Following on from the previous post of part 1, myself and Will could not get through to John Donnelly by phone, you have read the text I sent him when Will was writing the text out from my phone (07977928434) to John Donnelly’s phone (07717543699), I dictated to him what to put in the message and I deliberately spelt Thai wrong in the text. I don’t know how observant you are readers of the blog, had any of you noticed that?  Correct way Thai, incorrect way Tai. Will asked me “why have you spelt that wrong?”, I said I would explain when we have a meeting with him but because we couldn’t get hold of him that day, I said to Will we will call again as he was going away on a mini break.

Just remember readers of the blog he doesn’t know who sent in this text. I did say to Will although we have got the recording and we know what he’s been doing and saying, when the day comes and I confront him, he’ll be that hard faced he’ll probably deny it. I’ve been dealing with people like him and the police for 40 odd years and you learn all the moves.

I don’t wish to take you off the subject for too long, but a good few years ago I was at Conwy United football ground watching Conwy play in a mid-week game, it was a cup game and very busy there. After the game had finished some supporters went into the clubhouse for a drink then eventually left, my Range Rover was parked in the car park and it was very quickly brought to my attention that a vehicle had damaged my car and drove off, smashing the lights and causing some deep scratches to the panels. I immediately went to the vehicle, checked the damage and picked up the broken pieces of lights and put them in my car.

After doing some quick checks, I discovered that the vehicle that crashed into my car and drove off was owned by a senior trading standards officer that worked for Conwy Council, I went back into the clubhouse asked the barman how many pints did you serve this trading standards officer, I gave a description of him and he confirmed he had a few pints. I then drove to this man’s house, parked my vehicle around the corner went down his drive, examined his vehicle and took photos of the damage, the colour of my Range Rover was clearly visible on the damage on his car.

I knocked on his door but nobody answered so I drove home, I got his telephone number and I phoned him that evening. I explained who I was on the phone and I was polite to him; I told him that he had crashed into my car and drove off from Conwy United, he denied all knowledge of it. I called him by his first name and I explained everything that had happened and told him I had spoken to the bar staff and they had confirmed he had been drinking, I reminded him on the phone you could be over the limit and that he had left the scene of an accident.

He then said to me “Mike, can I call you back in 10 minutes I will go and check my car”. He did call me back within 10 minutes, apologised and said I must’ve done it and not realised, he then said I will come down to your house I will just have to get a family member to bring me down. He did call to my house, it was quite late and he then admitted everything, I don’t deal with the police if I had, he would have been facing a few charges and wouldn’t have looked good in the papers, a trading standards officer given what he’d just done. He couldn’t thank me enough for not getting the police involved and I have assured him I would not repeat his name to anybody, the vehicle was taken to Conwy Land Rover and he paid the bill.

Moving back to John Donnelly, sometime about a week after 16 September 2016 I phoned and left a message for John to call me, I left my number and my name, he eventually called me back approximately two weeks later and as I said in the previous post he doesn’t know me, his secretary will now have told him a Michael Creamer has left a message for you to call him, which he did and at this time he was still unaware of the tape. He made an appointment that day for me to go and see him, I said I can’t get there until 5 o’clock, he said that’s fine. As I was engaged in a meeting with an Asian female who was studying law at Bangor University, when the meeting had finished I asked the female to accompany me to the council meeting. I said I would explain the reasons for the meeting on the way, we arrived at the council just after 5 o’clock; I told my friend not to say anything but to sit and listen while I did the talking, as I knew the case chapter and verse.

We met John Donnelly and the three of us went into a private room, I told him I was there to discuss Gary Sky who’s the licensee of the Maelgwyn and head of PubSafe, we went into a lot more detail and John told me Gary Sky is not the licensee of the Maelgwyn, it’s in Lynne Plumb’s name. I was already aware of this, I asked how was he the head of PubSafe if he’s not a licensee? John went on to say he was voted on by other licensees who were on the committee. I’m pretty good at judging people and I could tell John was very arrogant, so I let him waffle on before telling him about the recording. John also said the council and the police have nothing to do with PubSafe which I know was a load of rubbish, I also pointed out to John that there was a lot of class A drugs being passed around in the Maelgwyn and very active in the toilets, Gary Sky criticises other people and how they run their pubs, I told John he needs to get his own house in order first along with the watered-down beer.

I also pointed out to him about somebody having oral sex in the pub and people being paid cash in hand for working, John said we will investigate, hmmm, I wonder has he? I also mentioned to him the allegations about Gary Sky of a sexual nature, John said I’m duty-bound to report this to the police, I told John the police are already aware of it. I also said that I believe Will’s human rights had been infringed by these bullies on PubSafe, I also told him somebody who gets life imprisonment for murder, most are out after 12 years and have been rehabilitated. Look at John Worboys the ‘black cab rapist’ about to be released and allowed in pubs and here we have a PubSafe committee in Conwy giving people life bans. You may well hear a licensee saying the police have banned somebody, it’s a load of crap, that licensee has banned you and hasn’t got the balls to tell you to your face, so they blame the police, I discussed this with John Donnelly, he said the council nor the police don’t ban people, it’s the committee.

After listening to John talking what I believe to be a load of rubbish, he was far more interested in looking at the female who I was with. It was now time to tell him about the recording, I spelt out the word TAI out to him, Thai massage, the shock on his face “so it was you that sent me the text” I replied yes. I also told him I taped the conversation and said I’ll remind you of what I heard on the tape, you had been to your mothers on the Orme and chased sheep with a water pistol, by saying what I said, he had bitten the bait for me, he replied “my in-laws live up the Orme and I wasn’t chasing sheep I was chasing pigs”, I was happy with this, he didn’t deny it was his voice on the recording.

I also told John don’t you think it was very cheeky of your female colleague to say she had cut her hours down and that she earns more money in a couple of days at the council than they get for a week at Tesco’s. In his colleague’s defence, he said “well we’ve got better jobs than them in Tesco’s”.

Maybe you have, you people who work for the council want to remember you don’t do much and you wouldn’t like it if that gravy train stops. Myself and the lady I was with eventually left the council, even she agreed he was very arrogant. John Donnelly, if you can manage to get out of the office I would like you to apologise to the staff at Tesco’s for what your female colleague said and while you’re there it would be nice of you to investigate the dirty bird in Tesco’s.

Not long after speaking to John Donnelly, I wrote a letter on behalf of Will pointing out some important facts, Will read it and signed it. I anonymously posted it through a pub door, it was addressed to the PubSafe committee, I do believe it was read out at the committee; Gary Sky and his committee had made a decision to lift Will’s ban and so was allowed back in the pubs, I believe that was the right decision and Will was told he was allowed back in the pubs.

Three days later Will got a phone call saying they had made a mistake, he was still banned and said they would review it after Christmas in January. That was the Christmas of 2016, so your decision which you were making in January 2017 has still not been clarified and it is now January 2018. Is this the way your Mickey Mouse committee run things, many people I have spoken to in the town say the same about Gary Sky, he loves having a hold over people.

This picture was taken early one summer morning coming out of a house on the Glyn estate, bottom of the hill, Llandudno Junction. He was on the phone asking ‘Sugar Tits’ to come pick him up.

Gary Lloyd, Gary John and Gary Sky, I’ve told people in the area that you all take drugs, some of you sell drugs and beat your partners up, what a bunch of cowards the three of you are. You’re probably wondering who ‘Sugar Tits’ is? She is the licensee of the drug den in Llandudno Junction also known as the Maelgwyn.

Gary Sky, I used to drink in the Maelgwyn 37 years ago with my father when it was a pub and Kirk was the licensee, you Gary Sky and Gary John you would both have been in primary school, along with ‘Sugar Tits’. Once again, when Kirk had it, it was a fantastic pub and a pleasure to drink there.

Finally, the next post regarding my complaints to the council and what Gary Sky has been up to, this will be posted in just over a week, which will be part 3 of this story. You must appreciate all the work that you don’t see, that goes into publishing these posts, it takes a lot of my time and I have to do it all on my own, some of the evidence which I have plus documents etc are very sensitive and I couldn’t let a secretary see some of these.

I am now going to start to tell you the story of Michael Gary Plumb a.k.a. Sky who is the head of pub safe; a friend of mine Will Carlisle, asked me who could we go and see regarding the PubSafe committee when you are banned? Will got put on PubSafe when he was 16, I had a long chat with him about this; he received a life ban, this decision is absolutely ridiculous, the young lad who’s had a fight in the pub like so many others and they didn’t receive life bans.

A lot of young lads are foolish, but they do grow up, get married and have children themselves, anybody who commits a crime and does wrong I agree should be punished, maybe a year or two-year ban with restrictions is adequate but Gary Sky and his committee are pathetic to put somebody on a life ban, this must be against his human rights, who are these nobodies to make these decisions?

So, on the 16^th September 2016, we decided to go and put these questions to the council, I was accompanied by Will Carlisle; the two of us went to the town hall in Llandudno to speak to Peter Brown, I asked the lady at the town hall reception could I speak to Peter Brown, she asked what was it about, so I told her she said Peter was not in and that the man I needed to speak to was John Donnelly, Principle Trading Standards and licensing officer. The lady was very helpful and said John’s office was in Colwyn Bay by police HQ, she said I will ring him and tell him you’re going over she tried his office 3 to 4 times while Will and I were there, she said he’s not picking his phone up, she then tried his mobile a few times as well, he didn’t answer that either. By this time 20 minutes had passed, she said there’s nothing more I can do, so she gave me John’s mobile and she said if you get through, let him know you’re on your way over. I would just like to point out that neither me or Will have ever spoken to John Donnelly and I had never heard of him.

While Will and myself were sat in the car in the town hall car park I phoned John Donnelly’s mobile at least half a dozen times and what John was doing every time I rang, he would press the red button and cut me off, again nothing against John he doesn’t know me or my number but what John eventually did after about the 7^th time of calling, he made the mistake of pressing the green button and not the red one, he thought he had cut me off, but he hadn’t and I could hear him talking, so I put my phone on loudspeaker and me & Will listened to his conversation for just short of an hour I got Will’s phone and I recorded the conversation.

I must admit while we were sat recording what we were listening to, we were finding it hard not to laugh as well as being amazed as to what John Donnelly was saying to his female colleagues, no wonder they wouldn’t answer the telephone from the receptionist at the town hall.

It’s a Friday afternoon, John Donnelly is the principal trading standards & licensing officer at Conwy County Borough Council who earns a very good salary but doesn’t want to pick the phone up on a Friday afternoon as he doesn’t want to be bothered by any members of the public. During the two-way conversation, you could hear the lady saying she has ‘cut her hours down to working 2 days a week now and that she gets more money at the council working 2 days than them lot get a week for working in Tesco’s’. My apologies to any Tesco workers who are offended by her statement.

You could also hear John saying that it was his anniversary and he was taking his wife away for the weekend and that he was going for a Thai massage, he also said when he goes up to this mum’s house who lives on the Orme, he said when the sheep come into the garden, he gets his gun which is a water pistol and chases the sheep out of the garden; I’m not going to say much more of that what was recorded as it’s just under an hour-long.

I am not going to release the recordings yet as my complaint is still ongoing and I may have to go to the legal ombudsman. What I did do on Friday 16^th September at 15;42 was, I sent a text from my phone wishing him a happy anniversary he may well thought I was a council worker, he text me back at 17:23 the same day saying thank you, I called myself ‘Paul’, please see the text I sent him below.

I only went with Will Carlisle to ask the council why is he on a life ban and could this be lifted? I now find myself in a situation where I now need to make a complaint to Peter Brown regarding the conduct of John Donnelly, who is being paid to be in work yet won’t answer the telephone and his female colleague bragging and laughing at those people that work in Tesco’s, who have to work for a week to get what she gets paid in two days and John’s chasing sheep around the Orme with a water pistol. I just want to remind you readers of the blog, that this man is the brother of Gary Donnelly, the police officer that was jailed for 18 months for sexual assault on a 14–year-old girl.

I know I haven’t written much about Gary Sky in this post but you will read his story over the next few weeks and my letters of complaints to the council regarding Gary Sky and the council’s findings bearing in mind some of these council employees are very highly paid and seem to be on the council’s gravy train being paid for doing bugger all & covering up for each other, which you’ll see from the letters and emails I have received from the council.

As there are so many letters and documents, I’m going to split the story up in to sections, this is part 1; part 2 will be shown on Thursday the 11^th of January.
