DC 2313 Don Kenyon was told by the CPS in Colwyn Bay that there was no charge to bring against Michael Creamer for mortgage fraud.
So The Mob went to the complex case unit in Cardiff to speak with Simon Joel Curzon and the chief prosecutor Sarfraz Ibrahim to see if there was a case of mortgage fraud, eventually Simon Curzon came up with a conspiracy despite there being no complainee and nobody suffered any loss.
DC 2313 Don Kenyon was commended by the judge at the end of the trial and he along with Inspector 2179 Jason Davenport & DC 1359 Nicholas Hawe were promoted, the prosecuting Barrister Wyn Lloyd Jones earned £125,000 + VAT, so whilst there was no loss suffered the 4 individuals named above did very well out of the decision to prosecute!!

I am disgusted by what you say, but I will fight to the death, for your right to say it. he said that of course in a context in a ferocious attack on freedom of speech, but the reason he said it was free speech of itself is incredibly important no matter how stupid how distasteful no matter how irritating we are going towards a society where people are afraid to SPEAK.

If the Legal Profession and the Police took on the task of ending Corruption within their own ranks, they would have a JOB FOR LIFE and not have any time to DRUM UP FALSE allegations and charges against innocent members of society.
It is a sad state of affairs when those we rely on to uphold, preserve and implement the Law, are themselves unworthy of the Trust we should have in their endeavours.
It is interesting to note that the Legal Profession is one, if not the most, prevalent amongst the Members of Parliament.
In other words they are crooks. Us poor taxpayers fitting the bill yet again.
The four named should be thrown in prison. What a corrupt lot they are. 125-000 thousand pound and thats just the barrister money. I would like to know the full amount of money wasted by nwp on this case alone. The case that davenport kenyon and the other bent crooks that concocted this made up trial. This case alone was more than a million pounds payed for by us hard working taxpayers money. Angry and fed up with the corrupt authorities.
