Over a year and a half and still no decision made by HM Customs & Excise whether to prosecute or close the case.
I got my MP Mrs Betty Williams to write to Customs and Excise as to when a decision will be made.

Decision Finally Came
In February 2001 a decision had finally come from HM Customs & Excise, notifying me of their decision NOT TO PROSECUTE, I got straight in touch with the Adjudicators Office and made a complaint about HM Custom & Excise.
My Complaint was taken very seriously and was appointed to Dame Barbara Mills, who was a high profile Barrister for a full investigation into this matter.

I was in the process of starting to write this comment but my head is just full of nasty horrid expletives that I would like to vent on HM Customs and the Police! But to save publishing such words I shall refrain from that tack. The whole Blog so far is producing situations that are unusual in the extreme, and this episode once again points to the Authorities continuing with the Vendetta againt you and your family. These are not the normal tactics of C & E work or even normal Police enquiries. They have obviously been organised to produce the maximum disruption to your life and are spiteful and vindictive. The Senior Officers who authorized such actions need bringing to Justice. A return to Medieval times and hanging, drawing and quartering them would not be sufficient punishment.
Pierrepoint it was north Wales Police who put h.m customs up to this dreadful act. The mob have attacked mr creamer for 35 years. The mob can do what they like. Hillsborough is a fine example how the corrupt forces really work. NORTH WALES POLICE ARE PURE EVIL……………..

I am surprised north Wales Police haven’t been interviewed over the corruption, they have shown towards this family man. If they haven’t been interviewed yet surely it will have to happen. JUSTICE FOR MICHAEL CREAMER. JAIL FOR NORTH WALES POLICE.
Michael I have spoken to many of your friends, long term friends and short term friends. they find this site interesting, truthful and accurate. all of your friends are frightened to leave a comment as they are in fear for their lives as they don’t trust north wales police aka the mob. let me remind people, the most famous comment on freedom of speech was voting. what the translation of what he said was. I am disgusted by what you say, but I will fight to the death, for your right to say it. he said that of course in a context in a ferocious attack on freedom of speech, but the reason he said it was free speech of itself is incredibly important no matter how stupid how distasteful no matter how irritating we are going towards a society where people are afraid to SPEAK.
