Don Kenyon gets told by the big bosses ‘refuel the helicopter Don, that £400,000 the Chief Constable ordered North Wales Police to return back to Anita, as it was legitimate money from the sale of her previous home’, (by this time you can imagine that the big bosses are pulling their hair out and are riddled with jealousy) the Creamer’s are building a big house with an indoor swimming pool, get the helicopter over there straight away Don and get a picture taken.

Landmark, send the helicopter to Bodlondeb in Conwy, it’s a few hundred meters to the left of it. Don make sure you get a good picture, don’t go on foot this time, because there’s a private road, leading up to his electric gates and they are living in the property now, the house is alarmed and has cameras and they will see you.

Just one big picture from the helicopter and then we can show the jury this and make him out to look like a drug dealer, a money launderer, a fraudster and a counterfeiter.

I know he’s never done any of the above, but Wyn Lloyd Jones, the prosecution barrister will make the jury believe that he’s one of them, we have got to take the house off him. The Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom, Superintendent John Chapman & Superintendent Simon Humphreys can’t sleep until they seize his assets, I know he’s done nothing wrong but he’s dealing with The Mob and we’ll fit him up’.

Why did Simon Curzon the CPS lawyer from Cardiff and Wyn Lloyd Jones along with The Mob, keep vital information back and wouldn’t tell the judge John Rogers this?

This new information has been passed on to the CCRC, Prime Minister David Cameron I beg you please, keep that evil, poisonous man David Jones MP away from my new appeal. During my last 2 appeals he was secretly recorded saying ‘leave Creamer to me, I will deal with him’ and so I was refused leave to appeal, I have made the CCRC aware of this evil man.

Inspector 2179 Jason Davenport, DC 1359 Nicholas Hawe & DC 2313 Don Kenyon were all promised promotion if they got a result with Operation Pylon, read the email below to Davenport from my solicitors.

Below is a comment from Twitter which was put on the Thoughts of Oscar troll blog, Nigel Roberts aka 7 bellies who admitted being the author published this comment with his contributors David Jones MP, Dylan Moore plastic solicitor and not forgetting North Wales Police, who gave the site protection, hoping the jury would read this poison pen blog as it would help convict me.

Superintendent Simon Humphreys and Inspector Ian Verburg told blatant lies and said they didn’t know who the author was, but admitted when investigated by Sian Beck from PSD ‘it was a rumour’ that Nigel was the author. In 2010 the judge ordered ‘Oscar’ Nigel 7 bellies to be spoken to, yet Ian Verburg went there on Humphreys instructions, it was a rumour, they can’t even tell lies properly and yet the above are all members of the freemasons.

After Guto Bebb made his speech on September 9^th 2014, the police minister ordered a full enquiry into Thoughts of Oscar, Superintendent John Hanson was given the task along with DC Chris Walsh, after gathering all the evidence, they eventually went to the CPS to speak to Karen Dixon and the 3 of them discussed Nigel 7 bellies, David Jones MP, Dylan Moore, Superintendent Humphreys, Ian Verburg and the rest of the contributors.

They have done nothing wrong and Nigel 7 bellies is not an internet troll is the outcome of that cosy little meeting.

Lord Limbert Davies in the appeal court at The Strand in London, refused my appeal for the proceeds of crime, at the end of the appeal said that my taxi business was a sham, we all know it wasn’t, we have receipts to prove it and this was never mentioned during my 7-week trial in 2010.

My MP Guto Bebb can confirm this, he has read the transcripts from my trial.

So Lord Limbert Davies, I have already written to the court regarding your comment, there is only 2 places in the world you could have heard of this:

1) Nigel 7 bellies wrote on his poison pen style troll blog that the taxi business was a sham, did Lord Limbert Davies read the blog?

2) You are a member of the Privy Council along with the evil man David Jones MP and your paths must have crossed.

Which one of the 2 is it? As there would have been a conflict of interest, therefore you shouldn’t have listened to my appeal.

A letter of complaint was sent on January 22^nd 2015 to the Judicial Conduct and Investigations Office, Royal Courts of Justice, London, WC2A 2LL.

To all you tax-payers out there, did you know it costs ONE MILLION POUNDS a year just on fuel alone to run the helicopter, that’s without the 3 men’s wages to operate it.

I think I have made my point on this issue, how they have wasted your money flying helicopters around my properties, gangsters/organised criminals who are actively involved in criminality do not get this type of treatment from The Mob, if they did then the public would think money well spent.

When I was being interviewed by Don Kenyon, I was asked ‘What about this house? 138 Conwy Rd, Llandudno Junction’ my reply was ‘not my house, go and speak to the owner, whoever owns it’.

He then said ‘what about 15 Bryn Rhys, Glan Conwy?’, again I replied ‘go and speak to the owner that owns it and stop moidering me’,

He went on to say ‘what about 23 First Avenue, Rhos on Sea?’ I replied ‘why don’t you ask me who owns Buckingham Palace? Because you’re asking me about properties here that I don’t own and have never owned. The properties over the years that I have owned by myself or that Anita has owned have all been in Conwy’.

Don Kenyon then went on to say ‘there is no harm in asking do you own them’. So I said ‘well I don’t own them, don’t ask me again because I won’t answer you’

These were later identified by The Mob as having nothing to do with me as I told them to check HM Land Registry. During The Mobs investigation, they later found out those 3 properties were owned by 2 brothers with no connection to me.

My apologies to whoever lives in these properties now, for putting them on my blog, but they were shown to the jury and everybody during my trial and I know it’s not nice for your homes to be displayed on the internet, so you can imagine how frustrated I was, being accused of owning them when I didn’t.

Don Kenyon and whoever was assigned to Operation Pylon must have had a hay-day in sending that helicopter here, there and everywhere.

Police Crime Commissioner Winston Roddick, what do you think to the money wasted by The Mob? I’d be interested to know if you’ve read this blog because in 2014 I tried to make an appointment to see you to discuss this but you refused to meet with me.

While we were living in rented accommodation at 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, the Mob harassed and tried to bully the neighbours asking some of them if they could put cameras in their houses to keep an eye on my house, only those neighbours told me, fair play to them.

I wonder what they wanted to keep an eye on my house for because I don’t know what they were hoping to see or find.

After the restraint order was lifted, Anita was able to spend her £400,000, she paid £100,000 into Cambria Developments account which paid for the land from Conwy Council, that plot of land is where our house is built, 4 Parc Waen.

As the house was being built we decided to move from Cwrt Llewelyn as renting is dead money, so Anita bought 47 Penmaen Rd from a Mr Williams, although he’d passed away, Anita bought it from the family. It was advertised with Fletcher Poole for £130,000 but it was in need of total refurbishment, the Williams family agreed with Anita on £115,000, Anita paid cash for the house, that cash being legitimate and was purchased using the money returned from the police.

This house was only a stop gap while our new house was being built, I put new windows into 47 Penmaen Rd, a new kitchen, conservatory, new carpets and the house was decorated throughout, we stayed there approx. 18 months and then put it back on the market with Fletcher & Poole for £155,000, it was then sold to a Mr Williams, this Mr Williams was no relation to the previous Williams family we purchased from.

The Mob did not introduce this house into the conspiracy? We don’t know why.

So why did Don Kenyon send the helicopter out again to take aerial views and then go on foot to the Morfa Business Park, entering their premises to go behind the fence and take a photo of the front of the house? This was all at great expense to the tax payer.

Come on North Wales Police, what was the motive behind these photographs, this house was not included in the conspiracy, the money that paid for the house was legitimate, as I said more wasted public money, flying helicopters around my house.

This very same house, many years ago before I bought it, The Mob had spoken to Mr Williams the owner and asked him could they put cameras on the back of his property to look into the boatyard where I had 2 building containers, they wanted to watch me coming and going, fair play to Mr Williams, he told them no and told me they had been there harassing him.

I’m amazed, what did they hope to find?

Theresa May, I hope you read this blog and I hope you reduce the budget to North Wales Police, to me it looks like they are overpaid and have loads of money to waste, that money would be better spent reducing the national deficit or in support of our NHS.

Prime Minister and the Chief Constable of North Wales Police, please take note.

Just to update you from the last post, Anita has sold 2 Coed-yr-Afon, Gyffin, Conwy and after redeeming her mortgage, she was left with approx. £393,000, plus monies she got for selling furniture from the house. Myself and Anita, whenever we have bought a house, we refurbish it with new furniture and when we sell the property we also sell the furniture.

So after the transactions had all gone through, Anita in her Advantage Private account ended up with £400,000.

We then moved to rented accommodation which was 6 Cwrt Llewelyn, Bangor Rd, Conwy, so we are all quite clear here, let’s look back at Anita’s history; 5 Mona Rd, mortgage for £18,700, property sold for £43,000, the police did not introduce this property into the conspiracy. House number 2, Penmon, Lon Padog, Whinacres bought for £54,500, sold for around £300,000 11 years later.

House number 3, 2 Coed-yr-Afon bought for £380,000 sold for £455,000, leaving Anita with £400,000 can anybody try and convince me, to tell me what she’s done wrong? Stamp duty has been paid on the properties. Oh, the CPS and police wanted to steal her money.

Now moving onto myself, mortgages that I have had in joint names, my name was on 5 Mona Rd, in joint names, my name was on the mortgage on Whinacres and later on removed.

I had a mortgage on my own on 10 Penmaen Crescent, that was approx. for £36,000 that property was sold and the mortgage paid back.

I told you earlier I sold 5 Mona Rd to my father around 1994/95 where he lived up until approx. 2004, due to his ill health and not being able to work anymore, he asked me did I want to buy the house back, I told him no, he also asked other members of my family did they want it, he had also contacted an estate agent, after further consideration my father asked me would I do him a favour and buy it so he could rent it back off me, which I did. I brought it back for approx. £67,000 I later sold that property so I had had 2 mortgages on my own which were both redeemed.

My 3 children had a house which I paid cash for and put in trust for them (you have already read about this) Once again what have I done wrong?

Oh I forgot The Mob were desperate to convict me.

I was working and had various business ventures, earning good money, maybe The Mob didn’t like that because I was probably earning more money than them and they took it personally, jealousy springs to mind.

So just to jog your memories, myself, Anita, my 3 children are living in Cwrt Llewelyn, renting a property that neither me or Anita had a mortgage on, all our mortgages had been redeemed by this time.

Whilst we were living at Cwrt Llewelyn, The Mob were absolutely convinced that we owned it, they went and saw the landlord we were renting from, to get a statement from him to say that he owned it. This is what I’m up against, corrupt police officers. Whatever I tell them they won’t believe, but they get their eye wiped and they don’t like being left with egg on their face.

On the 10^th October 2008, whilst living at this address The Mob turned up early one morning for a dawn raid, mob handed and desperate for a conviction, we were both arrested for mortgage fraud and taken to St Asaph, where we were detained until 9 o’ clock that evening, then for the next 14 months we were on police 47/3 bail while they made further enquiries.

When we were in the police station on the 10^th October 2008, Don Kenyon and his gang told us that Anita has £400,000 in her Nat West account and ‘because it’s late at night we can’t contact the courts or the bank, we are going to release you both on bail, but you must both sign these forms that you will not go near the bank and touch that money and if you do it will be a criminal offence’.

I told them it was criminal what they were doing and that money is legitimate. The day after we were released myself and Anita went to see our solicitor, Dave Bushell from Brown Turner Ross in Liverpool, we explained the full facts to him, he said he would write to the Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom requesting the £400,000 back as Anita was just about to complete on a deal to build a house and we needed to pay the council £100,000 for the land.

The chief constable wrote back to my solicitor within 7 days and said the restraining order had been lifted and your clients could now spend their money, why would they give the money back if it was suspected of being criminal property? Because like I have always said the money was legitimate and there had been no illegal transactions, please read Anita’s bank statement, showing money in the bank and also read the letter from Brown Turner Ross to the Chief Constable.

Why did the prosecution not tell the jury about this?

The Chief Constable of North Wales Police and the Prime Minister, you can see this is just bullying and harassment, what are you going to do about it? I’m not going away, please sort this.

After selling Penmon, Lon Padog, Whinacres and taking 17 Chapel Street in a part exchange, Anita ended up with just over £300,000 and purchased 2 Coed-yr-Afon, Gyffin for £379,950, we put down just under £320,000 deposit and Anita got a mortgage on her own for £63,000.

2 Coed-yr-Afon was a new build, purchased from K & C Homes for £379,950 and I agreed with the contractor that I would do a lot of work myself, adding a conservatory to the property, paving all the back garden, a raised decking area with a hot tub, erected walls to garden boundaries, block pavoured the driveway and turfed the lawn to the front of the property.

Any work that I have done to our properties has always been done to a high-spec, I’m a great believer if it’s done right you will never have a problem selling it.

Below are some photos of the work I carried out on the property.

At the end of 2006 we decided to put the house up for sale, it was marketed by Fletcher & Poole estate agents and valued at £465,000, it was up for sale for a couple of months and then we took it off the market.

Around about November 2007, a couple who were from out of the area, visited the property and fell in love with the house, asking me did I want to sell it, I agreed to sell, saying I wanted £465,000, the gentleman and lady that had called (Rob and Jean Carter) they offered me £450,000, I refused, you can read their letter below.

We eventually agreed on £455,000, this was a cash sale from Mr & Mrs Carter with no chain. The deal was done, we sold the property and moved into rented accommodation at Cwrt Llywelyn, Conwy.

Anita redeemed her mortgage on the property at Coed-yr-Afon, which was £63,000. Anita was eventually left with £393,000 cash in her bank account from the sale of the property.

Again what I am amazed at is Mr & Mrs Carter gave us £455,000 cash for the house, all transactions went through J.W. Hughes & Co and yet the police were happy that the transactions were legitimate this time, so they never charged Rob & Jean Carter in the conspiracy.

Anita purchased 2 Coed-yr-Afon and sold it around about 2 years later, between them Anita & the Carters paid just under £25,000 in stamp duty to the government, if what Anita is meant to have done is fraudulent, which it is NOT, what right have the government got to keep the money?

Long after I sold the house, Don Kenyon decides to go and harass Rob & Jean Carter to see if this deal was legitimate, which it was and furthermore, sends the helicopter over the Carter’s house, taking pictures and also went to the house on foot to take a picture.

This helicopter bill must have been horrendous and he thought he was David Bailey with his camera.

As you can see from when I had the property, they dug all the garden up, to plant shrubs, each to their own!!

This surely must be a breach of Mr & Mrs Carter’s human rights?

Carrying on from the previous post, 4 Church Street, which we paid for in cash, which was placed in a trust for my 3 children, this was done in 1997, over 18 years ago.

The trustees were Graham Parry and Nick Passey from J.W.Hughes & Co Solicitors from Conwy, all legal documents were drawn up by them in 1997 when I decided to give this property to the 3 children as an income for them when they got older.

Once I had signed this contract with the solicitors, I waivered my financial rights and had no interest in this property, my children at the time would have been 7, 5 and 3. Some years later I converted the property which was a stores into a cottage, I paid for all the works to be done myself.

Quite a few years after, Nick Passey and Graham Parry sold that property for just short of £90,000, when it was sold the monies were kept in their client account for the 3 children.

I owned another property which was 10 Penmaen Crescent, that property I had bought for just over £42,000, I had a mortgage on it in my name, sometime later, I decided to sell the property, my mortgage was with the Principality. I had spoken to Graham Parry from J. W. Hughes & Co and after lengthy discussions, Graham Parry and Nick Passey bought the house with the children’s money from their trust so that house then went in to trust for the 3 children, so my mortgage was then redeemed and the rest of the money that the solicitors were holding was agreed to be shared when my youngest child Sophia was 21, again 2 perfectly legitimate transactions.

The house that I sold, 10 Penmaen Crescent, was purchased by J.W Hughes & Co from the trust for my 3 children, but Don Kenyon and his gang seemed to think there was an illegal transaction, well there was NOT!!

What is amazing is Gary Lloyd sells us Penmon, Whinacres, the police then use him as a prosecution witness, surely if there was a conspiracy, he should have been charged?

I brought 5 Mona Rd from the council, but the police didn’t charge them with conspiracy, I bought 4 Church Street off Mr Ramicone, but the police did not charge him with conspiracy either.

J.W Hughes & Co do all the transactions, handle hundreds of thousands of pounds and have held 2 properties in a trust and don’t get charged in the conspiracy, it’s amazing!! But like I said before, there was NO conspiracy.

Simon Joel Curzon from the CPS and Don Kenyon from North Wales Police picked who they wanted to be in the conspiracy, Anita, myself and close family and friends.

This so called conspiracy was hand-picked and concocted between the CPS and the Police, all the trust documents from J.W Hughes & Co were in my affidavit and shown to the jury, at present I do not have these documents as they are with my solicitors, Tuckers in Manchester, because my children are going to sue the CPS and this claim is at present due to go before the High Court in London, for that reason I cannot disclose any more information at this time.

Prime Minister David Cameron, I urge you to look at this, how can it be right that North Wales Police are allowed to steal my children’s inheritance, although there is an appeal ongoing, they should never have been allowed to add the trust in to their made up conspiracy.

The Evidence Kept From The Jury, Hidden By The Prosecution

Just to update you, 5 Mona Road was bought from the Council and the police never introduced this into the conspiracy, I wonder why?? 4 Church Street, was paid for in cash, so no mortgage on that property, so this wasn’t introduced in the conspiracy either.

We are only dealing now with one property in the conspiracy, Penmon, Lon Padog which I bought from Gary Lloyd and his partner Angela for £54,500, where I lived with my wife and 3 children for over 10 years, around about 9 years after moving into the property I redeemed the mortgage, from the sale of my taxi business, a refund from the VAT and some other personal monies.

When the mortgage was redeemed, as you who have mortgages will know, the house still has to be registered in somebody’s name, so for future security I gave Anita the house, it was registered with HM Land Registry in the name of Anita Creamer.

When Anita decided to sell that property for around £300,000 to a Mr D Williams, she took a smaller house in part-ex, that house being 17 Chapel Street, Penmaenmawr in addition to the £300,000, to be honest Anita didn’t want the small house, she just wanted the cash to buy a bigger house, but she eventually agreed to take it, allowing £50,000 for the part-ex.

There was no mortgage on the Chapel Street house, that was given to Anita in the deal, I did do some additional work on the property and to help get my nephew on the property ladder, I asked him did he want to buy the house for around £70,000 as Anita just wanted a quick sale, at £70,000 it was a bargain and Anita made around £20,000 profit on the sale.

My nephew Ian Pattinson purchased the house from Anita with a small mortgage, Ian lived there or rented the house out for some time, not that it’s any business of ours, the reason for me telling you this, I will explain next.

Ian eventually sold the property to a Michael Spencer for around about £115,000, making over £40,000 on the sale, house prices at that time were in the boom period.

Let me make it clear right now, Ian Pattinson had done nothing wrong, just like anybody else that buys and sells houses.

You may remember Pattinson and Spencer were charged with conspiracy to defraud mortgages they both pleaded not guilty and sat next to Anita and myself in the dock.

The next thing I’m going to tell you, absolutely amazes me, just so we are all quite clear, a child in primary school could understand this.

Anita takes a small house in part-ex, sells it to Pattinson, who eventually sells it to Spencer, the police say they conspired together, I could tell you till the day I die, they never, that’s just how the transactions happened, Pattinson and Spencer both had their own separate mortgages on this house, Anita was the only one out of the 3 who never had a mortgage on that property.

I wasn’t included in this conspiracy, only Anita, Pattinson and Spencer were, but like I’ve said before what I cannot get my head around is how did they find Pattinson not guilty, Spencer not guilty and Anita guilty? Either the 3 of them have conspired together and are all guilty or all 3 are not guilty.

Readers of this blog, it’s not a trick question, but tell me what went wrong? Because the jury quite clearly got it wrong. Remember members of the jury, you wrote a note to the judge, which was read out in open court, saying you were confused as to what Mr & Mrs Creamer had done??

Oh I forgot, they needed Anita convicted to get the proceeds of crime.

My final point, when Pattinson sold the house to Spencer, he never told Anita or myself he was selling it, not that it was any of our business, any more than the £40,000 profit he made was, we only knew he made the profit when this case came to court.

Readers of the blog remember when I told you I swore an affidavit? In those statements were quite a few documents, the affidavit was done by a solicitor in Liverpool which cost me approximately £500 and as most of you readers know, an affidavit is a legal document, anything that would have been in there that was untrue, you would run a great risk of going to prison, you would be a fool to put false documents in the affidavit.

The affidavit was eventually sent to the CPS before I got charged, as time moved on I was eventually charged with conspiracy and put before Mold Crown Court.

That very affidavit went in the jury bundle for the jury to see and read.

Now for the real truth and nothing but the truth, why did North Wales Police along with Wyn Lloyd Jones the prosecutor remove documents from the affidavit that they didn’t want the jury to see? Members of the jury, you have never seen those documents before. You can now see them on this blog.

Let me answer my own question and tell you why they didn’t want the jury to see those documents. Because they desperately wanted me to look like a dishonest man and they needed the jury to convict both Anita and myself, they spent millions on this case, Limbert-Davies a Law Lord in my appeal for my proceeds of crime, said the taxi business was a sham, how wrong he was, I will show you some evidence regarding this statement he made later on.

Remember when I told you I sold the taxi business for £20,000, I sold the name Creamers Cars with school contracts, the contracts where I used to transport children to Douglas Rd school and Ysgol Gogarth, all this was done through my accountant, the taxco.net, we received the £20,000 for the sale of the taxi business, the funds were paid via the Alliance & Leicester into my account and blow me down, a week later, the Alliance & Leicester put another £20,000 into my bank account, I made enquiries as to where this over payment had come from and it had indeed come from the Alliance & Leicester, so I’d actually been paid £40,000 and not £20,000, this didn’t affect the person I sold the taxi business to as it was the bank that had mistakenly paid me again. I’m quite sure that a lot of people would have kept that £20,000 as there’s nothing the bank could do, but the only right and proper thing to do was return the funds, which I did, that was in February 2005, please read the letter below that the prosecution removed from my legal affidavit marked exhibit MC3 and another marked exhibit MC1e, a letter from the headmistress of Douglas Rd school to Conwy Council, trying to ensure I got the contract again, as stated members of the jury, it was North Wales Police trying to make me look dishonest, you didn’t get told the real truth.

Judge John Rogers QC commended Don Kenyon at the end of the trial, for bringing this case to court, I wonder what John Rogers would think now, after listening to Don Kenyon’s pathetic answers after being questioned by Professional Standards regarding my complaint (which is on the blog a few posts back).

Good old honest Don says when interviewed “I don’t remember going in the box and my memory has faded”, selective memory Don!!! You only answer questions to suit yourself.

Anita’s Barrister before the judge passed sentence reminded the judge what the Archbold Law book states, ‘No woman with no previous convictions should go to prison’. Judge John Rogers QC, disregarded this, Anita went to prison despite having 3 children, there being no complainee and owed no money.

I cannot understand this, like many of the Barristers and Solicitors, they all said it was disgusting, sending Anita to prison.

It’s my opinion John Rogers, aswell as being the opinion of many Lawyers involved in the case and family & friends that you got it wrong.

Below is the response back from the CPS after Guto Bebb asked the question under the ‘Freedom of Information Act’, “Why didn’t the 1,500 other people also get prosecuted? And also who brought this case to court?” as there was no complainant.

The CPS reply with a very vague letter.

I have contacted the Information Unit, CPS today by telephone, had a half hour chat with a gentleman and I explained in English and simple terms “Why didn’t the 1,500 other people also get prosecuted and who brought this case to court?” he has asked me today to email him requesting that information, which I find a bit ridiculous because my MP Guto Bebb has already requested it, but I’ve done as he asked and he said that when he receives the information he’s going to look into it seriously, so I will update you accordingly.

He also asked me to send him a link to this blog and in his letter back you will see the name crossed out as he asked me to do this and for his name not to appear on this blog, I was happy to do this and he said he didn’t have a problem with the letter going on the blog or any future correspondence so long as his name is crossed out.

I await his reply.
