North Wales Police Finally Admit They Knew Who The Author Of The Troll Blog Thoughts of Oscar Was

Please read my complaint about The Mob to PSD (Professional Standards Department) it is self-explanatory; I’m sorry it’s quite lengthy but this was their reports back, firstly by Superintendent Sian Beck from the local Policing Services at St Asaph and also a pathetic reply back by good old Detective Superintendent John Hanson, who’s now head of Professional Standards, as I’ve said before when you make a complaint to PSD (stop laughing!!) it’s the police investigating the police and if you’re not happy with the decision you then go to the IPCC (I Protect Corrupt Cops) over 70% of the staff from IPCC are ex police officers, this is throughout the country; what a great complaints procedure talk about banging your head against a brick wall.

If you are ever going to bring a claim against any officer this is the protocol you have to follow and they do their best to tire you out, but please don’t give up. It starts out like this, a local Sergeant in your area will record the complaints which will then be passed to PSD, they will gather all the information and take as long as possible and always try to resolve a complaint with a local resolution, then if you’re not happy it then goes to the IPCC, they can then take up to a year before they investigate and 9 times out of 10 they follow PSD’s decision. When all that has finished you then bring a claim against the Chief Constable in your area and take it to the County Court, I will show you in due course when I had to do this and how much money was awarded to us.

John Hanson as I’ve stated on this blog before had a meeting with Chris Walsh and head crown prosecutor Karen Dixon, it is my belief Karen Dixon was not made aware of all the facts by John and Chris. If the police want somebody charged a thorough investigation is carried out providing as much evidence as possible if they do not wish somebody to be charged should a complaint be made information is held back from the CPS. Somebody’s name was released on the Thoughts of Oscar website, this person was threatened to be killed and violence to be used, John and Chris’s advice to the complainant was that if someone makes a threat they don’t always carry it out, could you imagine readers of the blog if the threats were made regarding a police officer, they would babysit outside his property.

I can confirm that what I have mentioned above was true & factual and mentioned in headquarters but what I can’t confirm is did John Hanson pass this information on to Karen Dixon in their meeting?  I’m sure if Karen would have been made aware of this somebody would have been prosecuted from that poison pen blog.

As we know Nigel Roberts a.k.a. ‘7 Bellies’ admitted to being the author, ex- Secretary of State for Wales MP David Jones carries on denying having any involvement but you have seen his deleted tweets on the previous post and North Wales Police couldn’t prosecute themselves but as you can see from the reports they do their best to close your complaints down.

How convenient for The Mob, the IPCC says in their findings “we do not consider any one’s recollection of events would be clear after such a significant length of time i.e. five years, Verberg can’t remember, Kenyon’s memory has faded and Simon Humphreys took retirement as soon as my complaint came in to save his pension but when The Mob investigated myself and Anita for mortgage fraud they went back over 20 years and cross-examined me in the witness box for over 5 days and expected me to remember every detail, every mortgage application I made, where deposits came from etc, tax I had paid stamp duty, capital gains I had paid and right down to how much money I had spent on my credit cards yet they say it’s hard to remember things 5 years ago.

The truth of the matter is they have now been caught out covering each other’s backs and worrying about their pensions.

Finally, all you people that went to Llandudno police station and reported the Thoughts of Oscar blog to Inspector Verberg, he lied to you when he said he didn’t know who the author was; I’ve been telling you for years that he knew full well who it was, The Mob then moved him over to PSD and that’s where he is today. The reports from PSD, Sian Beck, the report from John Hanson and the report from the IPCC is the biggest load of rubbish I’ve ever read but they have to cover their backs to save their pensions, if The Mob had admitted they knew who the author of the blog was they knew this would have prejudiced my trial and the case would have collapsed.

People in North Wales for many years who were harassed, abused, libelled and generally targeted, a series of individual businesses, builders, haulage firms, shops and local councillors, the abuse was all carried out behind the cloak of anonymity.

I am now going to tell you where the poison pen blog started from, Nigel ‘seven bellies’ Roberts’ father was a grumpy old man who owned the chemist in Conwy on Castle Street and various other properties, to be fair to him when he started the site it was only to have a pop at local councillors on how they waste taxpayers money.

Grumpy Paul Roberts would sit in his window above the chemist and would constantly moan to the police about the noise coming from the Bluebell pub, the landlord at that time was Tony Bluebell, landlords came and went but Paul Roberts would still moan about how loud the karaoke was etc, he led a very boring life; he was often seen walking his Alsatian to Bodlondeb, he had one child Nigel Roberts a.k.a. Seven Bellies, Nigel as a child was a very lonely boy with no friends, he wasn’t allowed to attend Aberconwy School along with the rest of us, Daddy sent ‘Seven Bellies’ to St Mary College in Rhos on Sea.

When ‘Seven Bellies’ left school he worked with his dad in his chemist but started to do his own father’s head in and got a job in W.H Smith in Llandudno stacking shelves; eventually with help and money from his father he opened a shop on Gloddaeth Avenue which was Nigel Roberts’ Newsagents, where he loved the authority of talking to the local police as the police officers would go in and buy their newspapers and Nigel would often pass on information to them, by this time ‘Seven Bellies’ started to think he was untouchable, after having no friends he became friends with half of North Wales Police along with Dylan Moore a solicitor and David Jones ex-secretary of state for Wales.

Just to let you know what ‘Seven Bellies’ is about and what he got up to in his early years he had sex in the back of his BMW in the high street with a female who owned a shop in Conwy and still has it today; I won’t mention the lady’s name, she’s done nothing wrong apart from having sex with a walrus, somebody did walk past the car and heard Nigel having sex and then reported it to his father Paul.

Tony Price was a local fisherman, a character of the town, he worked very hard and people who knew him knew he liked to have a drink. One night Tony Price was drinking in the Bluebell, he went to the toilets but they were busy so he went out of the side door, crossed the road and he ended up in the alleyway on Paul Roberts’ driveway next to the chemist where he relieved himself. Nigel ‘Seven Bellies’ Roberts and his father Paul came charging out of the property and hit Tony Price over the head with a club, leaving him with two black eyes and a split nose, Tony’s face was black and blue; ‘Seven Bellies’ and his father, after attacking Tony who was innocently relieving himself against the wall, these two nutters reported Tony Price to the police, saying that Tony was trying to rob the chemist takings, anybody who knew of Tony Price knew full well he would never do that. Tony was a hard worker and a wealthy man but Nigel ‘Seven Bellies’ Roberts and his father had to come up with an alibi as to why they attacked Tony Price, the case was eventually discontinued.

When ‘Seven Bellies’ ran his newsagents in Llandudno, he often asked some of the female staff “did they want to go in the back with him to watch porn?”, a female member of staff told me this and asked that she be kept anonymous which I respect. Nigel was easy bait, a female was paid to go and see him and have sex with him to try and get information, which she carried out with ease. She has always said I do not wish my name to be put on social media, her wish has to be respected and will be, but ‘Seven Bellies’ I’ve seen the picture of you with your trousers down, with your belly hanging out and believe me it’s not a nice sight, I certainly wouldn’t inflict it on the public, also Mike Naughton the Private Investigator did a fantastic job doing his work.

‘Seven Bellies’, I enjoyed tracking you down; remember 3 weeks ago today, you were sitting outside Café Nero, the time was 4:30 pm and I shouted at you “what are you looking at fatty?” as you glanced over at me, all the people outside the café looked on in amazement as I was making remarks to you and your wife. What are you going to do? Go to the police? I’ll tell any court I called you fatty, you’re 10 stone over weight ha ha, I’ll keep quiet for now what I’ve got to say about your wife bendy Wendy.

Grumpy Paul Roberts, who had gone on to remarry one of his members of staff at the chemist you will remember her the one with ginger hair, when he passed away ‘Seven Bellies’ was fuming because she was going to get some of his inheritance, ‘Seven Bellies’ went around to the property she shared with his dad and packed all her clothes up etc and threw them out.

By now ‘Seven Bellies’ in his own mind thought he was untouchable, he took over the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar from his late dad; the name Oscar was the name of his dog and now with his father no longer here and him being the only child he stood to inherit everything. His wife is called Wendy Roberts, if you see her walking around Llandudno with Nigel, she usually has lipstick smudged around her face, they have no children Nigel ‘Seven Bellies’ little baby was the Thoughts of Oscar blog.

This blog he now ran with Dylan Moore and the ex-Secretary of State for Wales David Jones. David Jones is the only MP to be sacked by two Prime Ministers, David Cameron sacked him when he was Secretary of State for Wales and just recently Theresa May also sacked him, so you can imagine when they were running the blog the power went to their heads, this blog was protected by the Secretary of State for Wales and also North Wales Police. Superintendent Simon Humphrey’s was giving this site protection, I’m not going to go into it too much about the site most Welsh people are familiar with the poison pen blog so please read the articles that were in the press.

Inspector Emma Naughton from North Wales Police was asked to seize David Jones’ computer as there was material on there which may have related to a prosecution, she refused to do anything about it.

I have told you before that in 2011 when my mother and daughter visited me in prison they told me of the nasty, vindictive and untrue comments that were put on this blog, I told my mother and daughter on my release I will hunt these perpetrators down who are running that blog and bring them to justice which I did, although the police refused to bring any charges against them because the police couldn’t charge themselves, MP David Jones still claims he doesn’t know who Thoughts of Oscar is, please read his deleted tweets:

Remember these people upset so many people’s lives and think they can walk away from it scot-free, well they can’t this is why I keep reminding the public what they were about and how they tormented people. The Mob continues to deny their involvement, again when Judge John Rogers QC during my trial at Mold Crown Court in 2010 told Don Kenyon to go and remove those nasty, vindictive comments regarding Michael Creamer which were all untrue and to speak to Oscar, eventually Simon Humphreys sent Ian Verburg there,  remember Ian Verburg, when other members of the community complained regarding this blog, Verburg said to them “don’t read the blog, I don’t know who Oscar is”, not telling them the truth that he knew full well who Oscar was as he’d been sent to speak to him previously.

You had David Jones MP ex-Secretary of State for Wales who was Judge John Rogers’ boss, then you had the ‘mad mullah’ Chief Constable Richard Brunstom who was Superintendent Humphreys boss and then the foot soldiers Don Kenyon, Jason Davenport, Nicolas Hawe and many more.

The jury at my trial in 2010, when you were excused all this was going on behind-the-scenes, you wouldn’t have known nothing about it. Now you have read about this part of the gang, should any of you have read that poison pen blog during my trial then it would have been prejudiced if you had please call my mobile on 07977928434 or contact a solicitor. This was a miscarriage of justice, please help me seek justice and come forward, when I was telling people about this gang people thought I was a nut case and I needed locking up as I must’ve been making this up, can you now see how you people were deceived by the authorities? Nigel Roberts has since had his shop vandalised and his vehicles have been damaged please see the pictures below.

Justice For Mark Hall Continues

Once again, I am appealing to anybody with any information regarding the miscarriage of justice against Mark Hall, can I just draw your attention to the last post where I told you the victim’s mother was stalking me, please go back and read it again for yourself I don’t want to go over old ground and bore you.

I told you that the victim’s mother came into the pub with a few girls from Llandudno Junction, not once did I tell you what pub it was and I never named any other girls I only mentioned the victim’s mother Sharon and I also read a comment out from a Michelle Roberts; I was asking her view on Colin Stagg claiming compensation, which is perfectly legal to do, the lady in question Michelle ‘Mushy’ Roberts will tell you herself I don’t know her and have never spoken to her in my life but she seems to have an awful lot to say for herself, fair play to her. Michelle, I did say to Sharon in my previous post, a little advice don’t follow in the footsteps of other people, stay away from me, but you thought you knew better.

Michelle made three statements on her Facebook status, as you all know I am not on Facebook, but her statements were sent to me. They are below for you to read them (just wondering Michelle, why have you closed your Facebook down?)

I’m going to apologise to you on her behalf, firstly about her grammar as from reading her notes she seems like a young lady with no decorum (what is decorum? Behaviour that is controlled calm and polite) you have none Michelle. Secondly, I apologise for her foul language, she makes it quite clear in her words ‘I will challenge any F****r that wants to say different’.

Well Michelle, I’m going to challenge you, if you want to take me on, do so at your own peril. Just in case I bring any civil proceedings against Sharon the victim’s mother for stalking me and making nuisance phone calls, may I remind you Michelle should I bring a claim against Sharon, she has to defend it and it’s nothing to do with the police, no doubt you will be the star witness. I can’t give you a full disclosure as all my evidence would be submitted to the court but one thing I will make quite clear to you Michelle, should you give evidence on behalf of your friend Sharon I would tear you to shreds.

On Saturday, 8 July I was drinking in the Mail Coach and in walked Sharon with her friend Michelle and somebody else; the CCTV Michelle, will show that I was already there before you arrived, I eventually left the pub and returned back later, how observant you were to be looking out of the window to see me pull up with my wife, the registration of the vehicle I was in was M7CK C, I think that says my name, if you go on the DVLA website and check this plate out you will see what vehicle it is and I can tell you it is not a white transit van, as you stated.

Please don’t get me mixed up with Gary Sky, he’s got a transit van and he picks girls up, I’m going to deal with Gary Sky and Gary John shortly. So, I couldn’t have got that phone call as you stated to say the victim’s mother was there because as I stated I had been in there before you, bearing in mind your vision was impaired as you were quite intoxicated, once I had taken a seat in the window of the Mail Coach and sat down with a group of friends, you were directly opposite me. You made reference to your friends on Facebook, that the man in the Mail Coach had grey hair and that it wasn’t Michael Creamer in the photo that he showed of himself on the blog.

Michelle, George Clooney doesn’t drink in the Mail Coach, it was me Michael Creamer I don’t know if you have a partner Michelle, but if you do I bet you didn’t tell him that you threw yourself in front of me, lying across a couple of chairs while you were getting Sharon to pretend to be taking photos of you, when she was taking photos of me.

Michelle, you only tell the truth once in your statement to quote you, this is what you said ‘and not once did I take my phone out and take photos’, that’s correct, you didn’t take photos of me you were lying across the chairs while Sharon was taking photos of me, you’re not a model if you were Michelle Keegan, I might have shown an interest but you’re Michelle ‘Mushy’ Roberts.

Another quote from your statement, ‘the picture of the victim’s mother is not of her leaving it was taken earlier on in the night’ please don’t go red with embarrassment Michelle.

Let’s look closely at the photos below.

The first photo I enlarged it so you couldn’t see the other people who were sitting down, I have now blacked out the people’s faces. Picture 2, you know the pub as well as I do Michelle, can you see Sharon leaving the pub? notice the date and the time July 9th 00:55, that’s 5 minutes to 1 o’ clock, leaving for a taxi; you had already gone outside with your friend and picture 3 showing her leaving the premises, hope that clarifies the facts for you.

As I’ve already stated I can’t show you all the evidence for legal reasons.

I’m a great admirer of William Shakespeare and his quotes, I adopted one of them and it’s tattooed on my right arm, this is what it says:

I haven’t quite worked out yet with you and Sharon whether you love me or hate me Lol!  Remember you told your friends it wasn’t me in the picture that I put up for you to look at, oh that’s me alright, can you see the tattoo on my arm? I look forward to the challenge as you quoted on your status, I think you have been very economical with the truth with what you stated on your Facebook status, it was fanciful, outlandish and only existed in your imagination.

I’ve got to move on now Michelle, I know you follow my blog and you love it, so I’m going to ask all my followers not to give Michelle a wave, as she only has three friends on Facebook so I’m told, instead could you hit the share button and make her famous.

As I have mentioned before, everything that you read on this blog is true and factual and some people don’t like to learn the truth. We can’t forget Nigel Roberts a.k.a. seven bellies the author of the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar who lied and libelled people, Hayden Williams the VAT man again another liar (click on his name on the index and listen to the recording), Lucie and Bev Hobson lied and spread malicious gossip, Peter Nolan lied to North Wales Police, I don’t think the above mentioned people love me but I’m so happy I’m always on their minds.

May I finally remind you, Mark Hall is accused of a heinous crime and currently serving a six-year prison sentence for a crime he strongly denies, we can only hope and pray that justice will prevail, just spare a thought for him in the cell every night, how he must be feeling and the victim has life time anonymity from North Wales Police.

Over the next couple of days, I’m going to write a post where the same judge sentenced two defendants from two separate cases and one of them is Mark Hall, it’s shocking what you will read.

I really would like to thank people for the information they have supplied but there is still information out there what we need to help get Mark a retrial. I am not interested about the people that are selling contraband cigarettes or using rebated fuel in the vehicle (red diesel) that’s a matter for HM Custom & Excise. I’m not interested in who is claiming tax credits that they are not entitled to and living where they’re not supposed to be, that’s a DWP matter. I do get the point that people are starting to get a bit nervous and blaming each other to try and take the heat off themselves.

I’m only interested in anything that can help Mark Hall, again not tittle tattle like who’s been carrying on with who behind their partners backs and finally no bad language on the comments or it won’t be published.

Double Death Crash, Driver More Than 8 Times Over Drug Drive Limit

Following on from my previous post, where I was sent to prison for 5 months for breach of the peace, after being shoved by a copper, then telling him to fuck off, how the hell did Llandudno Magistrates get away with this?

I have been telling and showing you on this blog how vindictive and malicious North Wales Police have been against me and members of my family, there’s a lot more to come out yet.

I would like to just show you some serious incidents that were much worse than breach of the peace, yet they never went to prison or got charged.

Dylan Wyn Thomas from Nefyn was involved in a crash back in April, where Charles Harris and Janet Whitehead 64, both died because of his drug-driving, he was more than 8 times over the drug-driving limit, the court was told at Caernarfon Magistrates where he was banned from driving for 4 years and given a curfew from 8pm to 7am for the next 6 months. Once again, I got 5 months prison for telling a copper to fuck off!

Please now view the video where police are called to a disturbance in Stoke where you can clearly see the suspect pushing and shoving 2 coppers as he tries to escape, you can hear foul language, he was caught on video throwing a glass at door staff and a further 2 people were arrested. The man was charged with a public order offence and resisting arrest, he received a 10-week prison sentence, suspended for a year, the woman arrested was given a caution for assaulting a police officer.

Again, Llandudno Magistrates gave me 5 months prison for telling a copper to fuck off!

Finally, David Jones MP ex-secretary state for Wales, sacked by the Prime Minister, who fiddled over £81,000 and only because he was caught did he pay back the money; no criminal charges or proceeds of crime were brought against him. Nigel Roberts aka 7 bellies, MP David Jones & Dylan Moore authors of the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, which libeled and abused people yet none of the authors of the blog have ever been charged. Karen Dixon from the CPS, Superintendent John Hanson and Chris Walsh in there cosy little meeting said people have the right to freedom of speech, so no one was charged, we also know North Wales Police gave protection to that blog. Superintendent Simon Humphreys knew in 2010 that the blog prejudiced my trial and did nothing about it. When over a dozen complaints went to Professional Standards regarding Simon Humphreys, how convenient that he then retired so he could keep his pension, none of the above were charged with any offences.

In 1985 over 30 years ago, I told a copper to fuck off and received 5 months Youth Custody; I would love to have a 1 to 1 chat with a magistrate to see what their view and opinions are, you never know one of them may phone me up or email me, that would be nice.

Superintendent John Chapman, I’m still waiting patiently for my money to be returned to me.

Jessica Ennis Hill, apologise to Ched Evans, please!!!

International footballer Ched Evans has been found not guilty of the rape of a 19-year-old woman on Friday 14th October 2016. The jury of 7 women & 5 men cleared Mr Evans at Cardiff Crown Court, they took just 2 hours to acquit him.

Ched was originally tried by a jury at Caernarfon Crown Court where he was found guilty and sent to prison for 5 years, on his release he appealed his conviction to the Court of Appeal in London, where leave to appeal was refused, Ched’s last chance was to apply to the CCRC, Criminal Case Review Commissioner, where new evidence was submitted to the CCRC and in April this year before 3 appeal court judges in London, the conviction was quashed and a retrial was ordered for October this year and now we all know the outcome.

The 19 year old girl never complained of rape to the police, there was no forensics or DNA, although she claimed her drink had been spiked whilst drinking around pubs in Rhyl, but while she was in the hotel in Rhuddlan, North Wales in May 2011 with no memory of what happened but agreed to have sex with another footballer Clayton McDonald and she said that the sex with Clayton McDonald was consensual, how strange that when she had sex with Ched Evans all of a sudden she says it was not consensual, sounds to me like she has selective memory.

Now let’s turn to North Wales Police and the CPS. The Crown Prosecution Service is the principle prosecuting authority for England and Wales, established as an independent body in 1986 to prosecute criminal cases, they work closely with the Police and other investigators to advise on lines of enquiry and to decide appropriate charges or other outcomes in accordance with the code for Crown Prosecutors. The CPS prosecutors prepare cases for court and present cases in both the Magistrates Courts and higher courts.

So why did North Wales Police and the CPS in North Wales, senior Prosecutor Karen Dixon get this case so wrong, was this case motivated by a personal vendetta from North Wales Police and the CPS against Ched Evans, there was quite clearly no evidence yet the CPS decided to waste the public’s money as they think they have a divine right to win every case, as we know the CPS and The Mob have just lost 2 other rape cases in North Wales, these are on a previous post.

If the senior investigator from the police in this case and the senior investigator from the CPS had to pay out of their own money for this retrial it would never have made the courtroom but because it’s the tax payers money they obviously don’t care, I think the CPS and the Police owe Mr Evans an apology; he spent 2 ½ years in prison and 2 ½ years on licence regularly attending probation and missed over 5 years of his football career and as we all know a footballer’s career is short.

Well North Wales Police and the CPS, it’s time to pay Mr Evans his compensation, I hope you have not capped it at a half a million, he deserves at least £4-5 million, Ched also missed out on what would have been one of the most memorable & important football occasions by not playing for his country Wales at the Euro 2016 championships.

All he was guilty of was cheating on his girlfriend; come on men out there and police officers how many of you have done that behind your wives/girlfriend’s backs?

Finally, Jessica Ennis Hill you owe Ched Evans an apology this Olympic athlete asked for her name to be removed from the stand at Sheffield United’s ground if Ched was resigned following his release from prison in 2014.

Should this post appear on your Facebook, please do not like it, share it so it goes viral, so it will help shame Jessica Ennis Hill into making a public apology to Ched Evans. Personally speaking I can’t wait to hear what Jessica says.

There were quite a few other people where I live in North Wales who also jumped on the bandwagon and knocked Ched Evans, you must all be eating humble pie now.

Isn’t it frightening to think how many people North Wales Police and the CPS have put in prison on trumped up charges, I should know, I’ve been one of them, in the end people who have been wrongly convicted tend to give in and accept it, fair play to Ched Evans and his fiancé Natasha Massey for standing up to The Mob and CPS in North Wales.

How convenient when I attended Llandudno police station and spoke to Sergeant David Ramessur – Williams and made a complaint about the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar, Sgt Williams denied all knowledge of who ‘Oscar’ was, I told him that untrue comments had been put on that blog during my trial in 2010, he wasn’t interested in arresting 7 Bellies Nigel Roberts, MP David Jones or Dylan Moore, all 3 of whom authored that blog but he clearly remembers sitting next to his colleague operating the police helicopter, taking photos of my property, a lot must have been discussed in the Williams house and yet his wife Superintendent Jo Ramessur – Williams has warned people that anybody who names the girl on social media who accused Ched Evans of rape will be arrested and prosecuted under section 5 of the Sexual Offences amendment act and this girl has a life time of anonymity.

Her husband the Sergeant chose to ignore the poison pen blog gang who could have prejudiced my trial in 2010, no charges have yet to be brought against Oscars gang.

PC 1352 Dave Parminter involved in a road rage

I have told you on this blog before that this man’s name will keep popping up, as he’s been up to all kinds over the years; you’ve read on a previous post all about his ex-wife Hanne Tolg Parminter, who resigned from the fire service at Conwy amid an investigation into her alleged involvement in writing for far-right websites.

Parminter and his ex-wife have been protected by their state employers, they are as bad as each other.

Emily Tolg Parminter (the daughter) was involved in an incident last year, when she was caught driving without insurance; her father Dave Parminter allowed her to drive his BMW when she was only a learner driver, not displaying L plates and no insurance, how convenient that she was let off with a warning.

Parminter himself was involved in a road rage incident where he ran over a man’s foot and broke it, he got off with that aswell, it’s disgraceful. I’ve told you before when he used to be a bobby in Conwy, he gave a few kids a slap, he got his name sprayed all over the council offices in Bodlondeb, he went to the Magistrates courts, told them he needs a warrant to search my property, that warrant was negative, all of this is on previous posts.

You also heard of him calling a code red and getting a number of police vehicles to attend Conwy Square and have me arrested for a public order offence, where I pleaded not guilty. The little garden gnome Parminter never turned up for court and I was found not guilty, he thought he could do what he liked; eventually The Mob saw through him and got rid of him.

Not so long ago he was speeding in his BMW, going through Mochdre like a lunatic, where PC 1425 Andy Collis was on duty and drove after him, pulled him over, PC Collis could smell alcohol on him, breathalysed him and as you all know it was a positive reading, Parminter tried to worm out of it with PC Collis, but Collis reported back to his bosses that Parminter’s driving was atrocious going through Mochdre and he couldn’t turn a blind eye to it, he was put before the courts and banned for drink driving, that’s him, his wife & his daughter all up to no good.

It’s frightening to think about how many people he stitched up when he was a copper, he did it to me and he would have done it to one of your sons or daughters and finally he is a friend of Nigel ‘7 bellies’ Roberts one of the authors of Thoughts of Oscar, I have to keep mentioning the blog and 7 Bellies because the police told the public lies, saying they didn’t know who was the author of the blog, when they knew exactly who it was and they used that poison pen blog to get people convicted.

The next post you will read in the next few days is concerning a police officer who was secretly recorded bad mouthing me and you will see he’s committed fraud himself.

Superintendent John Chapman, I am still waiting patiently, can you try and sort my money out.

I contacted the Inspector when I came out of prison in 2013, I left many messages with my number for him to contact me via HQ. He eventually contacted me by phone where we had a long chat, basically my complaint was asking him, how have you allowed Nigel Roberts the author of the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar, MP David Jones and Dylan Moore to publish nasty and untrue remarks regarding myself and my family during a crown court trial back in 2010, the judge in the case told Don Kenyon to remove those untrue comments and they were never removed.

I won’t go on about this readers of the blog as you have already read the story on previous posts. Paul Joyce told me after a long conversation that he would get PC Cawood to investigate, you have all seen the report.

At the time of the phone call, Inspector Paul Joyce couldn’t really be bothered, under his breath he was probably saying, you’re English and I’m not going to do anything about it, I must be honest I can’t prove what I have stated, but after seeing this picture, a picture paints a thousand words, CI Joyce of North Wales Police is prejudiced against English people living in Wales.

I came across this picture which was posted by Chief Inspector Paul Joyce who is based at St Asaph HQ. This picture appears to have been taken just after Iceland knocked England out of the Euro 2016, England 1-2 Iceland, this quite senior police officer appears to have gone out and bought himself an Iceland insulated red bag and hung it around his neck.

It is very obviously a delight to him, the defeat of England, an indication that he may not always take seriously complaints of anti-English hate crime. I am English, I married a Welsh girl and have 3 Welsh children, I live in a beautiful part of Wales, after England beat Wales 2-1 in the Euro 2016, Wales became a stronger side and went on to make history for Wales. The whole nation was proud of them, me too.

What would Paul Joyce think if one of his children, niece or nephews became terminally ill and had to attend Alderhey Hospital in Liverpool and a doctor came out with a bag around his neck and on the bag it read Go to Bangor Hospital, we know this wouldn’t happen because our hospitals care for anybody wherever they are from, you could also say the same about Broadgreen Hospital in Liverpool or the burns unit in Whiston in Liverpool if Paul Joyce had to be treated at one of them hospitals and isn’t it amazing how most police officers in Wales support Liverpool football club, some do support other English clubs in the Premiership, you think they would follow Wrexham FC, Wrexham are a great side too, a few of my nephews have played for them and one still does now.

Remember Paul Joyce, you investigate hate crime, you’re supposed to be impartial and you’re paid a salary of £60,000 a year plus bonuses and your putting photos of yourself with bags around your neck going all over social media, I hate to think what other police forces think of you in England after seeing this post and what the MP’s think along with the Prime Minister.

I know some readers of the blog may say it’s all banter in the pub regarding football which I agree, but not when the Chief Inspector is acting in this manner, his behaviour is unacceptable.

Chief Superintendent John Chapman, I still want my money that I’m owed that went missing from my account.

PC 1352 Dave Parminter, Banned For Drink-Driving

I told you when I started this blog, you will read a lot more about 1352 Parminter as well as many other officers, who have committed criminal offences.

You will all remember Dave Parminter, the officer that went to Llandudno Magistrates Court and duped the Magistrates to get a warrant to search the property where I was living at that time, 45 Penmaen Road, that warrant was negative, like every other one North Wales Police have had against me.

PC 1352 Dave Parminter when stationed at Conwy, hounded me and stopped my vehicles on many occasions, never once prosecuting me, Parminter who is now aged 49, of Ffordd Uchaf, Colwyn Bay, pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates Court this week to Drink Driving in his BMW car, he was caught in Mochdre on May 6th.

He was actually stopped for speeding, but one of his colleagues could smell alcohol on his breath, Parminter was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £250 and £115 court costs.

PC Parminter retired from the force over 4 years ago due to ill health, the real reason is that he has a drink problem.

One of his best friends was Nigel Roberts, who was one of the authors of the troll blog “Thoughts of Oscar”, Roberts aka ‘7 Bellies’ also has a drink problem and used to attend the Priory, it’s only a matter of time before ‘7 Bellies’ is caught drink driving himself.

Parminter, when he was stationed in Conwy, his close colleagues that used to hound me, were PC David Gardener and PC Steve Carroll and I’ve got loads to tell you about this pair, coming soon on the blog.
