Just a quick post to show you how North Wales Police put false information on the Police National Computer; last month I requested to the ACRO criminal records office to see what data they held on myself, readers of the blog anyone can request this information whether you have been in trouble or not. The local force in your area in England or Wales will hold this data, should the information be correct there shouldn’t be a problem but when the information is wrong it should not be on there. The police are very sneaky as we know, and they would put on incorrect information to benefit themselves, for reasons only known to themselves.
In August this year, ACRO sent me the information I requested, on reading it I found the information to be inaccurate, so I contacted them and spoke to the line manager and I asked him how come this information is wrong? Some of these addresses I’ve never lived at or even heard of, I have highlighted below the list of addresses I have never resided at, one of those addresses being ‘Bryn Arfon’, Conwy belongs to my sister and I am somewhat surprised how this has appeared on this form as I have never lived there.
So out of the 12 addresses, 3 are correct, 2 are repeated, 1 house has no number on it, 6 are incorrect and the local post man has never heard of them addresses, apart from my sister’s.
It’s quite disturbing to think what information North Wales Police have on their system regarding people, I would urge members of the public to write to ACRO, you people would be shocked to see what wrong information they could have on you; Their information was correct with my date of birth, my name, my sex and colour. They say they do have photographs of myself, I can’t comment because I’ve never seen the pictures.
On 21 August 2003, they confirm that they have DNA of mine, what for I’m not sure, they do confirm the DNA was destroyed, are the dates wrong and has the DNA been destroyed, I will never know. As you know when no charges are brought against you, your DNA is supposed to be destroyed as they say on the ACRO subject access request.
You can also see PC 2538 Rob Jones was the arresting officer for the alleged witness intimidation with Gary John Jones and Michael Plumb a.k.a. Gary Sky. Gary Sky works at Maelgwyn Public House where cocaine is sold on a regular basis; officer Jones puts on the PNC system 7 times that my conditions are not to approach the Maelgwyn Public House, Kimberley Road Llandudno Junction.

The gentleman I spoke to regarding my complaint to ACRO, urged me to immediately contact 101 and have the incorrect data removed, I have not contacted them yet but will do so in the near future. I asked the gentleman could I put this information on the Internet? he said you can do whatever you want with it, it’s your information; he reminded me it was private and it’s confidential, why would you do that? He was unaware I had a blog, I’ve done nothing wrong, but the information they hold is incorrect.
