Judge Nicolas Parry QC is a fair judge.
As you readers of this blog all know the prison sentence Judge John Rogers QC gave myself and my wife, once again there was no complainee, nobody suffered any loss and myself and Anita owed nobody any money.

In John Rogers summing up, in his words he says “you are a woman of good character Mrs Creamer, no previous convictions, you have got 3 children, you owe nobody any money but I must send you to jail for 2 years”.
What he meant was ‘The police knew you owned your own house, had no mortgage on it, the police are thieves and bullies and this is a way they can get money from you Mrs Creamer’.

Come on Prime Minister, enough is enough now, you’ve read about Marcus Copeland getting a suspended sentence for mortgage fraud of over a million pounds and now Mrs Brown gets a suspended sentence for defrauding £60,000 and we all know Judge John Rogers gave Anita Creamer 2 years prison for owing no money.
Maybe it’s because those 2 evil men David Jones MP & Superintendent Simon Humphreys didn’t have their fingers in these pies.
Humphreys & Jones wanted the Creamers to go to jail and made sure they received a proceeds of crime order.
Please David Cameron can you look at this, I want justice please for my family.

how come whenever you go to a crown court in wales, no barrister has a good word to say about mervyn hughes or john rogers yet they all speak highly of nicholas parry…..!

These people getting suspended sentences is a joke, reading their stories its pretty obvious they have swindled money, and owe money, yet they dont go to prison, but you and your wife did when you owed nobody anything, double standards going on here, not right atall.
in the previous post regarding marcus copeland re mortgage fraud, judge bull qc gave him a suspended sentence as he knew he wasnt a threat to the public and knew he wouldnt re offend, regarding this post judge parry qc felt mrs brown wouldnt re offend either again no threat to society in your case mrs creamer you were clearly not a danger to society, i did follow your case, and i know that john rogers did say you were a lady of good character as your husband quite rightly says, something has obviously gone drastically wrong, i honestly dont know how the police and CPS got your case to court. it sounds as if someone got a brown envelope, you really do need justice and somebody needs to be accountable for their actions. just think about it, 3 similar cases all in mold crown court, 3 different judges and your the only one that didnt owe any money and the judge sends you to prison. try and speak to the police commisioner winston roddick. good luck in your venture.

Yes I know about double standards. Do judges think its fair to put a 19yr old in prison for meeting an underage on an adult site and no age was mentioned between them than to let an obvious pervert vicar walk free? Hmm maybe it depends on where you are from! Previous good character always worked ,slight special needs and 12 months in prison! Justice system is a joke her parents should have been charged with neglect for allowing her to access adult content on the internet.
The judicial system needs an overhall in North Wales!!!!!!!!
