IPCC: I Protect Corrupt Cops!

Meaning of witch-hunt: Where a person decides to target another person for reasons which may, or may not, be obvious. It may be a work colleague who decides to undermine and belittle a co-worker, or it could be a person who makes it their objective to slander the reputation of a ‘friend’ or associate. Essentially, it is a targeted attack against one person, for reasons that are not necessarily tangible. Trying to find someone to hurt or humiliate.

This post is a continuation from the post regarding Lucie Hobson & Sarah Roberts.

Whilst I was on 47/3 police bail for the alleged rape I had conditions not to approach Sarah or any of the witnesses, which I kept to after the allegations were made by Sarah on the 07/09/2008. A solicitor who had done a ton of work for me visited Sarah’s work place bearing in mind she was supposed to have been raped on the 7^th September 2008 she made a statement that day and on Tuesday 9^th September 2008 she was in work, which I think any woman who had been raped would not be in work as the solicitor had witnessed her there.

It’s just incredible how a woman can make up this story and get away with it and to add insult to injury I contacted DC 1267 Andy Hulson by telephone asking him, ‘have you come to a decision yet and is my bail cancelled?’ he said ‘we are still making further enquiries’.

I said to Andy, it’s been brought to my attention that Sarah has made allegations like this before against somebody else, he didn’t seem interested but said I will log it down, he only wasn’t interested because it was me, Michael Creamer and they wanted the charge to stick.

I have read a lot of comments people have put on social media regarding the young boy who committed suicide after a girl had made a false allegation of rape and the mother also committed suicide, some women commented ‘I’ve got 2 sons, if they did that to my son I would go around there and beat her up’ and a lot nastier comments were written as well.

I hope you now understand how me and my mother felt but you can’t take the law into your own hands, all you can do is name and shame them.

Sarah was only here in the area that night and not many more nights after and then went back to Manchester. John the fella she was with has never been traced and Lucie Hobson who made the 999 call still lives in Gyffin, Conwy and Steven Roberts still lives in the area.

On Sunday 7^th September 2008, Lucie Hobson & Steven Roberts gave statements to the police, I have to ask myself what was Steven Roberts doing at the entrance of Cadnant Park at 1am, drunk with 2 females that were paralytic drunk.

While I was at the police station, I made The Mob aware of the text messages Sarah had sent to my phone, DC 2153 Culshaw and DC 1154 Williams went to speak to Sarah and put it to her ‘you sent a number of text messages to Michael Creamer’ how convenient the tears start and she is crying dramatically after being confronted with the evidence and tells Culshaw & Williams she doesn’t remember sending the messages to Michael and The Mob still refuse to charge her with wasting police time.

You have all seen PC 1687 Alison Lewis’ statement where she states that she has spoken to Sarah on September 7^th, where she was tearful and smelt of intoxicants though her speech was not slurred yet this statement was not signed by Alison or Sarah and the date was September 1^st 2008, so she made this statement a week before the alleged offence happened!

Now let’s look at 1837 Lewis’ notebook entries, page 27, 28, 29 & 30 this is how I received them from the Chief Constable’s solicitor Berrymans Lace Mawer of Liverpool, when my solicitor said we were going to bring a claim against the Chief Constable and a full disclosure was given to me!

In Alison Lewis’ notebook there are quite a lot of blank spaces and on page 28 she says ‘I spoke to Sarah, she was very tearful & quiet, she smelt of intoxicants although her speech was slurred when she spoke’ those notes would have been entered into Alison’s notebook on the night she spoke to Sarah, these contradict what she put in the statement she made the week before.

More lies from The Mob, it frightening & scary to think North Wales Police Officers are attending court throughout North Wales and asking Magistrates to rely on their pocket notebook entries and the Magistrates believe The Mob.

Officers that were involved in this case were DC 2197 Gallagher, PS 164 Jones, PC 1726 Davies, DC 2153 Culshaw, DC 1154 Williams, DC 1267 Hulson, DC 1937 Gauge, DC 1436 Jackson, DC Lee Jones, PC 1687 Lewis, PC 2391 Jones, 2247 Jones, 2482 Williams, 1422 Madeley and finally 1551 Paul Anderson.

Readers of the blog, you will remember from the last post, the witness statement from DC 1436 Mark Jackson, the forensic specialist in mobile phones, he had currently examined in excess of 4000 phones, how strange, my case was NFA’d (No Further Action) on the 13^th January 2009, how is it DC Mark Jackson makes a statement on the 13^th July 2009, 6 months after the case was discontinued, but he remembers nearly a year previous an object fell on my phone but he can’t recall what object fell on the phone deleting the messages, unbelievable how he remembers my phone so specifically out of over 4000 mobile phones he’s examined, the comedy of errors continues.

I was amazed after me telling the interviewing officers to go and recover the CCTV from the Blue Bell and the Street Cam from Conwy town centre, which The Mob did and it backed up what I had been saying, it’s a wonder they didn’t lose the disks to the CCTV!!

If this investigation was a sting operation by level 2, none of the foot soldiers I have mentioned would have known what was going on by level 2, they would have just been told to investigate the rape allegations, they would not have been told it was a honey pot trap and to leave me on bail for that amount of time was an absolute disgrace but the mob love to have me on bail and put restrictions on me.

Readers of this blog, take it from me and I make it quite clear there is only one person that’s been raped here and that’s Michael John Creamer DOB 09/09/64, having false allegations made against him, stopped and searched on numerous occasions, false warrants, magistrates being duped, money stolen from my suit jacket when they raided my home, money that went missing from my account, Chief Superintendent John Chapman refuses to speak to me about that, a £2 million pound proceeds of crime and they justify all this to the courts, they are a bunch of legalised criminals that have up to now gotten away with it.

A full complaint of this case was sent to Professional Standards, basically their decision was The Mob had done nothing wrong I then made a complaint to the IPCC and we all know they back the police up. The Prime Minister Theresa May, before she became Prime Minister made a statement and said the IPCC has failed and is not working.

Prime Minister, I have been knocking on the door telling you this for years, the IPCC has failed, IPCC is a great name I PROTECT CORRUPT COPS.

Once again, Prime Minister, Theresa May, I beg you and urge you to look at the way North Wales Police have treated me and my family, you are the Prime Minister who seems to take no messing and stamps down on corruption, I will shortly be writing to you with all my evidence.
