partner.
  • There are too many officers to list in North Wales.

Another North Wales Police Cock Up!!

North Wales Police can’t even run their own website without cocking up. They recently put an appeal out asking the public to help trace Zico Edwards who was wanted for a number of offences on the police website, on a previous post the police suggested he was wanted in connection with sexual offences.

I would just like to confirm Zico Edwards is not wanted for any sexual offences, I do not wish to comment further on the previous post the police published just in case Zico was to bring a claim against North Wales Police. Once again, if Zico Edwards is seen, he is not wanted for any sexual offences.

After reading this very serious error by North Wales Police, it makes you question who are they employing to run their website? Did you noticed how small their apology was, I’ll write it again for you, North Wales Police would like to apologise for the error on the previous post, all I can say is good luck Zico should you bring a claim against them. Should anyone go on the police website, you will not find this post about Zico Edwards as they removed it immediately after their embarrassing error.

Now moving onto my last post on my blog where Conwy police raided 3 properties, one in Conwy and two in Bryn Gynnog, I told you nobody had been charged or arrested. I can confirm a male from one of the addresses in Bryn Gynnog received a summons through the post for possession of a very small amount of weed and appeared at Llandudno Magistrates Court and was given a conditional discharge; North Wales Police did this to justify the warrant for smashing the occupants’ door down.

I think you would have to agree the cost of well over 20 officers involved in these raids did not justify the public’s purse, to end up seizing approximately £20 worth of weed and a conditional discharge.

A third party did write to North Wales Police under the Freedom of information act, requesting to know how much the 3 raids cost the public purse? Please read their response back.

Going back to a previous post on Rob Kirman, I can confirm Superintendent Jane Banham has taken over Rob Kirman’s job. Rob Kirman as you all know resigned after pleading guilty to criminal damage & assault and his partner Paula Vaughan Smith was sacked from her job as a police civilian worker.

Paula also worked in the ‘Go Safe’ vehicle raking in overtime. I also told you on a previous post, police officers were getting overtime working in the ‘Go Safe’ vans, you have seen the FOI request on how much the police paid their officers doing this job. Superintendent Jane Banham was horrified by these goings on and has put a stop to any overtime especially in the ‘Go Safe’ van.

Certain officers were very angry about overtime being stopped and questioned why, I can confirm it is since I requested a FOI, I can also confirm officers were told to look at my blog at the FOI request and that’s the answer why it’s been stopped; yet Ian Verburg sent memo’s to all officers NOT to look at my site; it’s not working Ian, they’re all reading it.

I know PC Duncan Logan as well as Richie Wythan are regular readers of my blog, but are upset that their overtime is being stopped in the ‘Go Safe’ vehicles, it makes you think if Superintendent Jane Banham has stopped this overtime, what really has been going on? North Wales Police should in theory be saving approximately £45,000 per year thanks to me, I wonder what they will do with the money?

Lager Lout Superintendent Robert James Kirman is Fined and Left with a Criminal Record

Superintendent Rob Kirman who is 47 and his partner who worked as a police civilian worker have both lost their jobs.

Rob Kirman attacked a taxi driver he thought was deliberately using a longer route to take them home. Sadesh Hussain, 41 who was the taxi driver became terrified when Rob Kirman and his partner began swearing and banging on the glass panel in the taxi. Mr Hussain an Iraqi Kurd who fled to the safety of the UK 15 years ago, had no choice but to divert off route as several roads in Wrexham, North Wales had been closed off as there was a one-way system in the town because of a ‘Rock the Park concert’ being set up.

Both Kirman and his partner were both heavily intoxicated and they were both banging on the window behind Mr Hussain, they were shouting, swearing and banging with their fists on the panel and were very angry that the taxi was taking a diversion; the driver repeated to them both “please calm down the road is closed”. The driver eventually stopped near the taxi rank where he worked and called the police; Kirman eventually got out of the taxi, grabbed the driver, took his keys and was still shouting at Mr Hussain saying, “I’m a police officer”, the driver said to Kirman “police officers don’t act like this” and was scared.

When Rob Kirman was questioned he allegedly told officers he believed Mr Hussain was going to kidnap them both, thankfully the CCTV revealed what really did happen and Rob Kirman was charged with assaulting Mr Hussain, Kirman resigned from North Wales Police 12 days after pleading guilty last month to using threatening or abusive behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and causing just under £400 worth of damage to Mr Hussain’s car and to common assault.

North Wales Police have also conducted an internal misconduct investigation and a public misconduct hearing will take place on 1st March 2018, I do believe ex-Superintendent Rob Kirman will not attend on 1st March. The whistle-blower who provided this information to me tells me Kirman was sacked but to save his pension he was urged to resign immediately, this is making my blood boil and I’m sure readers of the blog you will feel the same, how dare this criminal be allowed to keep his pension. Kirman’s partner, a police civilian worker who was sacked by the force accepted a caution for threatening behaviour.

Before all this came into the public domain I was well aware of it and I wrote a request to ask, could they provide the following information under the Freedom of information act;

I’m told Rob Kirman’s partner also worked in the ‘Go Safe’ vehicles (Arrive Alive) once again readers of the blog, what’s maddening is police officers in North Wales struggle to get overtime, they are told if they want overtime go and sit in the Go Safe vans, wouldn’t you rather see more police on the streets policing the towns, stopping vehicles for drink and drug driving, instead a trained police officer is doing a civilians job sitting in the back of the van, trying to catch motorists speeding that they can’t stop whilst in a Go Safe van as already stated, wouldn’t it be better if they were out in police vehicles?

Rob Kirman appeared in Mold Magistrates Court today 19/02/18 for sentencing. When any member of the public has to attend court, we are all told to be there for 10 o’clock, how strange that Kirman’s told to attend for 2 o’clock, the court listing says he was in court 5 but at 2 o’clock it was switched to court 4.

He was fined just over £700 he also had to pay costs for the damage he caused to the panel in the taxi just under £400 plus £200 to the taxi driver as compensation and £85 court costs.

Roberts James Kirman’s solicitor told the court today he had drunk 10 pints of lager, the video was played in court of the taxi journey, Kirman’s partner was also drunk you could hear her screaming and shouting abuse at the taxi driver, her language was foul, take it from me she’s no lady and as for Kirman, he was even worse you could hear him calling the driver a c**t, the taxi driver did the right thing by driving back into Wrexham town centre trying to seek help.

It really is laughable, Kirman trying to convince the court he thought him and his partner were being kidnapped, 2 police officers attended the scene Kirman and his partner were telling them “we are police officers”, she is not a police officer, she was a police civilian worker. Again, what was frustrating was if that would have been any other member of the public behaving in this way they would have spent the night in the cells, which is only right and proper yet Kirman and his partner were allowed to go home, he then phoned the incident inspector from his home after drinking more alcohol to report the incident, Kirman’s solicitor told the court he’s been in the force 24 years and has no previous convictions, he’s lost his job and his good name, Robert James Kirman now has a criminal record and is no longer with the police force.

Superintendent Simon Humphreys, another one who resigned after he was interviewed regarding the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar, Superintendent Gordon Anglesey, convicted paedophile and his wife was allowed to keep his pension, absolutely disgusting; just what is it with our Superintendents in Wales?  Superintendent John Chapman I made a complaint to PSD about you and am still waiting patiently for my money that went missing.
