Carrying on from the previous post, I will now show you the statement made by Michael Gary Plumb a.k.a. Gary Sky. You will remember the post from Christmas day where you would have read Gary John Jones’ statements where he alleges he was assaulted by another male on the 21/02/10 which had nothing to do with me, Gary John confirms this in his statement, but on Tuesday 23/02/2010 Gary John says I asked him on the car park to retract his statement regarding the assault; there was only myself and Gary John on the car park and there were no independent witnesses.

Now let’s read Michael Gary Plumb’s statements

Readers of the blog, I don’t know how observant you are but did you notice what Mr Plumbs occupation is? He says he’s self-employed, that would mean he’s not the licensee, he’s a TV aerial specialist, we all know now he’s duped SKY for over 12 years by stealing their logo, he’s not a very honest man, is he?

Now look at the date when he made the statement which was 09/06/2010, when I spoke to Gary John Jones on the car park that was on the 23/02/2010 yet Mr Plumb’s statement is nearly 4 months after the alleged offence and all he remembers in his statement was that I entered the Maelgwyn on the 21/02/2010 with two other males and asked could I speak to Gary John, he says that he pointed over to where Gary John was and I went outside with the two males and Gary John. I’m not charged with the assault that happened on the 21/02/2010 I’m charged with witness intimidation that allegedly happened on the 23/02/2010 and Mr Plumb wasn’t present but what Mr Plumb does, is he downloads the CCTV onto a disk where Gary John is seen to be assaulted by a male and produces that disk at Llandudno magistrates Court as evidence, he gave it to PC 2538 Rob Jones.

He also gives another disk to PC 2538 Rob Jones, where you can see me pulling onto the car park in my white van and talking through the window to Gary John where I’m alleged to have asked Gary John to retract his statement, but how convenient Mr Plumb has no CCTV of Saturday 20/02/2010 when there is a brawl in his pub with Gary John and Gary John’s son attacking my son and there is no CCTV on Sunday 21/02/2010 of Gary John performing oral sex on Michael Gary Plumb behind the bar.

Michael Gary Plumb in Caernarfon Crown Court gave a sworn testimony which is evidence given by a witness who has made a commitment to tell the truth, if the witness is later found to have lied whilst bound by the commitment they can often be charged with the crime of perjury. When you took the stand Mr Plumb, you stood in the witness box and the court registrar handed you the Bible, he then asked you to repeat the following out: ‘I swear by Almighty God, that the evidence I shall give, shall be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth’. I can imagine now Mr Plumb whilst reading my blog, you will be taking deep breaths and your legs will be buckled so take a seat and get a glass of water.

Do you remember stopping me on Wednesday 07/07/2010 the time was approximately 1145, I was going into BMW which is on the industrial estate in Llandudno Junction, I was accompanied by my wife; you were in your van with the fake writing on ‘Gary Sky’ not the 06 plate you’ve got now, it was the van before that. You were flashing your lights at me to gain my attention, I stopped, myself and my wife walked over to your van, I opened the passenger door and you said to me “Mick, this has gone too far, I don’t want anything to do with it and I’m not coming to court”, you also said PC 2538 Rob Jones had put pressure on you to make a statement, you went on to say “Rob needs me and Gary to give evidence or the case will collapse”. I replied “I’m not interested, you do what you’ve got to do” and I walked away; the look on your face, you looked very nervous and frightened as I walked away with Anita, I remember saying to her “that was strange him stopping me like that” I also said to Anita “he may have had a tape recorder on him”, that’s why I chose to say nothing and walked away because by now I had read yours and Gary John’s statements and you’re both a pair of lying rats and you thought you had the police in your pockets.

The point I’m making here is you never told the truth in court, you didn’t tell the jury this and do you know what else? You didn’t tell the jury that your previous partner, before Sugar Tits, she had to get an injunction against you to stay away from her because you were a very violent man towards her, do you remember when you smashed her head through the spindles on the staircase and you beat her up so badly she looked like the elephant man? You then concocted a story with her as she looked that bad, you told her to tell her parents that she had been in a car crash, what a s**t house you are, imagine them women on the jury, had they known this about you and all your dodgy dealings as well as Gary John’s dealings and PC 2538 Rob Jones’ affair behind his wife’s back.

Please readers of the blog should you enter the drug den where he works (The Maelgwyn), don’t wind him up, he’s like a bottle of pop at the moment that’s been well shaken, and is liable to explode any time.

I have also spoken to another female that went on a date with you, it was only the one night and she’s asked to remain anonymous; she said you freaked her out, you took your top off to show her the scratch marks on your back. She told me you are a weirdo and couldn’t wait to get rid of you, she said that’s all I can tell you about him. You also never told the jury that you duped your customers into believing you work for SKY TV and that the people banned from the PubWatch scheme are allowed back in your pub as long as they have soft drinks. You are a terrible man.

I can confirm Mr Plumb, the PubWatch scheme members want you off the committee as the head of PubWatch, so that shouldn’t be too long now and we hope that Sky TV prosecute you. There is still a lot more to come about Michael Gary Plumb, including letters to and from the local council.
