Will Constable 2489 Anja MacLeod Be Sacked This Time??

Two dog beating cops should have been sacked after they were caught on camera abusing their pets; it was heard in court that PC Craig McLeod and his partner Anja Mason (now Mrs Anja MacLeod) who at the time lived in The Meadows, Prestatyn, were banned from looking after any animals for 5 years, many hours of distressing footage came to light of them abusing their pets, the footage was on TV and YouTube but has since been removed.

The dog beaters were ordered to carry out community service and pay hefty court costs, there was outrage by the public as to why Anja McLeod kept her job with North Wales Police despite her having a criminal record. Anne Owen founder of North Clwyd Animal Rescue near Hollywell said, “I didn’t think their punishment was severe enough they deserve to lose their jobs and I would back any campaign to support that”.

When police officers commit criminal offences, they never get a POCA, you would think the government would bring a new law in where they shouldn’t get paid whilst they’re suspended and if found guilty their pensions should be taken off them.

Constable 2489 Anja McLeod is now facing another allegation that whilst on duty on the 26th of May 2022, she requested a period off from her duties via her line manager which was agreed on the understanding that she would record the absence on the appropriate force system.

PC MacLeod left her place of duty to attend an appointment at a veterinary clinic whilst off duty; she used a police vehicle without authority to carry out the journey and subsequently failed to record the period of absence. It is alleged that PC McLeod has breached the standards of professional behaviour relating to honesty and integrity, duties, responsibilities, and discreditable conduct. The allegations above have been assessed by the appropriate authority as amounting to Gross Misconduct.

A police misconduct hearing for PC Anja McLeod will be held today 28th of June 2023 at Police Headquarters Colwyn Bay.

A Welsh Inspector Guilty of Assaulting a Vulnerable 16-year-old boy

Inspector Dean Gittoes resorted to force within less than a minute of encountering the teenager outside Merthyr Tydfil police station in South Wales. He twisted the boy’s wrist forcing him to fall and held on to him by the hood making it difficult for the vulnerable boy to breathe; the 16 year old did not resist and cried out in pain.

Gittoes the bully who is nearly 50, was convicted after a three-day trial in Cwmbran, another Welsh pig abusing his power.

Three Welsh senior cops have been banned from the force after behaviour towards a woman at a boozy retirement party, the police chiefs were fired without notice after they were inappropriate towards a more junior female officer at a work event. Each one of them spoke to a woman who was below them in rank so inappropriately that it amounted to misconduct, one of the dirty pigs also touched the woman without her consent it was proved at the hearing.

A Welsh Cop Sacked for Perverting the Course of Justice

PC Abubakar Masum who made several false accusations about a university student has been sacked and barred from serving as an officer again I feel so sorry for women who get married or have a relationship with a copper, they are bullies with a badge, we are not going to have any officers in Wales left at this rate.

DC2313 Don Kenyon and 2179 Jason Davenport from St Asaph, what do you 2 think of this behaviour?

North Wales Police Employ Criminals

North Wales Police are recruiting for new police officers with a salary of £24,091 to £28,047 for full time employment as they are desperate for officers; regardless of whether you have a criminal conviction or not there’s a good chance they will take you on.

An investigation by a tabloid newspaper has revealed that there are 25 officers on North Wales Police’s books that have a criminal conviction.

Of the bad cops:

  • 18 are Constables
  • 2 are Detective Constables
  • 4 are Sergeants

The convictions include:

  • possession of controlled drugs
  • drunk and disorderly
  • obtaining property by deception
  • cruelty to animals
  • data protection breaches
  • common assault
  • criminal damage
  • disorderly behaviour
  • theft
  • breaching COVID regulations

With regards to hiring cops with a conviction the force said forces should not recruit those with cautions or convictions which may call into question the integrity of the applicants or the police service; each case should be dealt with on its own individual merit.

Forces with the most convictions are:

  1. Met Police -150
  2. North Wales Police – 25
  3. Cheshire Police – 23
  4. Kent and Essex Police – 23
  5. Thames Valley and Hampshire Police – 22
  6. Greater Manchester Police – 15
  7. Avon and Somerset Police – 13
  8. Leicestershire Police – 11
  9. Dorset Devon and Cornwall Police -10
  10. Sussex Police – 8

Heddlu Gwent Police revealed that three of their officers have criminal convictions a Detective Sergeant, a Police Constable, and a Detective Constable. Their convictions are for drink driving, criminal damage, and violent behaviour.

Dyfed Powys Police refused to comment if any serving officers have criminal convictions saying it would cost too much to retrieve the information.

North Wales Police can probably boast they were second in Great Britain who employ cops with the most convictions.

Pictured above are PC Wayne Couzens, 48, convicted of kidnap and murder of Sarah Everard, PC Jamie Lewis pleaded guilty to misconduct in a public office after taking pictures of murdered sisters Bibaq Henry and Nicole Smallman, PC Jamie Rayner was jailed in November for assaulting a female cop during a controlling and coercive relationship.

North Wales Police over the last few years have sacked a lot of officers, remember PC 2272 Shaun Parry on February 19th 2019 faced a misconduct hearing, on the 5th  of May 2018, Parry was alleged to have behaved inappropriately towards a female colleague whilst on duty. Parry was sacked

Shaun Parry is pictured below with the ex-Chief Constable Marc Polin.

Not forgetting Marc Polin who received a smack in the face from one of his colleagues for having an affair with this person’s wife. When Marc Polin was the Chief Constable on June 6th 2016, he chaired a misconduct hearing where DC 1651 Martin Parmley appeared and was sacked by the force.

Parmley at an earlier date pleaded guilty at Wrexham Magistrates Court to three offences contrary to the Computer Misuse Act 1990, another North Wales Police officer sacked!

The Prime Minister Boris Johnson said “he has admitted that the ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme may have contributed to the spread of coronavirus.

Below is a picture of ex-DC 1651 Martin Parmley and his wife eating out to help out at subway on Mostyn St in Llandudno.  Finally, only today a police employee pleaded guilty at Mold Crown Court to accessing highly sensitive information from the forces computer to please her partner. In court to save going to prison she tells the judge she has a history of mental health problems and has self-harmed; she didn’t have mental health problems when she was retrieving sensitive information off the computer.

If A Copper Stops You….Run Like F**K

Years ago, when our parents told us when we were in trouble, always look out for a policeman, how the times have changed.

As you can see from the video shown below, police officers are very unfit.

Certainly, with the corruption with the police force in North Wales, if you’re stopped by the police, I would advise anyone to run…

You’ve only got to look at

  • PC Robert Jones Welch who groomed a young girl
  • PC James Cleverly Evans who was jailed for downloading indecent images
  • PC Wyn Morris, jailed for sexually abusing a young girl
  • PC Ian James Clarke, jailed for Rape
  • PC Gary Donnelly, jailed for indecent assault
  • PC Dave Parminter banned for drink driving
  • PC Martyn Parmley, sacked for going on the PNC for non-policing purposes
  • PC 2154 Gill committed the same offence as Martyn Parmley
  • PC Dave Gardener, who arrested a male then went back to the male’s home to have sex with the male’s wife, he was forced to resign for his inappropriate behaviour
  • PC Anja mason and Sgt Craig MacLeod who viciously beat their pet dogs up over 240 hours.
  • DC Kenyon and SGT Davenport could even arrest you for mortgage fraud even without a complainee and it being a victimless crime, so they can abuse their power and legally steal money from you.

The list above is endless, all these officers are from North Wales.

PC Parminter

If you are stopped by a North Wales Police Officer and you are fully aware that you’ve done nothing wrong, don’t succumb to their request……run like f**k.

How can you trust police officers from this force to do the right thing?

We’re lucky that our police officers don’t carry guns like they do in America, black lives matter as do all of our lives.

Please watch the video below, I dare you not to laugh!!

Please read the link below PC Stuart Box punched and slapped an elderly motorist, leaving him with a fractured jaw before he died weeks later, please be cautious should you be stopped by a cop.

North Wales Police Officer’s Son Ends Up In Court After Watching Manchester City Versus Swansea Football Match!!

A local police officer PC Richard Eccles of North Wales Police who was also once the Secretary of the North Wales Police Federation, his son Harry Eccles 21, from Conwy, North Wales has been charged with going on to the playing area at a football match between Manchester City and Swansea in the FA Cup quarter-final, City went on to win and Harry Eccles ran onto the pitch, Harry is due to appear at Swansea Magistrates Court on April 2nd, 2019.

I think the courts need to clamp down on this behaviour to protect the players, as you know a supporter was sent to prison a few weeks ago for punching a player on the field.

Harry Eccles has been asked to resign from his job, I’m sure North Wales Police will take him back as they don’t mind you working for them even if you have convictions; they never sacked Anja Macleod and her husband the dog beaters, there are many other officers working for North Wales Police with far worse convictions.

We all get excited when our football team wins, some more than others. Harry, you should’ve known better with the job you have and where your father works.

A police museum was opened in early 2011 and Gwyn Roberts was asking the public for any exhibits or any stories to share, please call Gwyn on 07720532585, I may call you later Gwyn to see if this story is of any interest to you.

Another name that keeps popping up everywhere, Superintendent Simon Humphries he was the officer who protected ‘7 Bellies’ a.k.a. Nigel Roberts and his blog “Thoughts of Oscar” Humphries is keen to stress the museum is for policing in North Wales, rather than North Wales Police.

International Women’s Day, PC Anja Macleod the Dog Beater Keeps Her Job

Please read the links below of PC Craig Macleod and his new wife Anja Macleod. These were the 2 officers that admitted animal cruelty after beating their dogs, both were convicted and given community work. Anja Macleod advertises herself on the North Wales Police website for International Women’s day bigging herself up, trying to convince us what a good cop she is. Since she was convicted for animal cruelty, she thinks by putting a ring on her finger, changing her name and moving jobs from Llandudno to Wrexham people would not know who she was and remember what they did.

https://www.facebook.com/NorthWalesPolice/photos/a.10150264069001955/10156796322601955/?type=3&theater

Have you read Anja’s statement “it’s not all about giving out tickets, sometimes I even rescue small ducklings from busy carriageways”, no mention of her and her husband beating their dogs and it all being caught on camera, their solicitor defending both defendants said they were both at risk of being sacked by North Wales Police and losing their home, would you agree readers of the blog they both should have been sent to jail and lost their jobs?

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/3519391/Police-officers-convicted-for-torturing-their-pet-dogs.html

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/7695303.stm

https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/police-officers-face-jail-over-2149160

I am shocked and amazed that the 2 police officers caught on video beating their dogs have both been allowed to keep their jobs. The dog beaters both appeared before a disciplinary hearing, wait for it…. in front of the deputy Chief Constable Clive Wolfendale and 2 Superintendents, one of those being  Superintendent Simon Humphreys,  Anja must have pulled some ducklings off the road that day! The ‘Mad Mullah’ Richard Brunstrom along with Wolfendale & Humphreys, these are the 3 Musketeers that were the senior officers that authorised Operation Pylon which was myself and others being arrested for mortgage fraud and as you know & are probably fed up of hearing it, no complainee and a victimless crime.

The 3 musketeers and their foot soldiers have spent £20million of mugs money on me, just think when you get up of a morning and go to work how they are wasting tax payers money. Beat a dog up and get convicted, North Wales Police would still employ you and you must be able to tell lies like PC 2163 Mohammed Lachiri on the 13th March 2019 appeared in front of a tribunal, after appeal he was given his job back with North Wales Police.

https://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-wales-news/north-wales-police-dog-beaters-2795875

Can I just remind you when the dog beaters attended Denbigh Magistrates Court, they appeared in front of Wendy Gibbs who was the Magistrate at that time; can I now bring to your attention some time ago Conwy and Denbighshire held a youth ‘Question Time’ with officers hosted by Cllr Ian Gunning MBE and Sion Rickard from Llanrwst Duke of Edinburgh award, young people would ask questions to the panel about safety and policing and funnily enough the panellists included Chief Superintendent Simon Humphreys who knew all about the dog beaters and Wendy Gibbs who sentenced the dog beaters, this must be a coincidence.

Please see picture below of Superintendent Sian Beck also promoting International Women’s Day, Sian Beck was the officer who investigated the complaints into ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ 7 Bellies aka Nigel Roberts, there were over a dozen complaints made regarding this site and Superintendent Simon Humphreys was protecting it.

Sian Beck told me she would investigate this thoroughly, Sian came to see me and said Simon Humphreys has retired, you couldn’t make this up, the complaints were about Humphreys, so he retired with full pension without having to answer to the complaints.

The Mob Recruit Criminals!

As this blog is very popular and goes out all over the world, I thought I’d show our readers how The Mob in North Wales behave or should that be misbehave.

We all heard how Superintendent Sacha Hatchett came out trying to defend her colleagues for killing the dog on the A55 and her wonderful speech, which was very vague, what she didn’t mention was PC Craig Macloed & PC Anja Mason, regarding their cruelty to animals and despite having a criminal record they both remain on traffic duties.

If any motorists get stopped by these two officers, please don’t wind them up, because God only knows what they would do to a speeding motorist.

Superintendent Sacha Hatchett also forgot to tell us about the list of her colleagues with criminal records that are serving Police Officers, you can read the full story below, be warned the video is distressing.

Please if you leave a comment, no bad language, I understand it’s frustrating.

What is amazing is that The Mob went to the White Rose centre in Rhyl and put pictures of people’s faces, for all to see who had been convicted of drug offences and every month in the local paper and on the police website, they advertise Criminals of the Month, how convenient, they don’t put any of The Mob on there!

When I took The Mob to court in 2013, one of the officer’s PC 2154 Andy Gill, a main witness for The Mob was unable to attend court, as he had been sacked from the force following a finding of gross misconduct after he admitted he had breached the Data Protection Act 1998, by inappropriately accessing Police Computer Systems, he was convicted of obtaining and disclosing personal data x 5 and sentenced on the 29th April 2010 to fines of £250 per offence totaling £1,250 together with a contribution towards the prosecution costs of £1,200.

You will read this story later on, Creamer Vs The Chief Constable of North Wales Police, Llangefni County Court.

I can tell you, this is a good story.

Good luck to Ched Evans, his appeal is imminent.

Should The Mob Have Given The Dog A Bone?

My blog, michaelcreamervsthemob.co.uk as you are aware is all to do with the way The Mob have dealt with me over the years and we are currently on The Witch Hunt Part 21, I will return to the Witch-hunt after this post.

I would like to see people’s comments on the way The Mob have dealt with the issue of killing the dog on the A55 last week. My own opinion was that it was despicable and barbaric the way in which they handled the situation.

I will start with Sacha Hatchett’s short speech that she put on social media, she was very vague in her speech, so I am going to try and help her find the answers to the questions, as Superintendent Hatchett doesn’t seem to be very familiar with this area.

It was suggested that the dog was killed between Llanfairfechan and Conwy Tunnel. Superintendent Hatchett, could you please be a bit more specific as to where the dog was killed? Was it in Llanfairfechan, Penmaenan, Penmaenmawr, Dwygyfylchi, Penmaen-bach, Conwy Morfa or just before the entrance Conwy Tunnel, because from Llanfairfechan to Conwy Tunnel is 7 miles long?

You say the time was around 3 o’clock in the morning, I can tell you from experience of driving on the A55 at that time of the morning the roads are quiet and you Superintendent Hatchett, have the benefit of CCTV cameras all along the A55, so you will be able to view them and give all of the concerned members of public an accurate account of how many vehicles were on the road. Secondly, all police traffic vehicles are fitted with cameras and finally Superintendent, our police officers are fitted with body-cam, so you would have seen the whole situation, as I have already stated, why are you being so vague?

Please don’t tell us the CCTV cameras were not looking at the incident, the vehicle wasn’t fitted with cameras and that the police officers didn’t have their body-cams on them. I would like to bring something to your attention, you said in your speech, wagons were doing 70mph, there are parts of the A55 you can only do 50mph on, from just after the Little Chef in Dwygyfylchi coming around Penmaenbach there are speed signs up saying 30mph, when the 30mph speed limit finishes at Conwy Morfa a 40mph limit starts going into Conwy Tunnel, you also said that HGV’s had to swerve to avoid the dog, that would be shown on the CCTV.

You can see pictures I’ve taken for you showing the speed signs.

A55.1

A55.3

A55.2

I would like to invite you to immediately send members of The Mob, tomorrow morning and every other morning at 3 o’clock onto the A55, because if those HGV’s and other motorists are travelling at 70mph, they would be committing road traffic offences in accordance with section 1 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.

Could you please confirm in another statement, were your officers wearing fluorescent jackets? Because if they were, they would have been easily visible to motorists and if they were not, they may need reporting to Health & Safety and also did the police vehicles have their blue lights flashing?

I am surprised a rolling road block was not used, this is a method of temporary traffic control that is used to slow or stop traffic as a means of temporarily removing traffic from a roadway. The rolling road block closes all lanes of traffic, by using vehicles to create a gap, so that constructive activities can be performed (ie; catch a dog). To the left hand side of the A55 coming from Llanfairfechan, you have a cycle path from Conwy to Llanfairfechan and alongside the cycle path you have a beautiful beach, the dog could have easily been guided along the cycle path to a place of safety and on the right hand of the A55 from Conwy to Llanfairfechan, there are fields and mountains.

A55.4

I believe North Wales Police did absolutely nothing to bring the dog to safety.

I also believe the officer that killed the dog and the boss who ordered the command to kill it from the control room, they should immediately be suspended while a full investigation is carried out by PSD (Professional Standards Department) and if the public are not happy with PSD’s decision, the public could sign a petition and get it referred to the IPCC and if that outcome is not satisfactory to the public, then a committee could be formed and civil proceedings could be taken against the officers. From my previous dealings with PSD, I have no faith in them as it’s the Police investigating the police. Members of the public, should ask under the Freedom of Information Act, for full disclosure of all documentation regarding this case.

Part of our enquiries at the moment tell us the officer Craig Neil Macloed and officer Anja Mason, both from Prestatyn, who were both convicted of cruelty to dogs, banned for 5 years from looking after animals, there was over 240 hours of distressing footage of their cruelty towards their dogs, they were given community work and hefty fines. I am told they are now back in full time employment with North Wales Police on Traffic duties, Superintendent Hatchett, could you please confirm in a statement, that neither of these 2 were the driver of the vehicle that killed the dog on the A55?

Now that The Mob know who the owner of the dog is, the owner should be prosecuted for not keeping the dog under proper control. Karen Dixon CPS lawyer, should be able to advise The Mob of the right charge. I got fined 35pence for the same offence, read my earlier post. I also believe the officer who killed the dog, should be charged with criminal damage, because the law states a dog is an object, Karen Dixon will be able to advise on that.

Finally, Superintendent Sacha Hatchett, whether it’s you or someone higher than you, somebody is being economical with the truth over the incident.

I would like to know what H.M. the Queen would think about North Wales Police killing the dog?

Your comments will be appreciated.
