Good Cop Bad Cop!!

A North Wales police officer, Mark Lee 43 is set to lose his job after walking in Snowdonia some 20 miles from his home – while Wales was in lockdown; he had gone for a walk with his partner and her autistic child.

He pleaded guilty to being away from his home which was then in Colwyn Bay without reasonable excuse while the country was under alert level 4 Coronavirus restrictions on December 29th last year.

Mark was fined £600 and he must pay £700 prosecution costs….an expensive walk.

In any event ignorance of the law is no defence, his solicitor told the court Mark Lee had his own mental health issues and had been fighting his demons at the time of the offence, a lot of police officers say this when they’re caught out!

Now let’s have a look at big Mark in action:

“I got out of my car, I was wearing a police vest, I had my Tazer, my radio and my spray everything was on show so I shouted STOP POLICE! Mark quite rightly exercising the law.

When he goes for a walk-up Snowdon with his partner and her autistic child and then get stopped for breaching Covid rules, why mention in court that the child is autistic and then says he has mental health issues, it seems he has selective memory to suit himself, officers are supposed to enforce the law not break it.

This is a minor offence, but what we don’t know is has he got any markers against him; he has been on the sick for a while with mental health issues maybe a dismissal will be for the best.

Members of the public, if me or you get stopped for a minor offence doing 38 mph in a 30 zone, we get a fine and 3 points, the officer wouldn’t say I will turn a blind eye!!?

Who Vet’s These Sick Police Officers??

The Prime Minister Boris Johnson has urged the public to trust the police in the wake of Sarah Everard murder trial, he acknowledged there are serious problems with the way violence against women & girls is tackled and he has promised to fix the system that sees a shockingly low number of successful prosecutions for rape.

It follows a whole life sentence given to PC Wayne Couzens for falsely arresting Sarah before raping and then murdering her; a senior police officer said women should be more suspicious if stopped by police.

 But I say it’s the culture of policing that needs to change.

Now let’s look at the Metropolitan Police, 771 Met officers and staff have been accused of sexual misconduct allegations since 2010 over the same period, 163 Met officers were arrested for sexual offences only 38 were convicted following investigation.

109 women have been killed since Sarah’s death by men in the UK – an average of two a week. HTV Wales contacted all four of the Welsh police forces yet no one from any force was available to comment, how convenient! Chief Constable Carl Foulkes said in a statement “we will continue to work hard to end violence against women and girls and do everything we can to build trust”

If you were to be stopped by a policeman for any reason whatsoever I would encourage any young girls or women even my own daughter and nieces who have concerns about the suspicious behaviour of a policeman even if he should show you his warrant card to call 999 if they feel in danger, or run away from the officer to a populated and well-lit area, once you have arrived home call 101 and explain the circumstances of why you have run away etc.

It’s the force’s own fault why no one has any faith or trust in them any longer, it’s not just the Met officers, it’s throughout the Constabulary. Here in North Wales, we have also experienced officers being sacked for sexual offences,

  • PC Ian James Clark jailed for rape he received five years
  • PC James Cleverley Evans who was jailed for downloading indecent images
  • PC Wynne Morris for sexually abusing a young girl
  • PC Gary Donnelly jailed for indecent assault
  • PC Robert Welch who groomed a young girl then took his own life
  • PC Dave Gardner who arrested a male and then returned to his home to have sex with the male’s wife, he was forced to resign for inappropriate behaviour
  • DC Shaun Parry faced a misconduct hearing on the 19th and 20th of February 2019 the case was found proven and to be gross misconduct; Parry was dismissed without notice.
  • PC Bradshaw jailed for 8 years, he groomed 2 girls for sex.

There are many more, it’s absolutely shocking.

Our police are there to protect us, people should be able to walk the streets without fear of harm and with full confidence. Wayne Couzens has brought disgrace to the uniform in the way he took advantage of Sarah’s trust, it makes me feel sick to the stomach.

We ask ourselves time and time again who vets these monsters that join our police forces?

What I found astonishing is on Friday the 1st of October, HTV Wales as I’ve already stated approached North Wales Police and asked for any comments regarding the Sarah Everard case? No one was available to comment, but on the very same day North Wales Police appealed on social media and on the police website asking for help following an assault on a police officer!

“APPEAL | Following an assault on a police officer in Towyn last night, we are requesting the assistance of the community and are appealing to witnesses or those who may be involved to come forward with more information.

An officer was called to reports of a number of individuals on off road bikes congregated around Towyn Prom, to the rear of Golden Sands Caravan Park last night (Friday 1st October). It is thought they were present at the location between 7pm and 9pm.

The officer was assaulted at the scene and has sustained injuries.

Detective Sergeant Taylor-Jones said: “We come to work to serve and protect the public – every day we deal with very difficult and challenging situations, putting ourselves in harm’s way to uphold the law and protect the public.

“We must be able to carry out our duties as safely as possible – being assaulted is not and should never be regarded as ‘part of the job’.

“We’d appeal to members of the community to come forward with any information they may have about this incident.”

Our thoughts are with Sarah’s family at this sad time.

Coming soon, a shocking true story regarding Carol Ann Hughes the ‘Black Widow’ and two of her daughters who witnessed the sham marriage; Carol herself has four daughters to three different fathers but this is not the children’s fault.

The mother Carol has robbed my wife, sister-in-law and brothers in law of nearly a quarter of a million pounds; what she has taken from my wife’s family will all be itemised.

I told my wife, and her family don’t expect much help from North Wales Police; the police have looked at it twice now and I will show you their findings, there have been a couple of officers who have been disciplined over this case.

You will see documentation I have, and you will see text messages from Stacey Hughes aka Fish Lips asking the family not to come and see their Dad as he was very poorly and wasn’t up to any visits whilst the secret wedding went ahead.

I can imagine Fish Lips and Carol having hysterics today when they read this blog, they’ll be straight on the phone to the police playing the victim like they always do, well the truth hurts.

I will give you some free advice, Inspector Ian Verburg told all police officers in North Wales not to look at this blog but none of them listen, they all read it and they pretend they don’t, so should you complain ask them to show you a letter from Superintendent John Hanson a letter dated to myself 10th February 2015 when I made complaints about somebody putting false information on the internet, Section 1 of the Malicious Communications Act 1988 Section 1 Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and many more, they said there is nothing we can do Michael and these were lies… what I’m printing Fish Lips is the truth!

You little b******d! Cop Punches Puppy

Harrowing footage has captured the moment a police firearms officer punched a puppy after it pooed on his lounge carpet whilst he was out on the p**s all afternoon.

Sergeant Martin Dunn punched the 5-month-old Springer Spaniel called Frank, several times in his garden.

The 48-year-old has now been sentenced for animal cruelty by magistrate’s but has not been suspended from duty, he will instead be made subject to an internal investigation.

His excuse was he had been involved in the terrible events at Manchester Arena in 2017 and has been suffering from PTSD without realising it, the bull***t police come out with when caught doing something wrong.

If this bully is doing this to a dog imagine how he conducts himself in his uniform, surely the police aren’t going to let him loose with a firearm again?

North Wales Police, The Dumbest Force in the UK

There are 43 police forces in the UK and North Wales Police must be the dumbest I’ll explain and show you why. During 2017 I was serving a custodial sentence for a POCA (Proceeds of Crime Act) where the police stole £350,000 from me, in January of that year half a dozen officers accompanied a bailiff to my house where my daughter and son were living at the time.

The bailiff asked my children “is Miss Cooney in?”, they obviously replied “no Miss Cooney has ever lived at this address” but they did not believe them. My daughter had a female friend staying with her at the time both girls were asked to prove their ID, they both produced their passports to prove neither of them were Miss Cooney but that wasn’t good enough for the officers, they insisted they were coming in the house to search, they searched every room in the house including the swimming pool area and the garage before leaving.

This incident was reported to me while I was in prison, I told my family I will deal with it when I’m home. Once I was released, I contacted the bailiff’s office in South Wales Excel Enforcement, where the system they have won’t let you actually speak to anybody. I went in person to the court office in Llandudno spoke to a lady explaining in great length that half a dozen police officers attended my house, searching my property looking for a Miss Cooney who has never lived there. I also explained that I’ve never been bankrupt or owed anybody any money why has this bailiff come to my house?

Her reply was, we have been given a name and address either by Miss Cooney or the police, it’s then passed on to the bailiff and the bailiff have then instructed the police, I can’t help you any further yet after I made a complaint to the police, they said it was the bailiff that called us.

I got passed from pillar to post but I won’t be bullied by these people; time eventually passed and on September the 8th 2020 two police officers attended my house with a bailiff our electric gates were closed my wife spoke to the police and the bailiff out of the window she asked “can I help you” the police replied is this 4 Bangor Rd we are looking for a Mr Kenneth Cooney, my wife replied this is not 4 Bangor Rd and no Kenneth Cooney has ever lived here.

In September of last year I made a complaint to North Wales Police regarding this matter and explained the full facts and on September the 23rd at 16:45pm a Sergeant Radcliffe contacted me and I went through my complaints in full detail regarding the two incidents one in 2017 and the other in 2020, I explained to Sergeant Radcliffe your colleagues were looking for 4 Bangor Rd surely they must know where that is, she said I’m from Llandudno not Conwy, I explained to her “I’m not trying to insult you but if you were to walk out of Conwy police station stood in the square in front of the station, that’s called Lancaster square and the main road which runs alongside the police station is called Bangor Rd”.

“These officers that keep attending my house don’t they know how to work a sat nav to look for Bangor Rd?” Furthermore, before you go searching people’s houses don’t you think officers should have checked the electoral role and that would have told you where Mr and Miss Cooney actually lived or are you just obsessed with my house?

This is quite simple I’m now going to explain how to get to 4 Bangor Rd, come out of the police station follow the flow of traffic where Bangor Rd starts opposite the police station go through the arch stay on Bangor Rd, pass the council offices on your right, go past the fire station on your right, go under the railway bridge, The White House on your left, pass the Bryn Morfa caravan site on your right, turn left after the caravan site, follow the road down this is still Bangor Rd, on the right is Roland Youngs yard and Bangor Rd ends at the gates of the travellers site”.

“On the entrance to the site Mr and Mrs Clooney have a plaque on the fence with their name on it, I live about a mile from this site where the Cooney’s live”.

“Sergeant Radcliffe can you now explain why about 6 officers and a bailiff came to my house looking for Miss Cooney and later a Kenneth Cooney, my daughter as I explained showed her passport proving she wasn’t Miss Cooney, why did 2965 Martin Taylor want to search my house? (this is the same officer I complained about in January for blocking a cycle path with the police vehicle)”.

We are members of the public and we pay your wages, 6 officers who couldn’t work a sat NAV, couldn’t check the voters roll and were abusing my children, this is why you are the dumbest force in the UK and are costing taxpayers a fortune.

Once North Wales Police had the full facts and realised, they had made fools of themselves, they changed the story.

He says the bailiff calls the police because there could have been a breach of the peace but there wasn’t, my children were polite and calm, Inspector Jolley says the police were brought there to bring calmness to the incident but no one was arrested; they even say I was in jail for mortgage fraud at the time but I wasn’t and they say the complainant me Mr Creamer, has written to North Wales Police complaining about the incident, NWP in their report this was 4 years ago and some people involved have moved on or being promoted but when they prosecuted myself for mortgage fraud they went back 30 years, they found all the paperwork no problem and finally, in Chris Jolley’s report he doesn’t mention the police coming to my house a second time in 2020!

This report is a load of rubbish and nonsense, the police have been caught out and are now trying to back track. Finally, Mr & Mrs Cooney, I don’t know who you are and I have never spoken to you should you read this blog I am not having ago at you, I’m pointing out another f**k up by NWP.

Women, Be Careful When You Are Walking Home That You’re Not Attacked by a Policeman

PC Oliver Banfield, a drunken off-duty police officer who attacked a woman as she walked home at night has been allowed to walk free from court. Banfield who is 25, was given a 14-week curfew banning him from leaving his house between the hours of 7pm and 7am, he was also ordered to pay his victim a measly £500 compensation.

His lawyer argued that he should not do community service because it would be very difficult for this police officer to work alongside criminals.

Readers of the blog, my f**king blood is boiling thinking about how this officer walked free from court without a custodial sentence. Obviously, the magistrate had no respect for the victim, bearing in mind what happened recently to poor Sarah Everard.

5 Conwy Men Are Helping Police With Their Enquiries Into Historic Sex Crimes!!!!!

You will read below an email that I have sent to Inspector Kelly Isaacs of North Wales Police; this email to the Inspector highlights my concerns about the fact that there are 5 men at large in our community who have been questioned recently by The Mob for historic sex offences against a minor.

As I’ve said in the email, some of these men are in and out of homes in our community as part of their work, should this be allowed?

You will have seen in the news this week about the sad case of Sarah Everard from South London, who was kidnapped and murdered after walking home from a friend’s house; a serving Metropolitan police officer has been charged with the crimes.

There’s also been many reports locally of women being flashed at and being followed when out at night alone by a man dressed in black. Some readers might be thinking that we need women to be able to protect themselves or they shouldn’t be going out alone; what we need is for North Wales Police to get men like this off the streets and inform our community of the possible threats posed by these 5 men.

Readers of the blog I am happy to accept your comments but will not be publishing any comments that name the men who have been questioned by the police, they are innocent until proven guilty.
