2272 Shaun Parry Sacked By North Wales Police

DC 2272 Shaun Parry was one of the officers involved in Operation Pylon along with Inspector Ian Verburg, DC 2313 Don Kenyon (Don, remember what you told me, ‘police officers don’t tell lies, we have good jobs’), 2179 Jason Davenport and many other officers from the force that told lies and manipulated the CPS to bring a charge against myself for mortgage fraud and also stole money from me. Superintendent John Chapman, I haven’t forgotten, I want my money back.

 

It’s good to see karma catch up with Shaun Parry, the officer who couldn’t keep his hands to himself and also couldn’t keep his penis in his trousers.

When Mike Smith was a police officer in Conwy and Llandudno, going back to 2010, Mike Smith was aware who the author was of the poison pen blog ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ along with Inspector Ian Verburg and DC Don Kenyon, the public now know the troll was, ‘7 bellies’ aka Nigel Roberts.

Article 6 of the European Convention of Human Rights is a provision of the European Convention which protects the right to a fair trial in criminal law cases and cases to determine civil rights, it protects the right to a public hearing before an independent and impartial tribunal within reasonable time, the presumption of innocence and other minimum rights for those charged in a criminal case (adequate time and facilities to prepare their defence, access to legal representation, right to examine witnesses against them or have them examined, the right to the free assistance of an interpreter) everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to the law.

In short, everyone is entitled to a fair trial

As you readers of the blog are already aware, during my trial in 2010 for mortgage fraud my barrister told his honour Judge John Rogers QC about the poison pen blog site ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ and that I was concerned that the jury could read this site about what fat Nigel Roberts had been writing on his blog about people including myself; basically, he libelled, bullied and intimidated all behind anonymity. He made plenty of derogatory remarks about me, calling me a drug dealer but as you and the police know, I have never been arrested on any drug offences, but it’s still damaging when the jury could have read this on the Internet along with many other comments, he made about me that were untrue.

At the time fat, ugly Nigel remained anonymous and nobody knew who he was except for himself, DC Don Kenyon, Jason Davenport, the judge in the trial, and other police officers in Llandudno including Mike Smith, Superintendent Simon Humphries, who looks a bit like Nigel and one of Nigel’s contributors, the ex-Secretary of State for Wales David Jones MP, who said he doesn’t know who ‘Thoughts of Oscar’ is.

Amazingly when I made a complaint over the troll blog to North Wales Police, they denied all knowledge of who the author was, Simon Humphries retires with his pension and we now know North Wales Police were protecting this site. David Jones would’ve been John Rogers’s boss, as Secretary of State for Wales he was the boss of all Welsh judges at that time and as we know David Jones has been sacked by two Prime Ministers, David doesn’t like the word sacked he prefers ‘reshuffle’.

Going back to PC Mike Smith, as a serving police officer at that time why didn’t he stand up and be counted for, and tell his bosses Michael Creamer will never get a fair trial and remind the gang of Article 6, please read the FOI request below, I asked in September 2018 is PC 2364 Smith still a serving police officer?

Their response back was very vague, what we do know that is factual is Mike Smith resigned from the force; most police officers like to serve their time and look forward to the big pension and what we also know is that Mike Smith is under investigation by North Wales Police, Caernarfon Constabulary are dealing with it. Should Mike Smith be charged with a criminal offence, Article 6 applies to him and any other member of the public, innocent until proven guilty.

I am aware in the local community there are lots of people that are angry and are awaiting the outcome on Mike Smith, all I can say at this time is I have plenty of information to report on Mike Smith, but we must be patient and wait until North Wales Police have concluded their enquiry.

Finally, North Wales Police I know you read my blog albeit Ian Verburg told all his officers not to read it, I would really appreciate it if you could have a look on your website and remove CBM Mike Smith from it as he is no longer employed by North Wales Police.

As of today, Mike Smith is still on the police website as a serving officer!

How North Wales Police settled a personal vendetta against Michael Creamer using ‘mugs money’ to pay for it.

If a crime is ever committed the police in your area are called, whoever makes the complaint, they will be given an event number and you hope that the police do a good job by solving whatever crime it may be, which is to be expected. I don’t wish to bore you too much, you have read on this blog how I was charged with mortgage fraud when there was no complainants and it was a victimless crime. No bank, building society or credit card company knocked on the police stations door and said “he owes us money” as I stated on previous posts, I owed nobody nothing, what the police did with the CPS was to make a conspiracy charge and what they then did was publish in the papers we have taken Michael Creamer’s empire from him, we have given him 2 prison sentences totalling 7 years and we’ve taken money from him totalling £350,000 but what they kept away from you the public the tax payer they have spent over £20million of ‘mugs money’ to convict me for a victimless crime.

Yet, when I have phoned HQ or spoken to senior police officers and asked them who bought this investigation against me to court all they tell you is “it’s North Wales Police” and they refuse to tell you what officers were involved. I am now going to name every officer in the case and other people associated with the case and the amount of  mugs money they have spent:

  1. John Rogers QC, the judge in the trial who asked the other defendants that if they were to plead guilty he would not send them to prison but that didn’t include Michael and Anita creamer.
  2. CPS lawyers, Head prosecutor Karen Dixon and Simon Joel Curzon.
  3. The district Judge Gwyn Jones who dealt with the proceeds of crime order.
  4. Chief constable at that time Richard Brunstrom (that mad mullah) fine for having an out of date tax disc.
  5. Senior police officers in the case, Superintendent Simon Humphreys we now know retired after he was investigated over the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar.
  6. Superintendent Steven Williams, superintendent John Chapman; Mr Chapman is the officer who I have been asking for my money to be returned that went missing.

As Officers and the judges involved in this case, remember these were all paid money and a lot of these officers were paid overtime, the gym at St Asaph police station was full of paperwork they couldn’t use the hall as there were that many boxes in there, 17 defendants each receiving 12 boxes of paperwork plus the prosecution and the jury, in weight there was over a ton  and a half of paper,  you may well laugh mugs, but you paid for all this paperwork, paperclips, binders, folders, elastic bands etc

All these officers involved in this case were all on the payroll, mugs money once again, you’ve paid for all of this and all for a victimless crime. 17 solicitors each receiving 12 boxes of paperwork, then passed onto 17 defence barristers and all 12 jury members that sat for over seven weeks. I’ve only named two CPS lawyers, there were a lot more staff in the CPS who dealt with this case. There were hundreds of pages of witness statements, The Mob had visited various people including Sally Elizabeth Sloman from the Royal Bank Of Scotland, T Cryer senior insurance advisor Swinton group, Kenneth Jones chairman of Bangor city football club, David Milner managing director of Rhyl football club, Jennifer Scott Whitbread plc payroll Department, Gary Lloyd witness and Bill Fredericks accountant witness, there were many more witnesses who gave evidence and I have all the police officer’s statements.

You are going to see a lot of statements some of which are a load of rubbish, nothing to do with investigating mortgage fraud, you readers of the blog have a right to see what you have paid for, yet the CPS did their best not to tell me how much the police have spent on this investigation and how much the lawyers received.

The bill for this trial was paid for by the legal aid board for each defendant, none of the defendants paid any money, mugs money footed this bill.

Gary Lloyd, I Never Told The Jury The Real Truth About My Background, I’m A Liar

Gary Lloyd originally from Llandudno Junction, as you know he was a prosecution witness at my trial at Mold Crown Court in 2010, he was DC 2312 Don Kenyon and 2179 Jason Davenport’s star witness. Can I make it quite clear he did not give evidence against me, I asked my barrister Peter Davies QC to cross-examine him about his bad character, Peter Davies said that’s not for me to do, that’s for Chris Stables Anita’s barrister to do, that’s why Chris Stables is on the Wall of Shame.

Don Kenyon and Davenport worked on a mission along with some senior officers from North Wales Police to get me convicted by hook or by crook, any charge would do; this was a personal vendetta by North Wales Police. Lloyd gave evidence against Anita and The Mob desperately needed Anita convicted so they could go after her for a proceeds of crime order and they used Lloyd to do this.

The Mob checked my tax affairs with my accountant to confirm with my accountant that Anita was as partner in a business I had and Anita’s tax affairs were all up to date with that business, Anita also worked for Dave McLean’s builders, they checked her payslips and how much she had received they too were spot on, Anita also worked for Brian Craven they did the same here, checking how much she was paid, again that was fine. Finally, The Mob contacted Gary Lloyd where Anita had worked at one of his shops in Colwyn Bay with Paul Horan, date approximately 1998. Lloyd told The Mob Anita had never worked for him, please read his statements which he made on 12/11/2008.

 

 

Myself and Anita were surprised that he said this; what it boils down to is when I transferred a property into Anita’s name which was legitimate, at the time Anita said she was working for Lloyd which she was, the mortgage she had was for approximately £54,500 which later on me and Anita cleared the mortgage with legitimate funds, which left Anita mortgage free; but because Lloyd said Anita hadn’t worked for him the police were saying we lied in a mortgage application to get the mortgage.

No lies were told, what had happened was Lloyd didn’t want to be responsible for the tax due on Anita’s earnings as he is a tax evader and the police were happy with Lloyd saying this as he became their star witness and the police wanted their part of the deal, to settle their personal vendetta to get the Creamer’s convicted. Again, I don’t want to sound like a stuck record this was a victimless crime with no complainants, the police were just jealous and evil.

Now I’m going to show you the type of character Gary Lloyd really is and how the police knew all about his dodgy dealings, Gary Lloyd could’ve committed murder and they wouldn’t have charged him, they just wanted him to give evidence against Anita in 2010.

You would have read in Gary’s Lloyds statements when he sold me the property it wasn’t completely finished; how can you build a house without water?  Oh, good old Gary illegally tapped into next door’s water supply, you’re not prosecuting him for that Don Kenyon? And you would have also read Mr Lloyd can’t remember what estate agents it was up for sale with, it was with the Nationwide; do you remember Gary, you didn’t go through the estate agents as you didn’t want to pay the fees and you also said Anita didn’t work for you because you didn’t pay the tax on her income.

DC Don Kenyon let’s look at your witness that you called and never showed the jury his previous convictions, I am going to show you his previous just in case you have lost the paperwork Don, why wasn’t Mr Lloyds convictions in the jury bundle? Was it that you didn’t want the jury to know his bad character?

This is Gary Lloyd, the little rat from Llandudno Junction who everybody thinks is a lovely lad and never been in trouble.

  • Mr Lloyd’s wife was fined in Caernarfon Crown Court over £90,000 for fiddling the DSS, he let her take the blame because he’s a rat and a coward.
  • Lloyd hired out go-karts in Queensferry, he also had various shops (selling beds and furniture) in Llandudno, Colwyn Bay & Rhyl, Lloyd went bankrupt.
  • Lloyd acted as a modelling agency in Llandudno trading as Hot Shots, getting women to strip off while him and Paul Horan took photographs for their own sexual gratification. The poor women paid Lloyd cash as he promised to send the photos to a London model agency.
  • Gary Lloyd rented a house in Rhos on Sea and was claiming housing benefit whilst working.
  • Lloyd sold contraband tobacco, when caught by HM Customs he wasn’t prosecuted, how convenient for a rat.
  • In various shops Lloyd had in Colwyn Bay and Rhyl he would illegally tap into other people’s water supply and do the same with electricity.
  • While Lloyd was married he would often go back to a lady’s house by the name of Anne, who owned a lingerie shop in Rhos on Sea; Lloyd would dress up in her underwear putting on her basque, knickers and stiletto shoes.
  • Lloyd has never been faithful to any of his partners, he’s deceitful and a liar.
  • Lloyd has been a heavy cocaine user for over 30 years.
  • Lloyd a couple of years ago was bragging that he took a 68-year-old woman back to her bed and breakfast in Llanberis, where the 2 of them had wild sex while off their heads on cocaine, Lloyd was bragging he was snorting it off of her tits. You may well laugh readers of the blog, you wouldn’t if this was your grandmother.
  • Lloyd suffers from health problems, not so long ago whilst attending a wedding he collapsed and was rushed to hospital with a cocaine overdose.
  • Lloyd used to do the markets around the North Wales coast, trading standards found out he was selling counterfeit DVDs, he blamed his son and said they were his.
  • The house I purchased off Lloyd was for £54,500 if they prosecuted me and Anita for a conspiracy, it goes without saying he should have been prosecuted. Oh, I forgot North Wales Police couldn’t prosecute him, he’s a grass and their star witness.

You read Lloyd’s statements, he now decides to say something different when he gave evidence under oath, he now says Anita may have worked in the shop as I was never there, Paul Horan the registered alcoholic was the manager, he looked after the shop not me, Anita’s barrister Chris Stables asked the judge john Rogers QC could he grant an order for Horan to be summonsed to court, if Horan would have attended court and confirmed what Lloyd now says under oath, Anita’s case would have been discontinued. Stables told the judge Horan had moved to Merseyside around the Southport area, how convenient the police couldn’t find him LOL,  a registered alcoholic who was on benefits, he would have been easy to find, if the police would have wanted him as a witness in a murder case they would have soon found him.

What I find very strange is in the jury bundle they had my applications for a mortgage that I had applied for, photographs of houses I’ve owned and my tax affairs, I didn’t have a problem with any of that but what was missing from the bundle was the previous convictions for Gary Lloyd the credible witness and all his dodgy dealings he’s done in the past.

Have a look below at Lloyd’s paperwork where he’s been involved with Stephen Dickens, Lloyd owed Dickens quite a lot of money. I would first like to point out the paperwork you will read was nothing to do with me or Anita, they had already arrested Lloyd on 07/12/2005 for attempting to obtain a money transfer by deception, please look at his custody record.

No charges were brought here against Lloyd, we know why, they were building a case against me and they needed Lloyd to be the witness, again Lloyd could do anything and he wouldn’t have got prosecuted, let’s say Lloyd was right he’d done nothing wrong why didn’t he bring a claim against the chief constable for false imprisonment, he couldn’t because he was up to his neck in it.

What the jury must be thinking now reading this, seeing what Gary Lloyd is really about, I ask you again members on the jury. Please come forward, go and see a Solicitor; you the jury may be mad at reading what Gary Lloyd has been up to and feel the system has let you down, think how me and my wife feel, I’ve served 2 prison sentences totalling seven years and had to pay The Mob £350,000.

As far as Gary Lloyd their star witness is concerned, he is nothing but a benefit cheat, cocaine user and abuser, a tax evader, electricity fiddler, a Dwr Cymru fiddler, runs his vehicles on red diesel, a man who deliberately goes bankrupt when he has debt but as long as he gave evidence against Creamer he was entitled to do whatever he wanted by North Wales police.

Finally, Gary Lloyd you rat, run to the police and show them the blog and what I’ve written about you; there’s nothing they can do, it’s all the truth. Serve a writ on me Lloyd you rat for libel, oh I forgot you can’t do that either because I’m telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. You are now surplus to requirements by North Wales Police, they have used you enough. You are one very lonely old man Gary, try and have a nice Christmas on your own Scrooge, just remember all the paperwork on the blog, North Wales Police sent it to my solicitor.

Two Welsh Police Officers Buy Under Age Teenager Cider In A Bid To Get Him To Confess To Unsolved Crimes

Detective Constable Geraint Jones and Detective Constable Neville Bradbury who are stationed at Cardiff Bay police station went to visit Sean Wall at Parc Young Offenders Institute in Bridgend; they took him out of prison for the day, drove to the local Spar and bought him cans of cider and got Sean p****d, then took him back to Cardiff Bay police station.

The deal by the two officers was to give Sean the alcohol and then ask him to confess to crimes, Sean confessed to crimes he didn’t commit which looked great on paper for the police’s detection rate, showing it had solved crimes. Sean asked the police officers in the police station could they contact his solicitor, he asked 17 times.

Again what I find astonishing is that the two police officers were investigated by the IPCC and both officers kept their jobs.

So this is a message to any young boys under the age of 18 and you want alcohol for Christmas, phone the local police, ask them to get you a few cans and you just confess to a few crimes you have not committed, it helps clear the books for the police.

Finally, Don Kenyon, Jason Davenport, Nicolas Hawe and now retired Superintendent Simon Humphreys, I would like to know your opinion on this shocking behaviour on what those officers did to that young teenager?

Do you feel guilty for charging me and my wife for mortgage fraud? Bearing in mind it was a victimless crime and no complainant, you may be giggling to yourselves saying we took £350,000 from you Creamer, but I can tell you the public wont be laughing when I show the cost of the trial and the millions of pounds of public money wasted.

The Real Truth About Who Was Behind The Thoughts of Oscar Troll Blog

People in North Wales for many years who were harassed, abused, libelled and generally targeted, a series of individual businesses, builders, haulage firms, shops and local councillors, the abuse was all carried out behind the cloak of anonymity.

I am now going to tell you where the poison pen blog started from, Nigel ‘seven bellies’ Roberts’ father was a grumpy old man who owned the chemist in Conwy on Castle Street and various other properties, to be fair to him when he started the site it was only to have a pop at local councillors on how they waste taxpayers money.

Grumpy Paul Roberts would sit in his window above the chemist and would constantly moan to the police about the noise coming from the Bluebell pub, the landlord at that time was Tony Bluebell, landlords came and went but Paul Roberts would still moan about how loud the karaoke was etc, he led a very boring life; he was often seen walking his Alsatian to Bodlondeb, he had one child Nigel Roberts a.k.a. Seven Bellies, Nigel as a child was a very lonely boy with no friends, he wasn’t allowed to attend Aberconwy School along with the rest of us, Daddy sent ‘Seven Bellies’ to St Mary College in Rhos on Sea.

When ‘Seven Bellies’ left school he worked with his dad in his chemist but started to do his own father’s head in and got a job in W.H Smith in Llandudno stacking shelves; eventually with help and money from his father he opened a shop on Gloddaeth Avenue which was Nigel Roberts’ Newsagents, where he loved the authority of talking to the local police as the police officers would go in and buy their newspapers and Nigel would often pass on information to them, by this time ‘Seven Bellies’ started to think he was untouchable, after having no friends he became friends with half of North Wales Police along with Dylan Moore a solicitor and David Jones ex-secretary of state for Wales.

Just to let you know what ‘Seven Bellies’ is about and what he got up to in his early years he had sex in the back of his BMW in the high street with a female who owned a shop in Conwy and still has it today; I won’t mention the lady’s name, she’s done nothing wrong apart from having sex with a walrus, somebody did walk past the car and heard Nigel having sex and then reported it to his father Paul.

Tony Price was a local fisherman, a character of the town, he worked very hard and people who knew him knew he liked to have a drink. One night Tony Price was drinking in the Bluebell, he went to the toilets but they were busy so he went out of the side door, crossed the road and he ended up in the alleyway on Paul Roberts’ driveway next to the chemist where he relieved himself. Nigel ‘Seven Bellies’ Roberts and his father Paul came charging out of the property and hit Tony Price over the head with a club, leaving him with two black eyes and a split nose, Tony’s face was black and blue; ‘Seven Bellies’ and his father, after attacking Tony who was innocently relieving himself against the wall, these two nutters reported Tony Price to the police, saying that Tony was trying to rob the chemist takings, anybody who knew of Tony Price knew full well he would never do that. Tony was a hard worker and a wealthy man but Nigel ‘Seven Bellies’ Roberts and his father had to come up with an alibi as to why they attacked Tony Price, the case was eventually discontinued.

When ‘Seven Bellies’ ran his newsagents in Llandudno, he often asked some of the female staff “did they want to go in the back with him to watch porn?”, a female member of staff told me this and asked that she be kept anonymous which I respect. Nigel was easy bait, a female was paid to go and see him and have sex with him to try and get information, which she carried out with ease. She has always said I do not wish my name to be put on social media, her wish has to be respected and will be, but ‘Seven Bellies’ I’ve seen the picture of you with your trousers down, with your belly hanging out and believe me it’s not a nice sight, I certainly wouldn’t inflict it on the public, also Mike Naughton the Private Investigator did a fantastic job doing his work.

‘Seven Bellies’, I enjoyed tracking you down; remember 3 weeks ago today, you were sitting outside Café Nero, the time was 4:30 pm and I shouted at you “what are you looking at fatty?” as you glanced over at me, all the people outside the café looked on in amazement as I was making remarks to you and your wife. What are you going to do? Go to the police? I’ll tell any court I called you fatty, you’re 10 stone over weight ha ha, I’ll keep quiet for now what I’ve got to say about your wife bendy Wendy.

Grumpy Paul Roberts, who had gone on to remarry one of his members of staff at the chemist you will remember her the one with ginger hair, when he passed away ‘Seven Bellies’ was fuming because she was going to get some of his inheritance, ‘Seven Bellies’ went around to the property she shared with his dad and packed all her clothes up etc and threw them out.

By now ‘Seven Bellies’ in his own mind thought he was untouchable, he took over the poison pen blog Thoughts of Oscar from his late dad; the name Oscar was the name of his dog and now with his father no longer here and him being the only child he stood to inherit everything. His wife is called Wendy Roberts, if you see her walking around Llandudno with Nigel, she usually has lipstick smudged around her face, they have no children Nigel ‘Seven Bellies’ little baby was the Thoughts of Oscar blog.

This blog he now ran with Dylan Moore and the ex-Secretary of State for Wales David Jones. David Jones is the only MP to be sacked by two Prime Ministers, David Cameron sacked him when he was Secretary of State for Wales and just recently Theresa May also sacked him, so you can imagine when they were running the blog the power went to their heads, this blog was protected by the Secretary of State for Wales and also North Wales Police. Superintendent Simon Humphrey’s was giving this site protection, I’m not going to go into it too much about the site most Welsh people are familiar with the poison pen blog so please read the articles that were in the press.

Inspector Emma Naughton from North Wales Police was asked to seize David Jones’ computer as there was material on there which may have related to a prosecution, she refused to do anything about it.

I have told you before that in 2011 when my mother and daughter visited me in prison they told me of the nasty, vindictive and untrue comments that were put on this blog, I told my mother and daughter on my release I will hunt these perpetrators down who are running that blog and bring them to justice which I did, although the police refused to bring any charges against them because the police couldn’t charge themselves, MP David Jones still claims he doesn’t know who Thoughts of Oscar is, please read his deleted tweets:

Remember these people upset so many people’s lives and think they can walk away from it scot-free, well they can’t this is why I keep reminding the public what they were about and how they tormented people. The Mob continues to deny their involvement, again when Judge John Rogers QC during my trial at Mold Crown Court in 2010 told Don Kenyon to go and remove those nasty, vindictive comments regarding Michael Creamer which were all untrue and to speak to Oscar, eventually Simon Humphreys sent Ian Verburg there,  remember Ian Verburg, when other members of the community complained regarding this blog, Verburg said to them “don’t read the blog, I don’t know who Oscar is”, not telling them the truth that he knew full well who Oscar was as he’d been sent to speak to him previously.

You had David Jones MP ex-Secretary of State for Wales who was Judge John Rogers’ boss, then you had the ‘mad mullah’ Chief Constable Richard Brunstom who was Superintendent Humphreys boss and then the foot soldiers Don Kenyon, Jason Davenport, Nicolas Hawe and many more.

The jury at my trial in 2010, when you were excused all this was going on behind-the-scenes, you wouldn’t have known nothing about it. Now you have read about this part of the gang, should any of you have read that poison pen blog during my trial then it would have been prejudiced if you had please call my mobile on 07977928434 or contact a solicitor. This was a miscarriage of justice, please help me seek justice and come forward, when I was telling people about this gang people thought I was a nut case and I needed locking up as I must’ve been making this up, can you now see how you people were deceived by the authorities? DC 2313 Don Kenyon Is Assaulted In Custody in St Asaph

As you are all familiar with reading this blog, DC 2313 Don Kenyon has made a name for himself lately; Don, Nicolas Hawe and Jason Davenport worked together at the Major Crime Unit in St Asaph.

Whilst I was incarcerated at HMP Altcourse, the job I had was a visit orderly, and inmates who had legal visits and video links would come across to the visits hall between approximately 9 to 11 in the morning, I would take their ID badges off them and give them a bib to wear, they would then stand behind the barrier until their names were called and I would often have lengthy chats with the lads before they went on their video links or legal visits.

Jordan Davidson one day came over for a video link, Jordan had been charged with murder and many other offences, whilst Jordan was in St Asaph custody he was alleged to have assaulted DC Don Kenyon. I couldn’t believe it Don, when I got told who assaulted you, it’s a wonder you never blamed me for that, because remember when you & Davenport were at my trial at Mold Crown Court, you blamed me for everything, you were quite obsessed over me wasn’t you Don?

Violence doesn’t solve anything Don. I may not agree with what Jordan is alleged to have done, but a strongman doesn’t seek revenge he moves on and lets karma do his dirty work, I’m sure you will understand what I mean Don, I think you got off lightly from your incident with Jordan. While he was at HMP Altcourse, Jordan was eventually taken down to CSU which is known as the block where he would have been locked up for 23 hours a day; I can tell you when he was unlocked to go for a shower, he had a Bic razor, he removed the 2 blades from the razor, used his, toothbrush handle melting the plastic with a lighter and inserting the two blades into the soft plastic making a make shift Stanley knife, he then went on to slash one of the prison officers across the throat and neck, the officer was rushed to hospital and received over 20 stitches, Jordan was then moved to Strangeways where he is now a category A prisoner and on a three man unlock, again I do not agree with what he did to that officer, but I must say you had a narrow escape Don; as Jordan Davidson will be having a trial shortly I can’t comment any further on this case, North Wales Police don’t know the half of what he’s done.

Don, I do hope when you go to court over the ABH that Mr Davidson is alleged to have done to you, I hope your memory hasn’t faded. Remember when I made a complaint to Sian Beck about you, your words in your statement to her were:

DC Don Kenyon stated that “he did not himself contact the author of the blog, that he spoke to Chief Superintendent Humphreys to ask for the authors of the blog to be contacted, Chief Superintendent Humphreys later stated that the author of the blog has been spoken to and would ensure the blog would be taken down, DC Kenyon does not recall going before Judge Rogers his recollection was that the agreement was made behind the scenes. DC Kenyon did however state that it may have happened as per Mr Creamer’s account, as his memory has faded”.

If any of you readers of the blog wish to read that statement that Don Kenyon made click on his name on the index and it will take you to it, some of you may have already read it.

I still can’t get over what you said to me in my interview in 2008/2009; police officers don’t tell lies they have got good jobs and you looked at me with a serious face. I wonder what you must think now after reading this blog and all the corruption that’s gone on, I will just remind you once again Don as you couldn’t remember going in the witness box speaking to the judge, police officers that have been convicted of drink-driving, police officers convicted of perverting the course of justice, police officers that have groomed children, police officers that have raped women, the list is endless do you get where I’m coming from?

Don Kenyon, can I kindly bring to your attention there are decent police officers that are putting 12 hour shifts in, then having to eat their lunch in the car and yet you as a Detective Constable seem to find the time on a regular basis to use your hours of work as gym sessions; coming out of the police station, running up Ffordd William Morgan to the roundabout at the top, taking a left turning round past QI Optic and pass the New Vision Business Park & running down Glas Coed Road, round in a loop & returning back to the station, using this as a running track. As I stated it’s not fair to the other officers putting in 12 hour shifts and eating their lunch on the way to a job; I would make a complaint to PSD but the Superintendent there is John Hanson and in his words, he has ‘kindly asked all police officers not to talk to me as they are leaving themselves wide open to corruption’. I take that as a compliment he must think highly of me, but I think the corruption lies in the Police Station.

This seems to ring a bell with North Wales Police, spreading rumours that I was a drug dealer, hoping members of the public would believe them. It seems if you have a nice car and house around here you must be a drug dealer, even more so if you come from Liverpool. I have stated this before I’ve never been arrested for drug offences or charged, I’ve never sold drugs and have never smoked how many men can say that?

Finally, Superintendent John Hanson from PSD, you’re well aware of the complaint I made regarding money that went missing from my account; could you please ask John Chapman where my money is? I have the dates and times I have called John they are recorded, as soon as John heard my voice on the phone when I called him he put the phone down, I am waiting very patiently for the return of my money. Ian Verburg told all officers not to read this blog, no officers are listening to him they are all reading it as well as John Hanson, maybe it’s because the blog is interesting and truthful.

The Same Judge Dealt With Two Separate Rape Cases

His honour Judge Rhys Rowlands QC dealt with two separate rape cases, the first one was PC Ian James Clarke of North Wales Police who worked at the major crime unit in St Asaph alongside DC Don Kenyon and Inspector Jason Davenport, you would have read about Ian James Clarke on this blog a few posts back, so you’ll already be familiar with the story.

There is something I can’t quite get my head around, His honour Judge Rowlands told PC Clarke of St Peter’s Park, Northorp, Mold “you have been convicted of the most serious offence of rape, not only did you behave in a wholly disgraceful and immoral way that night, but you took advantage of a woman you thought was badly affected by drink, she was not” the judge told him. So this judge knows this case inside out, he has sat and listened throughout Mr Clarke’s trial and after being found guilty he sentenced him to 5 years imprisonment.

I’m going to point out a few facts here, Ian James Clarke was a police officer in a position of trust and married to a police officer; Clarke couldn’t accept being found guilty, he tried to drag his wife down with him, telling people it was an agreed threesome, this is what the coward Clarke was telling people in prison. No statement was given in to say it was an agreed threesome by his wife. Judge Rowlands said the victim in this case had given her evidence with remarkable strength, a victim impact statement was read out to the judge.

Detective Superintendent Joe Williams from North Wales Police Protection of Vulnerable People’s Unit said Ian Clarke has been imprisoned for five years for a very serious offence of rape. To someone who is unsure as to what the police badge means as the profession of policing has evolved over the years, it is a most visible symbol of service that has taken on an almost iconic meaning, from a practical standpoint officers wear the badge as a means to identify who they are and who they work for, the law-enforcement badge is easily recognisable sign of legal authority, the badge symbol means:

To protect and serve…….not to rape women and not of fit people up.

Now let’s look at the case against Mark Hall, just a couple of months after the previous case His Honour Judge Rhys Rowlands also had the advantage of hearing Mark Hall’s trial, Mark was also found guilty by a jury, we have to respect the jury’s decision although juries sometimes do get it wrong as I have pointed out on the previous posts. Mark too was sentenced at Mold Crown Court, the same as PC Ian Clarke.

The judge in this case, in his own words when jailing Mark Hall at Mold Crown Court to 6 years imprisonment, the judge said “the case involved Hall clinically taking advantage of the victim”, the definition of clinical in English is

1.) Relating to the observation and treatment of actual patients rather than theoretical or laboratory studies.

2.) Very efficient and without feeling coldly detached nothing was left to chance everything was clinical.

Remember what the Judge told Clarke, “you have been convicted of the most serious offence of rape” yet only gave him five years imprisonment and not forgetting his job being in a position of trust.

Every rape case in Great Britain, the victim gives a victim impact statement, in a very unusual case ie; the Mark Hall case, the victim decided not to give a victim impact statement. I can’t get my head round how the Judge passed a six-year prison sentence, the parole board take these victim impact statements into account before deciding whether a criminal should be released or what, if any restrictions are required.

Am I right to say readers of the blog, that the parole board should release Mr Hall from custody as the ‘victim’ in this case couldn’t be bothered making the statements?

Judge Rowlands says, Hall must register as a sex offender indefinitely and a restraining order was made, when you read this you must be as shocked as I am. We put our trust in law lords to write the law and the judges to apply it correctly and fairly, how dare Mark’s legal team go and see him in the cells after sentencing & convince a man who is dyslexic and doesn’t understand the law, telling him you’ve had a good sentence as you could have got 8 years. Mark being naïve, thought he’d done well. Disgusting.

I think Mark Hall’s family need an urgent meeting and should draw up a petition, get it signed so that the Right Honourable Prime Minister Theresa May could have this case looked at, as this case is flawed and rotten to the core.

Please read below what victim impact statements are:

” Victim statements may include descriptions of physical, emotional, financial, medical and other consequences of a crime. These statements allow the victims of crimes to add their voice to the proceedings in order to impact the judge or board responsible for making decisions about sentencing. Judges may listen to the impact statements in order to figure out how long someone should go to jail. A parole board might take the statements into account before deciding whether a criminal should be released, and what conditions the board should attach to their release. Besides affecting sentencing, according to the website Victims of Crime, victim impact statements are often useful to victims because they can be cathartic. After all, during the trial, the victims usually have a very limited ability to talk at all about their side of the story. Lawyers ask very narrow questions, and the victim’s opinions aren’t taken into account. Having a chance to read their side in open court can often be a crucial part of the psychological process of healing from any type of crime ”

A lay person may not understand how important this statement is and once again somebody who was been raped should apply to the criminal injuries board for compensation.

Here’s a few articles out of the paper about evil women crying wolf, it does happen and I know it’s very hard to understand why a lady would do this to a man. Finally, Mark Hall continues to deny this allegation that was made against him, again just spare a thought for him on how he must be feeling in prison having been convicted with this heinous crime.
