I have been driving for approximately 34 years and for most of that time I have been a self-employed builder, where I have had a fleet of vehicles, vans, pick-ups, plus my own small wagon, a licensed taxi business, 8 & 17 seater mini-buses, sports cars plus my own ice cream vans.
As you can see, I have had a lot of vehicles so I value my driving license, I have never had any points on my license for no insurance, no MOT and always held a full licence when asked to produce documents.
As you can see from the ‘producers’ issued by The Mob every time I get stopped they will tell me to produce 1-3-4, which is my driving licence, my MOT and insurance details.
I have been stopped over 200 times and had the inconvenience of having to go to the police station to produce my documents.
When I went to see the Inspector at Llandudno Police Station, he said that it’s not harassment as it’s not the same officers stopping you all the time and told me to keep a note of all the times I get stopped.
In the end I said ‘here’s my driving licence, you keep it as you want it so badly’ and walked out of the police station, they eventually sent the licence back to me.

If this isn’t harassment the what is? Each day I am gobsmacked by what I’m reading and the targeted harassment that’s been dished out by North Wales Police.
The National average for being stopped and asked to produce documents is probably only a fraction of one percent. In 57 years I have never been stopped and asked to produce!
Your situation sounds exactly like harassment. I put the question to an ex Police Officer a minute ago and he said it was an obvious campaign of harassment which is used to target certain people. Folks other than drivers also get harassed with constant stops, and searches.

* Knew to many ( decent ) people of the Town.
* Did not want to become a burden on yourself nor your family.
* Got up and took the system on. Only to find there is no system.
