Double Death Crash, Driver More Than 8 Times Over Drug Drive Limit

Following on from my previous post, where I was sent to prison for 5 months for breach of the peace, after being shoved by a copper, then telling him to fuck off, how the hell did Llandudno Magistrates get away with this?

I have been telling and showing you on this blog how vindictive and malicious North Wales Police have been against me and members of my family, there’s a lot more to come out yet.

I would like to just show you some serious incidents that were much worse than breach of the peace, yet they never went to prison or got charged.

Dylan Wyn Thomas from Nefyn was involved in a crash back in April, where Charles Harris and Janet Whitehead 64, both died because of his drug-driving, he was more than 8 times over the drug-driving limit, the court was told at Caernarfon Magistrates where he was banned from driving for 4 years and given a curfew from 8pm to 7am for the next 6 months. Once again, I got 5 months prison for telling a copper to fuck off!

Please now view the video where police are called to a disturbance in Stoke where you can clearly see the suspect pushing and shoving 2 coppers as he tries to escape, you can hear foul language, he was caught on video throwing a glass at door staff and a further 2 people were arrested. The man was charged with a public order offence and resisting arrest, he received a 10-week prison sentence, suspended for a year, the woman arrested was given a caution for assaulting a police officer.

Again, Llandudno Magistrates gave me 5 months prison for telling a copper to fuck off!

Finally, David Jones MP ex-secretary state for Wales, sacked by the Prime Minister, who fiddled over £81,000 and only because he was caught did he pay back the money; no criminal charges or proceeds of crime were brought against him. Nigel Roberts aka 7 bellies, MP David Jones & Dylan Moore authors of the troll blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, which libeled and abused people yet none of the authors of the blog have ever been charged. Karen Dixon from the CPS, Superintendent John Hanson and Chris Walsh in there cosy little meeting said people have the right to freedom of speech, so no one was charged, we also know North Wales Police gave protection to that blog. Superintendent Simon Humphreys knew in 2010 that the blog prejudiced my trial and did nothing about it. When over a dozen complaints went to Professional Standards regarding Simon Humphreys, how convenient that he then retired so he could keep his pension, none of the above were charged with any offences.

In 1985 over 30 years ago, I told a copper to fuck off and received 5 months Youth Custody; I would love to have a 1 to 1 chat with a magistrate to see what their view and opinions are, you never know one of them may phone me up or email me, that would be nice.

Superintendent John Chapman, I’m still waiting patiently for my money to be returned to me.

Amethyst – Do you agree The Mob should have given a bit more thought to the name?

The Amethyst Unit is in Colwyn Bay, North Wales where they take women, men or children who claim to have been sexually assaulted etc.

Meaning of the gemstone Amethyst: a stone traditionally worn to guard against drunkenness and to instil a sober mind. The word amethyst comes from the Greek meaning “without drunkenness” and amethyst is believed to protect one from poison.

Do you agree The Mob should have given a bit more thought into the name of this centre eg: if a lady was intoxicated and claimed she had been raped, why would you take them back to the Amethyst Centre, when the name is supposed to mean ‘To protect someone against drunkenness’.

A high profile rape case of late was Ched Evans, who was accused of rape, we will call the victim ‘Lady Penelope’, we have all seen the video on social media, where she is intoxicated and seen bending down in the foyer of the hotel, picking her pizza box up and claimed she had been out drinking around the town, so if The Mob took her back to the Amethyst Unit, I think they took her back to the wrong place. Ched Evans was sentenced to 5 years in prison, another male, his co-defendant was cleared of the allegation.

It’s unbelievable, what this man must have went through, he was obviously one of strong character; and had good support from his family & friends and his girlfriend Natasha, who believed in him and stood by him.

This poor lad has lost 5 years of his football career and a footballer’s career is short anyway. On the 21st April 2016, Ched Evans was extremely grateful that the court of appeal ruled that his conviction was unsafe and should be quashed.

Had The Mob in North Wales done some good detective work in this case and conducted a full and proper enquiry, before contacting the CPS and wasting the tax payer’s money, there wouldn’t have been a trial.

We are led to believe the CPS will be having a re-trial soon and I would not want to compromise or prejudice that trial in any way, at my trial in 2010 for mortgage fraud, Superintendent Simon Humphreys, who is a bare faced liar, allowed my name and slanderous remarks to go all over the internet and Humphreys used that to The Mobs advantage to help get me convicted, when I complained to Superintendent John Hanson & DC Chris Walsh, regarding the comments that were put on ‘Thoughts of Oscar’, Hanson & Walsh took my complaint to the CPS at Colwyn Bay and spoke to Senior Prosecutor, Karen Dixon, they agreed between the 3 of them, they have looked at the comments and said people are entitled to freedom of speech, even if the comments are derogatory and untrue.

MP Guto Bebb raised this in the House of Commons, saying Michael Creamer’s trial could have been prejudiced with what was said on the internet, so I should be able to say what I want about the Ched Evans re-trial, but I will remain silent, until after the case has been heard, that’s if it goes to trial.

I think The Mob should have asked the public to name the Amethyst Unit, I mean thinking off the top of my head, gold would have been better than Amethyst, gold in the meaning of colours is generous and giving, compassionate and loving, the benefactor or patron shares its wisdom, knowledge and wealth with others. Gold is the colour of a winner, first place medals are always in gold, silver is second place.

There are approximately 65 million people in Great Britain and it goes without saying that we need law and order, I’m the first to agree, but like I said we need the police to investigate cases properly, to stop taking things personal, being vindictive and to be impartial.

Another rape case, Steven Stanley Dickens who was charged with rape, eventually appeared at Mold Crown Court and after a 5-day hearing, the jury were out for 23 minutes, barely time for the kettle to boil to make a cup of tea, but that’s what the jury thought of the police’s investigation and the CPS’s decision, 23 minutes, ACQUITED! and more public money wasted.

Finally, Jamil Kanawati was acquitted of rape and appeared at Caernarfon Crown Court, the jury after hearing all the evidence unanimously found him NOT GUILTY of raping the 26yr old woman.

Again, better detective work should have been done before ruining the man’s life, more of the public’s money wasted again. I have mentioned 3 cases here in North Wales, all dealt with by the same CPS, these 3 (Ched, Steven & Jamil) gentlemen’s lives have been left shattered with very serious allegations made against them.

Isn’t it right readers of the blog, innocent until proven guilty! I don’t think so.

The law immediately needs changing, any person as well as these 3 men, should not be named in the press and put all over social media until found guilty, these men have children and families, am I right to say, if the jury found these men innocent, that would mean the girls have told lies and shouldn’t they be prosecuted for lying and wasting police time or perverting the course of justice??

Definition: An investigation carried out ostensibly to uncover subversive activities, but actually used to harass and undermine those with differing views.

Helicopter for Mr Creamer again!

Don Kenyon gets told by the big bosses ‘refuel the helicopter Don, that £400,000 the Chief Constable ordered North Wales Police to return back to Anita, as it was legitimate money from the sale of her previous home’, (by this time you can imagine that the big bosses are pulling their hair out and are riddled with jealousy) the Creamer’s are building a big house with an indoor swimming pool, get the helicopter over there straight away Don and get a picture taken.

Landmark, send the helicopter to Bodlondeb in Conwy, it’s a few hundred meters to the left of it. Don make sure you get a good picture, don’t go on foot this time, because there’s a private road, leading up to his electric gates and they are living in the property now, the house is alarmed and has cameras and they will see you.

Just one big picture from the helicopter and then we can show the jury this and make him out to look like a drug dealer, a money launderer, a fraudster and a counterfeiter.

I know he’s never done any of the above, but Wyn Lloyd Jones, the prosecution barrister will make the jury believe that he’s one of them, we have got to take the house off him. The Chief Constable Richard Brunstrom, Superintendent John Chapman & Superintendent Simon Humphreys can’t sleep until they seize his assets, I know he’s done nothing wrong but he’s dealing with The Mob and we’ll fit him up’.

Why did Simon Curzon the CPS lawyer from Cardiff and Wyn Lloyd Jones along with The Mob, keep vital information back and wouldn’t tell the judge John Rogers this?

This new information has been passed on to the CCRC, Prime Minister David Cameron I beg you please, keep that evil, poisonous man David Jones MP away from my new appeal. During my last 2 appeals he was secretly recorded saying ‘leave Creamer to me, I will deal with him’ and so I was refused leave to appeal, I have made the CCRC aware of this evil man.

Below is a comment from Twitter which was put on the Thoughts of Oscar troll blog, Nigel Roberts aka 7 bellies who admitted being the author published this comment with his contributors David Jones MP, Dylan Moore plastic solicitor and not forgetting North Wales Police, who gave the site protection, hoping the jury would read this poison pen blog as it would help convict me.

Superintendent Simon Humphreys and Inspector Ian Verburg told blatant lies and said they didn’t know who the author was, but admitted when investigated by Sian Beck from PSD ‘it was a rumour’ that Nigel was the author. In 2010 the judge ordered ‘Oscar’ Nigel 7 bellies to be spoken to, yet Ian Verburg went there on Humphreys instructions, it was a rumour, they can’t even tell lies properly and yet the above are all members of the freemasons.

After Guto Bebb made his speech on September 9th 2014, the police minister ordered a full enquiry into Thoughts of Oscar, Superintendent John Hanson was given the task along with DC Chris Walsh, after gathering all the evidence, they eventually went to the CPS to speak to Karen Dixon and the 3 of them discussed Nigel 7 bellies, David Jones MP, Dylan Moore, Superintendent Humphreys, Ian Verburg and the rest of the contributors.

They have done nothing wrong and Nigel 7 bellies is not an internet troll is the outcome of that cosy little meeting.

Lord Limbert Davies in the appeal court at The Strand in London, refused my appeal for the proceeds of crime, at the end of the appeal said that my taxi business was a sham, we all know it wasn’t, we have receipts to prove it and this was never mentioned during my 7-week trial in 2010.

My MP Guto Bebb can confirm this, he has read the transcripts from my trial.

So Lord Limbert Davies, I have already written to the court regarding your comment, there is only 2 places in the world you could have heard of this:

1) Nigel 7 bellies wrote on his poison pen style troll blog that the taxi business was a sham, did Lord Limbert Davies read the blog?

2) You are a member of the Privy Council along with the evil man David Jones MP and your paths must have crossed.

Which one of the 2 is it? As there would have been a conflict of interest, therefore you shouldn’t have listened to my appeal.

A letter of complaint was sent on January 22nd 2015 to the Judicial Conduct and Investigations Office, Royal Courts of Justice, London, WC2A 2LL.

Which Judge Is Right And Which Judge is Wrong?

Judge Nicolas Parry QC is a fair judge.

As you readers of this blog all know the prison sentence Judge John Rogers QC gave myself and my wife, once again there was no complainee, nobody suffered any loss and myself and Anita owed nobody any money.

In John Rogers summing up, in his words he says “you are a woman of good character Mrs Creamer, no previous convictions, you have got 3 children, you owe nobody any money but I must send you to jail for 2 years”.

What he meant was ‘The police knew you owned your own house, had no mortgage on it, the police are thieves and bullies and this is a way they can get money from you Mrs Creamer’.

You can read below Judge Nicolas Parry tells Kerry Brown at Mold Crown Court ‘you don’t need to cry Mrs Brown, I am not sending you to prison although you defrauded more than £60,000 in benefits, I’m going to give you a 6 month suspended sentence for your scam, which spanned a period of 10 years and you will not receive a proceeds of crime order.

Come on Prime Minister, enough is enough now, you’ve read about Marcus Copeland getting a suspended sentence for mortgage fraud of over a million pounds and now Mrs Brown gets a suspended sentence for defrauding £60,000 and we all know Judge John Rogers gave Anita Creamer 2 years prison for owing no money.

Maybe it’s because those 2 evil men David Jones MP & Superintendent Simon Humphreys didn’t have their fingers in these pies.

Humphreys & Jones wanted the Creamers to go to jail and made sure they received a proceeds of crime order.

Please David Cameron can you look at this, I want justice please for my family.

Collusion within North Wales Police.

Here is Superintendent Siân Becks wonderful report, sorry it’s 6 pages long.

I will start with Don Kenyon, when he did my trial at Mold Crown Court in 2010, it was the biggest trial in Don Kenyon’s career, he’d never sat in a court room for over 7 weeks before, as I looked out from the dock, he was sat just in front of me, every day taking notes, he knew how many glasses of water I drank and what colour shirt I had on each day, that’s how observant he was.

He was called into the witness box, swore an oath and asked by Judge John Rogers QC to go and tell Oscar, to stop publishing comments on the ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ blog, but when I made a complaint and Superintendent Siân Beck went out to interview Don Kenyon (lets not laugh, police investigating the police), Don Kenyon tells Siân Beck he doesn’t remember going in the witness box in the biggest trial of his life and said his memory had faded!!!

Don, you have made a complete and utter fool of yourself, you were told to go and speak to Oscar by the Judge and you never.

North Wales Police came out in this report with another pathetic comment, ‘it was rumoured that Nigel Roberts was the author’. Why would you go and speak to somebody, if it was only a rumour that they were the author of the blog?

Nigel ‘7 bellies’ told Verburg he didn’t know who the author was, but he could speak to them to have comments removed, but in 2010 ‘7 Bellies’ Roberts admits telling Superintendent Simon Humphreys in a face to face meeting he was the author of the blog.

John Hanson, when you went to see Karen Dixon from the CPS, did you tell her the whole truth of what was going on behind the scenes? Because in your meeting at HQ in January this year with Dylan Moore & David Jones, information leaked out as to what was discussed at the meeting, do you remember sitting around the table saying this will all blow over in 2 weeks and be forgotten about.

Well you are wrong, it’s not going away, us people want justice and you people are worried about your pensions etc.

Did you tell Karen Dixon it would all blow over in 2 weeks aswell?

Members of the public, when you read Siân Becks report, it is embarrassing, the way our police force investigate. I have warned you. This has now gone to the IPCC and they have been told to re-investigate.

When the Judge spoke to Don Kenyon and asked him to speak to Oscar, the jury were excused. If any of you jury members on my trial have read this blog, while doing jury service and were put off by the nasty comments and derogatory remarks that were on there, please come forward, I know you were all told by the Judge don’t look at the Internet, but it would help me get justice.

Poison Pen Blog Gang Part 11

I attended Llandudno Police Station and made a complaint about various officers, Inspectors and Superintendents, other people from the local community also made complaints about the police regarding the “Thoughts of Oscar” blog.

All these complaints were sent to Professional Standards, you can read my complaint cases from PSD and you can also see Superintendent Steve Williams and Chief Inspector Jane Banham’s comments that they made to other officers in north Wales.

They both told a number of officers “do not speak to Michael Creamer as you are leaving yourself wide open for corruption”.

Just to let you know, Dylan Moore, Nigel ‘7 bellies’ Roberts’ solicitor, from David Jones’ practice and a contributor towards the Thoughts of Oscar blog was secretly recorded, in this recording you will hear Dylan Moore talking about his own client (Dylan Moore has since been reported to the law society), saying that Nigel ‘7 bellies’ passed information on to North Wales Police.

Who would want a solicitor like that, who would throw you to the wolves?

Maybe that’s why Superintendent Simon Humphreys looked after ‘7 bellies’?

Ken Finch, Director of Conwy County Borough Council and every Councillor must be livid with North Wales Police, I remember talking to Councillor/JP Graham Rees and him telling me they had been to the police, asking them who ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ was?

They were told the same, “we don’t know who it is”….LIARS!!!

Members of the public, just think of how much Council Tax goes towards the police and also the tax payers money and then when the local authority ask for help off the police, they got told bare faced lies, every Councillor, members of staff were slagged off on the poison pen blog and MP’s were also slagged off, apart from one, guess who!??

The only MP who wasn’t slagged off was David Jones, who fiddled his expenses, because he, Dylan Moore and ‘7 bellies’ were all behind the evil blog.

Why did North Wales Police protect this site?

They are all running scared and want to leave town now. Nigel wants out, rumour has it David Jones is getting ill with it and Dylan Moore can’t cope, no doubt Simon Humphreys will be told to retire with his pension.

We’ll deal with Ruby and Janet Finch Saunders again.

I think the Chief Constable of North Wales Police needs to address this major issue and apologizese to the council for letting them down, lying to them, lying to members of the public.

North Wales Police used that poisonous site to help convict me.

I would also like to know from the Chief Constable, how they came up with a trumped up charge of mortgage fraud when there was no complainee and nobody suffered any loss?

Apologize please Chief Constable, I’m not stopping until I get answers.

How come David Jones fiddled his expenses of over £80,000, paid it back and doesn’t get prosecuted??

I couldn’t pay anybody back because I didn’t owe anybody any money!!!

Here’s the full story behind the Thoughts of Oscar blog and who’s who in the conspiracy…

David Nigel Roberts (Nigel is known as ‘Nigel 7 bellies’) from Nigel Roberts Newsagents on Gloddaeth Street in Llandudno and 52 Deganwy Avenue, Deganwy, admitted being the author of the blog on September 9th 2014 when he was trying to distance David Jones MP from any involvement.

David Jones is a disgraced MP, who for many years had Chief Superintendent Simon Humphreys and North Wales Police in his pocket, although they’re now trying to distance themselves from him, was sacked by the Prime Minister from being the Secretary State for Wales, fiddled his expenses for over £80,000 and denied his involvement in the blog, saying he didn’t know anything about the blog, but we managed to locate his deleted tweets and evidence of his business partner the solicitor Dylan Moore being involved.

Sorry Mr Jones, but you’ve been caught out lying again.

Many people who viewed the poison pen style blog, went to Llandudno Police station and complained to Inspector Ian Verburg between 2010 – 2012 and the Inspector told them “we don’t know who Thoughts of Oscar is and if you feel offended by the blog, don’t look at it”, well he’s another one who’s been caught out, he knew exactly who ‘Oscar’ was because during my trial, the Judge told DC Don Kenyon to go and speak to Oscar and tell him to remove the unfounded and untrue comments regarding Michael Creamer as this could have prejudiced my trial, North Wales Police went to speak to ‘Oscar’ Nigel ‘7 bellies’ Roberts and told him to stop publishing comments.

If I’ve offended any police officer on this blog my apologies, but what is published here on this blog is true & factual, so like Inspector Ian Verburg said to all those that complained to him about the blog, if you don’t like what you see, then don’t look at the blog and as DI John Hanson also said, people have the right to freedom of speech.

Chief Superintendent Simon Humphreys was also well aware of who was behind the blog, Nigel Roberts told Humphreys face to face that he was one of the authors of the blog, you will also read some of Nigel ‘7 bellies’ emails confirming he told Superintendent Humphreys in 2010 that he was responsible for the Thoughts of Oscar blog.

In January this year (2015), myself & my solicitor Leigh Wright from Tuckers Solicitors had an appointment at police headquarters in Colwyn Bay with DC Chris Walsh & DI John Hanson. DI John Hanson confirmed to me & my solicitor that Simon Humphreys had one eye on my case during my trial in 2010 as he was doing his other day to day duties. With Nigel confessing he was one of the authors of the blog in 2010 to Superintendent Humphreys, Humphreys did nothing to affect the vicious comments appearing on the blog or even attempt to close the blog down, bearing in mind the malicious prosecution North Wales Police had brought against me & my wife for mortgage fraud they were absolutely intent on getting a conviction and a proceeds of crime order so it was good for North Wales Police that this blog was up and running and if any of the jury had seen those untrue and damning comments both before and during our trial they couldn’t help but convict us.

When the judge ordered DC Don Kenyon of North Wales Police to speak to the author of the blog and have all comments removed and for no more to be posted for the duration of the trial, did Judge John Rogers know that the MP for Clwyd West David Jones was also behind the authorship of the blog?

As we all know David Jones later became the Secretary state for Wales making him the most powerful man politically in Wales, one of David Jones’ roles as Secretary State for Wales was to oversee all the crown court judges in Wales. Good old Mr Jones didn’t want anyone to know he had fiddled his expenses aswell as being behind the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar.

What an evil little man, it begs the question what else has he done? It makes sense now why David Cameron sacked him.

After the Thoughts of Oscar site was closed down Nigel 7 bellies Roberts immediately went on to open another site which he named Llandudno Malice in Wonderland, immediately getting up to his old tricks, slagging people off, he even started slagging Steven Stanley Dickens off, saying he’d been done for mortgage fraud and rape, the sick evil man Roberts, had no care in the world for Mr Dickens children.

I would like to point out that Dickens was charged with rape by North Wales Police, he stood trial for this at Mold Crown Court in March this year (2015) after a five day trial, the jury were out for less than an hour and acquitted him of all charges, more wasted public money.

I mentioned at the police station to DC Chris Walsh regarding the nasty comments 7 bellies had put on about Dickens and it could prejudice his trial, everyone is entitled to a fair trial. I told DC Walsh that I would be going to the Crown Court, telling the judge and jury and putting banners outside the court regarding this evil site “Malice in Wonderland” and Chris Walsh knew I was serious and would follow through and within 24 hours the “Llandudno Malice in Wonderland” site was closed down.

The police were desperate to convict Dickens and desperately didn’t want the site to be seen to be prejudicing the outcome of the trial. What I’m amazed at is that North Wales Police did the right thing by closing the site down but they couldn’t do it to ‘7 bellies’ during my trial?

What I mean is didn’t want to close it down, like I said, they were desperate to convict me and a little help off anyone was in their favour.
